| 4 | Effects of Primary Annealing Condition on Recrystallization Texture in a Grain Oriented Silicon Steel显示文摘The recrystallization texture in grain oriented silicon steel sheets, which were annealed at different primary annealing temperatures with and without an electric field, was investigated. An automated electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) technique was used to analyze the recrystallization texture. It was found that recovery and application of electric field in primary annealing lead to an increase of {001} component and a decrease of {111} component after annealing at 900℃. | 6 | Important role of a LAL regulator Sta R in the staurosporine biosynthesis and high-production of Streptomyces fradiae CGMCC 4.576显示文摘Staurosporine, belonging to indolocarbazole compounds, is regarded as an excellent lead compound for synthesizing antitumor agents as a potent inhibitor against various protein kinases. In this study, two separate clusters(cluster A and cluster B),corresponding to biosyntheses of K-252 c(staurosporine aglycone) and sugar moiety, were identified in Streptomyces fradiae CGMCC 4.576 and heterologously expressed in Streptomyces coelicolor M1146 separately or together. Sta R, a cluster-situated LAL family regulator, activates staurosporine biosynthesis by binding to the promoter regions of sta O-sta C and sta G-sta N. The conserved sequences GGGGG and GCGCG were found through gradually truncating promoters of sta O and sta G, and further determined by mutational experiments. Overexpression of sta R with the supplementation of 0.01 g L^–1 Fe SO4 increased staurosporine production to 5.2-fold compared with that of the parental strain Streptomyces fradiae CGMCC 4.576 in GYM medium. | 8 | Ecological and environmental explanation of microbiotic crusts on sand dune scales in the Gurbantonggut Desert, Xinjiang显示文摘Results obtained from the field investigation and the analysis in laboratory show that many species of microbiotic crusts of lichens, mosses and algae develop extensively in the Gurbantonggut Desert, Xinjiang. The formation, species and distribution are closely related to the environmental conditions at the different positions of sand dunes. The animalcule crusts develop mainly on the mobile or semi-mobile sand surface of dune tops, the alga crusts develop mainly at the upper to middle parts of dune slopes, the lichen crusts develop at middle and lower parts of dune slopes, and the moss crusts are mainly distributed at the lower part of dune slopes and the interdune lowlands. The species, thickness and developing degree of microbiotic crusts increase from the upper part to the middle and lower parts of dune slopes and the interdune lowlands, and an obvious contrast between the microbiotic crusts and the different species of plant communities forms. | 10 | Influence of Ethanolamine on Corrosion of Alloy 690 in Simulated Secondary Water显示文摘Effect of ethanolamine(ETA) on Alloy 690 in simulated pressurized water reactor(PWR) secondary cooling water was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), potentiodynamic polarization, atomic force microscopy(AFM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy-attenuated total reflectance(FTIR-ATR), X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS) and time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(To F-SIMS). The results show that moderate addition of ETA can enhance the corrosion resistance of Alloy 690 in high-temperature pressurized water and the optimum additive value is 2 mg/L. The addition of ETA contributes to the formation of oxide rather than hydroxide in the film on the surface of Alloy 690. | 15 | Self-alignment of full skewed RSINS: observability analysis and full-observable Kalman filter显示文摘Traditional orthogonal strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS) cannot achieve satisfactory selfalignment accuracy in the stationary base: taking more than 5 minutes and all the inertial sensors biases cannot get full observability except the upaxis accelerometer. However, the full skewed redundant SINS(RSINS) can not only enhance the reliability of the system, but also improve the accuracy of the system, such as the initial alignment. Firstly, the observability of the system state includes attitude errors and all the inertial sensors biases are analyzed with the global perspective method: any three gyroscopes and three accelerometers can be assembled into an independent subordinate SINS(subSINS); the system state can be uniquely confirmed by the coupling connections of all the subSINSs; the attitude errors and random constant biases of all the inertial sensors are observable. However, the random noises of the inertial sensors are not taken into account in the above analyzing process. Secondly, the fullobservable Kalman filter which can be applied to the actual RSINS containing random noises is established; the system state includes the position, velocity, attitude errors of all the subSINSs and the random constant biases of the redundant inertial sensors. At last, the initial selfalignment process of a typical fourredundancy full skewed RSINS is simulated: the horizontal attitudes(pitch, roll) errors and yaw error can be exactly evaluated within 80 s and 100 s respectively, while the random constant biases of gyroscopes and accelerometers can be precisely evaluated within 120 s. | 16 | Review of recent progresses on flexible oxide semiconductor thin film transistors based on atomic layer deposition processes显示文摘The current article is a review of recent progress and major trends in the field of flexible oxide thin film transistors(TFTs), fabricating with atomic layer deposition(ALD) processes. The ALD process offers accurate controlling of film thickness and composition as well as ability of achieving excellent uniformity over large areas at relatively low temperatures. First, an introduction is provided on what is the definition of ALD, the difference among other vacuum deposition techniques, and the brief key factors of ALD on flexible devices. Second, considering functional layers in flexible oxide TFT, the ALD process on polymer substrates may improve device performances such as mobility and stability, adopting as buffer layers over the polymer substrate, gate insulators, and active layers. Third, this review consists of the evaluation methods of flexible oxide TFTs under various mechanical stress conditions. The bending radius and repetition cycles are mostly considering for conventional flexible devices. It summarizes how the device has been degraded/changed under various stress types(directions). The last part of this review suggests a potential of each ALD film, including the releasing stress, the optimization of TFT structure, and the enhancement of device performance. | 18 | Design and performance evaluation of additively manufactured composite lattice structures of commercially pure Ti(CP-Ti)显示文摘Ti alloys with lattice structures are garnering more and more attention in the field of bone repair or regeneration due to their superior structural,mechanical,and biological properties.In this study,six types of composite lattice structures with different strut radius that consist of simple cubic(structure A),body-centered cubic(structure B),and edge-centered cubic(structure C)unit cells are designed.The designed structures are firstly simulated and analysed by the finite element(FE)method.Commercially pure Ti(CP-Ti)lattice structures with optimized unit cells and strut radius are then fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM),and the dimensions,microtopography,and mechanical properties are characterised.The results show that among the six types of composite lattice structures,combined BA,CA,and CB structures exhibit smaller maximum von-Mises stress,indicating that these structures have higher strength.Based on the fitting curves of stress/specific surface area versus strut radius,the optimized strut radius of BA,CA,and CB structures is 0.28,0.23,and 0.30 mm respectively.Their corresponding compressive yield strength and compressive modulus are 42.28,30.11,and 176.96 MPa,and 4.13,2.16,and 7.84 GPa,respectively.The CP-Ti with CB unit structure presents a similar strength and compressive modulus to the cortical bone,which makes it a potential candidate for subchondral bone restorations. | Wei Xu Aihua Yu Xin Lu Maryam Tamaddon Mengdi Wang Jiazhen Zhang Jianliang Zhang Xuanhui Qu Chaozong Liu Bo Su | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,5: | 2 |
| 19 | Density estimated physicochemical properties of alanine-based ionic liquid [C_7mim][Ala] and its application in selective transesterification of soybean oil显示文摘Amino acid ionic liquid (AAIL) based on alanine, 1-n-heptyl-3-methylimidazolium alanine ([C7mim][Ala]), has been prepared and characterized. Since the IL can form strong hydrogen bonds with water, trace amount of water is a problematic impurity in the IL. Using the standard addition method (SAM), the densities were measured in the temperature range from 293.15 to 343.15±0.05 K. On the basis of the experimental data of density, the surface tension , molar volume, and the molecular volume Vm, molar enthalpy of vaporization lgHm0, and the thermal expansion coefficients , for [C7mim][Ala] were estimated using semi-empirical methods. Also the interstice model has been verified with good accordance. Then the [C7mim][Ala] was taken as catalyst in the transesterification reaction with fatty acid, where soybean oil was used as raw material and methanol as reactant. The amount of catalyst, alcohol consumption, reaction time, temperature and other factors of the reaction were investigated. Using GC determination, the conversions were calculated by the internal standard method.
