1脉冲电流法制备纳米晶Fe-Ni-Cr合金涂层的电沉积及表征(英文)显示文摘采用脉冲电流技术电沉积纳米晶Fe-Ni-Cr涂层。SEM测试结果表明,在低电流密度下,涂层为小结节和细小菜花结构的混合形态;而在高电流密度下,Cr含量随着涂层中Fe和Ni含量的降低而增加。XRD谱证实,脉冲电流密度对晶粒细化具有积极作用。振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量结果表明,随着电流密度的提高,由于Cr含量的增加和晶粒尺寸的减小,饱和磁化强度降低、矫顽力增大。通过提高脉冲电流密度,可以降低摩擦因数和磨损率。此外,在磨损表面观察到粘着和磨粒磨损机制。随着脉冲电流密度提高,犁沟和磨屑的数量减少。Ebrahim YOUSEFI Ahmad IRANNEJAD Shahriar SHARAFI 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,12:4
2脉冲频率变化制备Fe−Ni−TiO_(2)复合涂层的显微组织、摩擦学行为和磁性能显示文摘利用脉冲频率变化电沉积Fe−Ni−TiO_(2)纳米复合涂层。结果表明,在较高的频率下可以制备出表面致密、具有纳米晶结构的涂层。当脉冲频率从10 Hz增加到500 Hz,涂层中Fe和TiO_(2)纳米颗粒含量增加,Ni含量降低。XRD结果显示,当频率增加到500 Hz,BCC相的峰强度增加,沉积物的晶粒尺寸减小至35 nm。而且,由于晶粒尺寸减小和Fe−Ni基体中TiO_(2)纳米颗粒的掺入率较高(5.13 wt.%),显微硬度和表面粗糙度分别达到647 HV和125 nm。另外,脉冲频率增大,复合涂层的摩擦因数和磨损率减小,饱和磁化强度和矫顽力均增加。Ebrahim YOUSEFI Shahriar SHARAFI Ahmad IRANNEJAD 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,12:3

6Finite difference time domain study of light transmission through multihole nanostructures in metallic film显示文摘The optical transmittance properties of single-hole arrays and three-hole chain(vertical)arrays with different geometrical parameters were numerically investigated.It was shown that on increasing the vertical distance between the holes in the hole chain array,the FWHM of the(1,0)resonance mode was decreased and minimum FWHM of 29 nm was obtained for a vertical gap of 48 nm between each side hole.A 1.5–2.0 times larger transmittance enhancement was observed by varying the incident light polarization from the y axis to the x axis.Furthermore,it was found that the optical transmittance of the hole chain array in the case of linearly x-axis polarized incident electromagnetic(EM)field was∼6 times larger than that linearly y-axis polarized incident EM field.Mehrdad Irannejad Mustafa Yavuz Bo Cui 2013Photonics Research2013,1,4:1
