| 1 | 软件生态系统研究综述显示文摘软件生态系统加速软件产业的垂直分工和水平整合,改变了软件产业的商业生态.自2003年提出以来,软件生态系统吸引工业界和学术界的广泛关注.国内外知名IT企业深耕软件生态系统,形成许多具有广泛影响的软件生态系统.近年来,在云计算、移动应用开发、信息物理系统、区块链等新兴信息技术快速发展和软件生态系统应用领域不断拓展的双重作用下,软件生态系统新泛型不断涌现.人们对软件生态系统的认识与理解,随着研究深度和应用广度的不断变化而改变.直至2016年,学术界和工业界才对软件生态系统的定义趋于一致.软件生态系统是在特定的技术环境中软件企业、开发者、技术社区等涉众以软件产品、服务、数据和知识为媒介相互作用而形成的复杂系统.通常,研究人员使用2003年提出的软件生态系统研究内容七分类法把相关文献归类到过程与技术、定性分析、结构化分析模型、实证研究、工具及表示法、行业应用、技术报告等七大类中.由于软件生态系统的领域边界、关键特征较之2003年的情境已发生巨变,原有的七分类法有待修订.本文类比自然生态系统,建立软件生态系统元模型来描述软件生态的结构及特征.在软件生态系统研究内容七分类法的基础上,将“定性分析”和“结构化分析模型”整合为“分析方法与框架”,把“行业应用”和“实证研究”合并为“实证研究”,形成软件生态系统研究内容五分类法.然后,对2015~2017年软件生态系统的研究现状进行文献综述,从技术报告、分析方法与框架、过程与技术、实证研究、工具及表示法五个方面总结软件生态系统的研究现状,并展望研究趋势及发现面临的挑战.软件生态系统的需求工程、架构建模、模型驱动开发、能量机理、关键特征分析、信息量抽取与建模、生态网络分析、缺陷/代码坏味累积效应、CASE工具、软件生态系统新泛型等方面的研究有待进一步深入. | 董瑞志 李必信 王璐璐 李宏伟 陈海雷 TAN Jack | 2020 | 计算机学报2020,43,2: | 16 |

| 3 | 冠状动脉口部病变介入治疗中Szabo技术应用的安全性和可行性显示文摘目的分析冠状动脉口部病变PCI中造影和血管内超声(intra vascular ultrasonography,IVUS)结果 ,评价Szabo技术的成功率、安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析Szabo技术治疗冠状动脉口部病变患者39例PCI结果。结果经桡动脉途径31例(79.5%),经股动脉途径8例(20.5%)。罪犯血管为左前降支26例(66.7%),右冠状动脉5例(12.8%),左回旋支及钝缘支3例(7.7%),后降支5例(12.8%)。支架置入后,对30例(76.9%)罪犯血管和9例(23.1%)边支血管进行了IVUS检查。手术成功36例(92.3%)。所有患者造影成功率为100%。IVUS检测罪犯血管准确支架置入到口部患者29例(96.7%)和支架近端轻度凸出患者1例(3.3%)。结论 Szabo技术用于冠状动脉口部病变PCI中是安全可行的,而且具有极高的造影成功率。经过IVUS检查证实大部分支架在冠状动脉口部病变处能准确置入。 | 杨胜利 刘惠亮 Aaron Wong Jack Tan 刘英 张蛟 LIM Soo Teik Paul Chiam Stanley Chia | 2011 | 中华老年心脑血管病杂志2011,13,10: | 3 |
| 4 | Szabo技术在口部病变经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中应用的安全性和可行性(英文)显示文摘背景和目的:冠状动脉口部病变的经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗手术操作难度大,易有并发症,既要支架准确植入口部病变,又要边支不受压。本研究探讨解决这一难题的Szabo技术的成功率、安全性和可行性。方法:Szabo技术是利用边支导丝(抛锚导丝)穿过支架最靠近边支的支架网眼,防止支架前进时停止在口部病变外,保证主支导丝穿过支架腔。作者回顾性分析利用Szabo技术治疗39例病人冠状动脉口部病变的结果。手术操作成功定义:支架没有脱落,边支导丝没有退出。造影成功定义:支架准确植入到口部,而边支没有受压。血管内超声定义成功:支架准确植入到口部,近段没有突出,支架完全覆盖病变。39例病人中,男性28例,女性11例,年龄43~79,平均(65±12)岁。6F和7F指引导管分别用于35例(89.7%)和4(10.3%)例病人。经桡动脉途径31(79.5%)例和经股动脉途径8(20.5%)例。病变相关血管:前降支(LAD)26(66.7%)例,右冠(RCA)5(12.8%)例,旋支及钝缘支(LCX-OM)3(7.7%)例,后降支(PDA)5(12.8%)例。支架植入后30(76.9%)例病变相关血管和9(23.1%)例边支血管经过了血管内超声(IVUS)检查。结果:手术操作成功:36例(92.3%),这36例造影均成功(100%)。IVUS检测:支架准确植入口部者96.7%(29例/30例),支架近段轻度凸出的只有1例(3.3%)。没有发生严重并发症。结论:结果说明Szabo技术用于冠状动脉口部病变PCI成功率很高,是安全和可行的,值得推广。 | 杨胜利 刘惠亮 Aaron Wong Jack Tan 刘英 张蛟 LIM Soo Teik Paul Chiam Stanley Chia Koh Tian Hai Philip Wong | 2011 | 心血管康复医学杂志2011,20,1: | 3 |

The damage depth in the Si3N4 thin film for two different ion species(Gallium and Arsenic) under various parameters(ion energy, angle of incidence) are investigated by Monte Carlo method. | 10 | Fertility Preservation for Female显示文摘Preservation of female fertility is an important issue today. However, there are few effective clinical options for preserving female fertility. Firstly, conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF) followed by embryo cryopreservation is an accepted procedure but is not applicable to all women. Embryo freezing is suitable only for women with a male partner and may not be acceptable to some patients due to moral and religious reasons. Ovarian tissue freezing is another option of female fertility preservation but is an invasive procedure and the efficacy of this technique remains to be determined. Oocyte cryopreservation is also method for fertility preservation. Egg freezing is mini-mally invasive and can avoid the ethical and moral concerns related to cryopreservation of embryos. However, conventional slow freezing/rapid thawing methods are associ-ated with low survival of oocytes. Recent development in vitrification of oocytes appears promising.
