3Mesenchymal stromal cells alleviate acute respiratory distress syndrome through the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway显示文摘Mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)have been considered a promising alternative for treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).However,there is significant heterogeneity in their therapeutic efficacy,largely owing to the incomplete understanding of the mechanisms underlying the therapeutic activities of MSCs.Here,we hypothesize that the cholinergic antiinflammatory pathway(CAP),which is recognized as a neuroimmunological pathway,may be involved in the therapeutic mechanisms by which MSCs mitigate ARDS.Using lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and bacterial lung inflammation models,we found that inflammatory cell infiltration and Evans blue leakage were reduced and that the expression levels of choline acetyltransferase(ChAT)and vesicular acetylcholine transporter(VAChT)in lung tissue were significantly increased 6 hours after MSC infusion.When the vagus nerve was blocked orα7 nicotinic acetylcholine(ACh)receptor(α7nAChR)-knockout mice were used,the therapeutic effects of MSCs were significantly reduced,suggesting that the CAP may play an important role in the effects of MSCs in ARDS treatment.Our results further showed that MSC-derived prostaglandin E2(PGE2)likely promoted ACh synthesis and release.Additionally,based on the efficacy of nAChR andα7nAChR agonists,we found that lobeline,the nicotinic cholinergic receptor excitation stimulant,may attenuate pulmonary inflammation and alleviate respiratory symptoms of ARDS patients in a clinical study(ChiCTR2100047403).In summary,we reveal a previously unrecognized MSC-mediated mechanism of CAP activation as the means by which MSCs alleviate ARDS-like syndrome,providing insight into the clinical translation of MSCs or CAP-related strategies for the treatment of patients with ARDS.Xiaoran Zhang Xuxia Wei Yiwen Deng Xiaofeng Yuan Jiahao Shi Weijun Huang Jing Huang Xiaoyong Chen Shuwei Zheng Jieying Chen Keyu Chen Ruiming Xu Hongmiao Wang Weiqiang Li Shiyue Li Huimin Yi Andy Peng Xiang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,10:1
4Geochronology and Petrogenesis of Granitoid Intrusions in the Feidong District, Southern Tan-Lu Fault Zone, China显示文摘The Feidong district is located in the southern segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone that separates the South China Block(NCB)from the North China Craton(NCC).We report zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotope data,as well as whole-rock geochemistry for Xishanyi granodiorite and Jianshan granite in the Feidong district.Zircon U-Pb dating results show that the emplacement ages of the Xishanyi and Jianshan intrusions are 124±3 Ma and 130±1 Ma respectively,coeval with magmatic events linked to large-scale lithospheric thinning in eastern China.The whole-rock geochemistry of the Xishanyi and Jianshan intrusions demonstrate that they are peraluminous,high potassium calc-alkaline I-type granites with adakitic characteristics.Both intrusions underwent weak crustal assimilation during emplacement.The in situ zirconε(Hf)(t)values of the Xishanyi granodiorites range from-26.4 to-21.8,with T(DM2)model ages of 2552 to 2841 Ma.The in situ zirconε(Hf)(t)values of the Jianshan granite are from-27.5 to-23.0 with T(DM2)model ages of 2632 to 2904 Ma.The peak age of inherited zircon grains from the Xishanyi granodiorite and the Jianshan granite were^2.07 Ga and^1.94 Ga,respectively.After compared with the regional magmatism,we suggest that both the Xishanyi and Jianshan granitoid intrusions were derived from partial melting of the NCC lower crust.FU Xiang ZHANG Dayu YAO Ziwei REN Kangda DENG Yufeng LI Jiahao JIANG Ren YUAN Feng 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6:1
5Correlation knowledge extraction based on data mining for distribution network planning显示文摘Traditional distribution network planning relies on the professional knowledge of planners,especially when analyzing the correlations between the problems existing in the network and the crucial influencing factors.The inherent laws reflected by the historical data of the distribution network are ignored,which affects the objectivity of the planning scheme.In this study,to improve the efficiency and accuracy of distribution network planning,the characteristics of distribution network data were extracted using a data-mining technique,and correlation knowledge of existing problems in the network was obtained.A data-mining model based on correlation rules was established.The inputs of the model were the electrical characteristic indices screened using the gray correlation method.The Apriori algorithm was used to extract correlation knowledge from the operational data of the distribution network and obtain strong correlation rules.Degree of promotion and chi-square tests were used to verify the rationality of the strong correlation rules of the model output.In this study,the correlation relationship between heavy load or overload problems of distribution network feeders in different regions and related characteristic indices was determined,and the confidence of the correlation rules was obtained.These results can provide an effective basis for the formulation of a distribution network planning scheme.Zhifang Zhu Zihan Lin Liping Chen Hong Dong Yanna Gao Xinyi Liang Jiahao Deng 2023Global Energy Interconnection2023,6,4:0

84-28 Calorimetric Measurement of Deposited Energy by Heavy Ion Beams Impact on Diamond Target显示文摘Highly charged ions (HCIs) carrying amount of potential energy will produce some new physical phenomenabecause the potential energy will be deposited into a very small volume within a very short time. We wouldapply the calorimetric method to study the energy deposition of HCIs [1;2]. Herein we introduce the new setup forcalorimetric measurement for the potential energy deposition of highly charged ions at 320 kV Highly Charged IonsPhysics Experimental Platform.The setup was constructed by 3 parts: the Dewar, the electrical temperature controller and the main part. Thediamond target was connected to the LN2 cooled heat sink by 4 copper wires and a Platinum temperature sensorwas glued to the rear side of the target. 9VPS33B suppresses lung adenocarcinoma metastasis and chemoresistance to cisplatin显示文摘The presence of VPS33B in tumors has rarely been reported.Downregulated VPS33B protein expression is an unfavorable factor that promotes the pathogenesis of lung adenocar-cinoma(LUAD).Overexpressed VPS33B was shown to reduce the migration,invasion,metas-tasis,and chemoresistance of LUAD cells to cisplatin(DDP)in vivo and in vitro.Mechanistic analyses have indicated that VPS33B first suppresses epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)Ras/ERK signaling,which further reduces the expression of the oncogenic factor C-Myc.Down-regulated c-Myc expression reduces the rate at which it binds the p53 promoter and weakens its transcription inhibition;therefore,decreased C-Myc stimulates p53 expression,leading to decreased epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)signal.NESG1 has been shown to be an unfavorable indicator of non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Here,NESG1 Was identified as an interactive protein of VPS33B.In addition,NESG1 was found to exhibit mutual stimulation with VPS33B via reduced RAS/ERK/c-Jun-mediated transcription repression.Knockdown of NESG1 activated EGFR/Ras/ERK/c-Myc signaling and further downregulated p53 expression,which thus activated EMT signaling and promoted LUAD migration and invasion.Finally,we observed that nicotine suppressed VPS33B expression by inducing PI3K/AKT/c-Jun-mediated transcription suppression.Our study demonstrates that VPS33B as a tumor suppressor is signif-icantly involved in the pathogenesis of LUAD.Zhen Liu Jiahao Liu Yang Li Hao Wang Zixi Liang Xiaojie Deng Qiaofen Fu Weiyi Fang Ping Xu 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,3:0
10Mg/Fe site-specific dual-doping to boost the performance of cobalt-free nickle-rich layered oxide cathode for high-energy lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Layer-type LiNi0.9Mn0.1O2is promising to be the primary cathode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to its excellent electrochemical performance.Unfortunately,the cathode with high nickel content suffers from severely detrimental structural transformation that causes rapid capacity attenuation.Herein,site-specific dual-doping with Fe and Mg ions is proposed to enhance the structural stability of LiNi0.9Mn0.1O2.The Fe3+dopants are inserted into transition metal sites(3b)and can favorably provide additional redox potential to compensate for charge and enhance the reversibility of anionic redox.The Mg ions are doped into the Li sites(3a)and serve as O_(2)^(-)-Mg^(2+)-O_(2)^(-)pillar to reinforce the electrostatic cohesion between the two adjacent transition-metal layers,which further suppress the cracking and the generation of harmful phase transitions,ultimately improving the cyclability.The theoretical calculations,including Bader charge and crystal orbital Hamilton populations(COHP)analyses,confirm that the doped Fe and Mg can form stable bonds with oxygen and the electrostatic repulsion of O_(2)^(-)-O_(2)^(-)can be effectively suppressed,which effectively mitigates oxygen anion loss at the high delithiation state.This dual-site doping strategy offers new avenues for understanding and regulating the crystalline oxygen redox and demonstrates significant potential for designing high-performance cobalt-free nickel-rich cathodes.Yunting Wang Gaohui Du Di Han Wenhao Shi Jiahao Deng Huayu Li Wenqi Zhao Shukai Ding Qingmei Su Bingshe Xu 2024Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,91,4:0
