| 1 | Harmonic Current′s Coupling Effect on the Main Motion of Temper Mill Set显示文摘The paper probes into a probable condition that causes temper mill chatter from aspect of electromechanical coupling of complex electromechanical system, and mainly studies the effect of temper mill electrical driving system harmonic current on the main motion of temper mill set. Aiming at the electrical driving system of CM04 temper mill, the effect of harmonic current is analyzed and evaluated according to different load. | 3 | OPTIMAL CONTROL OF AN ACTIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEMEMPLOYING HIGH SPEED ON/OFF SOLENOID VALVE显示文摘Previous studies have confirmed that an active suspension system with high speed ON/OFF solenoid valves could provide the same vibration isolation efficiency as that of system with pressure proportional valve. In this study, by using Linear-quadratic optimization technique and Kalman filter method, an optimal regulator controller with a state observer was designed for the proposed system. Simulation and experimental research was conducted on a quarter car model. | 4 | MICROSTRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS AT THE BOND INTERFACE显示文摘Lift-off and section characteristics at the interface of thermosonic bond are observed by using scanning electron microscope (KYKY2800) with EDS-test. Results show that the peeling underdeveloped bonds simulate a torus (or doughnut) with an unbonded central region and ridged peripheral region is bonded hardly. Inside roundness at flip chip bonding center are discovered. Bond strength is located between the severely ridged periphery and the non-adhering central area of the bond. For constant force and time, the ridged area of the bond pattern increases when more power is applied. For constant force and power, the ridged location of the bonded region moves closer to the bond center with time. Results of EDS-tests at Au-Al and Au-Ag interfaces show that Kirkendall diffusibility at Au-Ag interface occur and the diffusing speed of Au-atomic is faster than that of Ag,and that intermetallic compounds at Au-A1 interface is generated possibly. | 5 | SUB-NANOMETER POLISHING OF MAGNETIC RIGID DISK HEADS TO AVOID POLE TIP RECESSION显示文摘For the purpose of solving the problem that too large pole tip recession (PTR) is produced in magnetic rigid disk beads by mechanical polishing,a chemical mechanical nano-grinding experiment is performed by using a float-piece polisher with a tin plate to achieve a more plane and smoother surface. A basal solution, addition agents and a range of pH value are suitably selected to find a kind of slurry, with which the PTR can be controlled on sub-nanometer scale and the giant magnetic resistance (GMR) corrosion and electrostatic damage (ESD) can be avoided. Moreover, the cause that TiC protrudes from the substrate surface of the heads is studied. The appropriate shape and size of diamond abrasive are selected according to the chemical activation of Al_2O_3 and TiC in the same slurry. In this way, the chemical and mechanical interactions are optimized and the optimal surface that has small PTR and TiC asperity is achieved. Ultimatily, the chemical mechanical nano-grinding in combination with mechanical nano-grinding is adopted. | 6 | Therapeutic Observation of Warm Needling plus Tuina for Senile Functional Constipation显示文摘Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of warm needling plus tuina in treating senile functional constipation. Methods: Ninety elderly patients with functional constipation were randomized into two groups. Forty-six patients in the treatment group were intervened by warm needling plus tuina; the other forty-four patients in the control group were intervened by San Huang tablet. Results: In the treatment group, 19 patients were cured, 24 cases showed improvement, 3 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 93.5%; in the control group, 16 patients were cured, 18 cases showed improvement, 10 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 77.3%. There was a significant difference in comparing the therapeutic efficacy(P<0.05), and the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. | 7 | Ginger-indirect moxibustion plus acupuncture versus acupuncture alone for chronic fatigue syndrome:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of gingerindirect moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).METHODS:In this central randomized,controlled trial,290 CFS participants were recruited and randomly allocated to group A(ginger-indirect moxibustion plus acupuncture)or group B(acupuncture alone).The study consisted of a treatment period of 8 weeks with a total of 24 treatments(3 sessions per week,every other day),and a follow-up period of 12 weeks.The outcome was measured by Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Psychological Health Report(SPHERE),the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)at baseline,2,4,6,8,12 and 20 weeks.RESULTS:With the treatment undergoing,the changes of FSS,SPHERE,SDS and HAMA scores in both groups increased gradually,and the effect maintained at the 12th week.Between groups,significantly higher score changes were seen in group A in FSS after 4 weeks treatment(11.94 vs 9.12,95%CI:0.94,4.7)and in SPHERE after 2 weeks treatment(3.7 vs 2.27,95%CI:0.56,2.31).But for SDS and HAMA,the improvement did not differ significantly between groups.No severe adverse events were reported.CONCLUSION:Ginger-indirect moxibustion is a safe and effective intervention to relieve fatigue and accompanying physical symptoms of CFS. | MA Tingting WU Jie YANG Lijie FENG Fen YANG Huilin ZHANG Jinhua ZHONG Yanjin NING Qing HUANG Lirong LIN Youbing YAN Jue CHEN Guiquan HOU Tianshu WANG Li REN Yuanfang TAN Jing | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,2: | 2 |
