| 1 | Activation of Rac1-PI3K/Akt is required for epidermal growth factorinduced PAK1 activation and cell migration in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells显示文摘Epidermal growth factor (EGF) may increase cell motility,an event implicated in cancer cell invasion and metastasis.However,the underlying mechanisms for EGF-induced cell motility remain elusive.In this study,we found that EGF treatment could activate Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1 (Rac1),PI3K/Akt and p21actived kinase (PAK1) along with cell migration.Ectopic expression of PAK1 K299R,a dominant negative PAK1 mutant,could largely abolish EGF-induced cell migration.Blocking PI3K/Akt signalling with LY294002 or Akt siRNA remarkably inhibited both EGF-induced PAK1 activation and cell migration.Furthermore,expression of dominant-negative Rac1 (T17N) could largely block EGF-induced PI3K/Akt-PAK1 activation and cell migration.Interestingly,EGF could induce a significant production of ROS,and N-acetyl-L-cysteine,a scavenger of ROS which abolished the EGF-induced ROS generation,cell migration,as well as activation of PI3K/Akt and PAK,but not Rac1.Our study demonstrated that EGF-induced cell migration involves a cascade of signalling events,including activation of Rac1,generation of ROS and subsequent activation of PI3K/Akt and PAK1. | Yu Yang Jun Du Zhenzhen Hu Jiaojing Liu Yinhui Tian Yichao Zhu Le Wang Luo Gu | 2011 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2011,25,4: | 3 |
| 2 | An Efficient Extraction-Free Method for Oxidative Desulfurization of Model Fuels Employing Cross-Linked Polyionic Liquid Phosphotungstate Catalysts显示文摘An efficient extraction-free oxidative desulfurization(ODS)process using a series of cross-linked polyionic liquid phosphotungstate(CLPIL-PW)catalysts is reported.The cross-linked PILs were prepared with DVB and 1-n-alkyl-3-vinyl imidazole hydrobromide(alkyl=ethyl,butyl,octyl,dodecyl),and were then assembled with phosphotungstic acid(H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40))to form the catalysts.The CLPIL-PWs have been applied to the oxidative removal of dibenzothiophene(DBT)from model oil with H_(2)O_(2) as an oxidant.The effects of ionic liquid(IL)cationic species,varying the DVB/IL molar ratio in the polymerization process,and varying operating conditions were investigated.The CLPIL-PWs were characterized by inductively coupled plasma(ICP)mass spectrometry,elemental analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infra-red(FTIR)spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),^(13)C and^(31)P nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy.The polydivinylbenzene-co-1-n-octyl-3-vinyl imidazole phosphotungstate(P(DVB-OVIm)PW)exhibited the highest DBT removal efficiency(99.9%)and remarkable recyclability,and could be reused eight times without reducing its activity.Finally,an extraction-free ODS mechanism is proposed. | Yuan Dandan Zhang Ling Yin Guoqing Wang Yuanyuan Zhang Jiaojing | 2022 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2022,24,3: | 2 |

| 6 | Ultrahigh rate binder-free Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/carbon cathode for sodium-ion battery显示文摘Sodium ion batteries(SIBs)are very promising for large-scale energy storage in virtue of its high energy density,abundant sodium resources and low environmental impact,etc.However,it is still a big challenge to develop high-performance and durable cathode materials for SIBs.Among different candidate materials,Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3has attracted great attentions due to its high theoretical capacity(117 mAh/g),stable framework structure and excellent ionic conductivity.However,Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3delivers inferior rate capability and cycling stability due to its poor electronic conductivity.In this work,free-standing Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/carbon nanofiber membranes are synthesized by an electrospinning-sintering route.The sample could deliver excellent cycling capability with specific capacity of 112 mAh/g at 1 C after 250cycles and ultrahigh rate capability with 76.9 mAh/g even at 100 C,which is superior to many state-ofthe-art SIB cathode materials.This can be attributed to the hierarchically distributed Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3crystals in carbon nanofiber network,which possesses outstanding electronic/ionic conductivity and thus leads to an ultrahigh rate capability. | Le Yang Wei Wang Mingxiang Hu Jiaojing Shao Ruitao Lv | 2018 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,5: | 1 |
