20饲粮中添加菊粉对仔猪肠道菌群的改变显示文摘此前我们发现,日粮中添加短链菊粉(P95)、长链菊粉(HP)、50∶50的混合菊粉(协同1)改善了机体内铁的状态,并且改变了仔猪体内铁稳态的表达和体内的炎症。然而,3种类型的菊粉对肠道菌群的影响还未可知。应用末端限制性片(HP),猪的6段小肠和大肠进行测定,与BD组相比,3种类型的菊粉增加了双歧杆菌和乳酸菌的有益微生物菌群附着在猪的段长度进行多态分析,对缺铁基础日粮组(BD)、添加4%的短链菊粉组(P95)、50∶50的混合菊粉组(协同1)、长链菊粉组各段肠道的数量。HP95组猪的空肠处发生变化,末端回肠或HP猪的盲肠也产生了变化。菊粉对肠道管腔内的菌群产生了影响,同时,3种类型的菊粉抑制梭状芽孢杆菌的效果不理想,并且抑制了肠道各段黏膜和管腔内肠杆菌科的数量。研究结果表明,饲粮中添加菊粉能够改变肠道菌群数,这可能是铁的生物利用率提高,促进健康的原因。Jannine K P Koji Y Ross M W Dennis D M Xin G L 2011饲料博览2011,,3:0
