| 2 | A survey of ampullectomy practices显示文摘AIM:To investigate the endoscopic ampullectomy practices of expert biliary endoscopists.METHODS:An anonymous survey was mailed to 79 expert biliary endoscopists to assess ampullectomy practices.RESULTS:Forty six(58%) biliary endoscopists returned the questionnaire.Of these, 63% were in academia and in practice for an average of 16.4 years(± 8.6).Endoscopists performed an average of 1.1(± 0.8) ampullectomies per month.Prior to ampullectomy, endoscopic ultrasound was'always'utilized by 67% of respondents vs'sometimes'in 31% of respondents.Empiric biliary sphincterotomy was not utilized uniformly, only 26%'always'and 37%'sometimes'performed it prior to resection.Fifty three percent reported'never'performing empiric pancreatic sphincterotomy prior to ampullectomy.Practitioners with high endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography volumes were the most likely to perform a pancreatic sphincterotomy(OR = 10.9;P = 0.09).Participants overwhelmingly favored'always'placing a prophylactic pancreatic stent, with 86% placing it after ampullectomy rather than prior to resection(23%).Argon plasma coagulation was the favored adjunct modality(83%) for removal of residual adenomatous tissue.Practitioners uniformly(100%) preferred follow-up examination to be within 6 mo post-ampullectomy.CONCLUSION:Among biliary experts, there is less variation in ampullectomy practices than is reflected in the literature. | Stacy B Menees Philip Schoenfeld Hyungjin Myra Kim Grace H Elta | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,28: | 2 |

| 7 | Development of exosome membrane materialsfused microbubbles for enhanced stability and efficient drug delivery of ultrasound contrast agent显示文摘Lipid-coated microbubbles are widely used as an ultrasound contrast agent,as well as drug delivery carriers.However,the two main limitations in ultrasound diagnosis and drug delivery using microbubbles are the short half-life in the blood system,and the difficulty of surface modification of microbubbles for active targeting.The exosome,a type of extracellular vesicle,has a preferentially targeting ability for its original cell.In this study,exosome-fused microbubbles(Exo-MBs)were developed by embedding the exosome membrane proteins into microbubbles.As a result,the stability of Exo-MBs is improved over the conventional microbubbles.On the same principle that under the exposure of ultrasound,microbubbles are cavitated and self-assembled into nano-sized particles,and Exo-MBs are self-assembled into exosome membrane proteins-embedded nanoparticles(Exo-NPs).The Exo-NPs showed favorable targeting properties to their original cells.A photosensitizer,chlorin e6,was loaded into Exo-MBs to evaluate therapeutic efficacy as a drug carrier.Much higher therapeutic efficacy of photodynamic therapy was confirmed,followed by cancer immunotherapy from immunogenic cell death.We have therefore developed a novel ultrasound image-guided drug delivery platform that overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional ultrasound contrast agent and is capable of simultaneous photodynamic therapy and cancer immunotherapy. | Yongho Jang Jeehun Park Pilsu Kim Eun-Joo Park Hyungjin Sun Yujin Baek Jaehun Jung Tai-kyong Song Junsang Doh Hyuncheol Kim | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12: | 1 |

| 20 | Printability and physical properties of iron slag powder composites using material extrusion?based 3D printing显示文摘There have been many studies on three-dimensional(3D)printing using metal compounds.However,3D printing using a metal compound has disadvantages in that it increases the cost for supplying metal materials.A method of using slag which is a recyclable material has been proposed to reduce costs.With the growing demand for additive manufacturing using byproducts,slag has gained attention as a diverse recycling material for 3D printing technologies.A new fabrication approach was analyzed for producing porous bodies via additive manufacturing for blending slag and reinforced metals.However,because of its low quality due to low strength,low durability,and structural defeats,the amount of slag generated is high,and its usability remains uncertain.Also,slag is an excellent material with a huge potential for producing structures with high mechanical properties,and limited research in the area of slag recycling has been conducted due to difficulties in sintering the iron by-products.To develop a recycling approach that utilizes slag in 3D printing powders,a study to increase the industrial usability by mixing slag and ceramic beads was described.A method was presented to compare the physical properties of 3D printed slag parts with the physical properties of those generated by blending iron slag,alumina,and zirconia.In order to find the mixing ratio with the optimum physical properties,the average particle size,bending stress,and maximum compressive stress were tested.The combination ratio to obtain the highest strength was when iron slag powder was 40%and alumina was 60%.In addition,the specimens by composition to which the stress test was applied were cut to analyze the tissue under a microscope.It is thought that cracking in the sintered structure decreases and density increases by mixing alumina and zirconium,contributing to increased strength.When a ceramic bead composed of alumina and zirconium is mixed with slag to form a composite material,a metal compound having a level of physical properties that can be used as a material for 3D printing can be produced.Furthermore,a novel concept of producing lightweight structural materials via additive manufacturing,which entails a fabrication process whereby high-strength metals are stacked inside hollow base steels,was proposed. | Hyungjin Kim Sangkyu Lee | 2021 | Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2021,28,1: | 1 |
