1Mesoporous zeolite SBA-15 supported nickel diimine catalysts for ethylene polymerization显示文摘The novel mesoporous zeolite SBA-15 is successfully used as the support to immobilize late-transition metal nickel diimine catalyst, both in physical and chemical methods, EA, ICP, FT-IR and XRD are applied to characterizing these supported catalysts. The results of ethylene polymerization reveal that these supported catalysts have high catalytic activity as their homogenous counterpart does,moreover, polyethylene with a fibrous morphology is produced due to the channel effect of support, and both the molecular weight and molecular weight distributions of polymers are increased greatly.GUOChao ZHANGDao JINGuoxin 2004Chinese Science Bulletin2004,49,3:4
2Synthesis, structure and ethylene polymerization behavior of titanium complexes [C_3H_6(N = CH-Ar-O)_2]TiCl_2显示文摘The reaction of C3H6(N=CH-Ar-OH)2 (Ar = 5-tert-butyl-C6H3 (2a), 3-tert-butyl-C6H3 (2b), 3-methyl-C6H3 (2c)) with 2 equiv. of BuLi followed by 1 equiv TiCl4 yields the dichloride complexes [C3H6(N=CH-Ar-O)2]TiCl2[Ar = 5-tert-butyl-C6H3 (3a), 3-tert-butyl-C6H3 (3b), 3-methyl-C6H3 (3c)]. The structure of compound 3a has been confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. These Ti (IV) dichloride complexes are active catalysts for the polymerization of eth- ylene with methylaluminoxane (MAO) as a cocatalyst. Ac- tivities up to 4.14×105 g (mol Ti h)?1 were obtained in dried toluene. And the molecular weights of polyethylene are in the range 1.53×104—16.4×104. Catalyst activity, polymer yield, and polymer molecular weight can be controlled over a wide range by changing the ligand structure and variation of reac- tion parameters such as Al-Ti ratio and polymerization reac- tion temperature.LIANGYangang JINGuoxin 2004Chinese Science Bulletin2004,49,12:1
3Synthesis and characterization of organometallic macrocyclic rhodium (Ⅲ) complex with pyrazine ligands显示文摘The reaction of half-sandwich complex (Cptt Rh)2Cl2(m-Cl)2 (1) (Cptt = h5-tBu2C5H3) with 1 equiv. of AgSO3CF3 in CH2Cl2 affords tri-m-chloro dirhodium (2) cation compound, with 2 equiv. of AgSO3CF3 providing di- m-chloro complex 3. The reaction of 3 with pyrazine gives a novel tetra-nuclear 14-member organometallic macrocyclic complex 4. FT-IR, 1H-NMR, and EA were used to character-ize these complexes. The structures of complexes 2 and 4 are confirmed by X-ray analysis. In complex 2, the two Cptt ring and tri-chloro atoms faces are approximately parallel to each other.
