1Space experimental studies of microgravity fluid science in China显示文摘Microgravity fluid physics is an important part of microgravity sciences, which consists of simple fluids of many new systems, gas-liquid two-phase flow and heat transfer, and complex fluid mechanics. In addition to the importance of itself in sciences and applications, microgravity fluid physics closely relates to microgravity combustion, space biotechnology and space materials science, and promotes the developments of interdisciplinary fields. Many space microgravity experiments have been performed on board the recoverable satellites and space ships of China and pushed the rapid development of microgravity sciences in China. 2Study on the deactivation and regeneration of the ZSM-5 catalyst used in methanol to olefins显示文摘ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst modified by a trace of metal cations shows high activity and high selectivity for the reaction of methanol to olefins (MTO), but it inclines to deactivate during the reaction. In this paper, the mechanism of the catalyst deactivation and the regeneration method were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption, infrared spectra (IR), and infrared spectra coupled with NH3 molecular probes (IR-NH3). These characterizations indicated that coke formation was the main reason for the catalyst deactivation. To regenerate the deactivated catalyst, two methods, i.e., calcination and methanol leaching, were used. N2 adsorption-desorption, IR and IR-NH3 characteriza-tions showed that both methods can eliminate coke deposited on the catalyst and make the catalyst reactivated. XRD showed that the structure of the catalyst did not change after regeneration. Interestingly, the regenerated catalyst even showed better catalytic performance of the MTO reaction than the fresh one. 3Sedimentation Rate Rhythms:Evidence from Filling of the Tarim Basin,Northwest China显示文摘Variations of sedimentation rate within a basin over geologic time are a time series that can be filtered into several cyclic wave curves. Based on back-stripping and the empirical mode decomposition method, the cores from 14 wells in the Tarim Basin were selected to do filtering analysis. Four cycles or quasi-cycles(33 Ma, 64.4 Ma, 103.6 Ma, and 224 Ma) were obtained. Among these, the 33 Ma period, which was related to the internal earth activity, an external force, or a combination of the two, was the most obvious. The 64.4 Ma period corresponded to the solar system crossing the galaxy plane or the periodic melting of inner-earth material. The 103.6 Ma period was related with plate collisional tectonism around the Tarim Plate. 4Structural and electrical properties of ZnO films on freestanding thick diamond films显示文摘In this paper, ZnO films are deposited on freestanding thick diamond films (FTDF) by plasma-assisted metal organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD). Diethyl zinc (DEZn), O2 and N2O are applied as precursors and different substrate temperatures are used to achieve high quality ZnO films. The influence of substrate temperature on the properties of ZnO films is systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Hall measurements and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). 5A sophisticated simulation for the fracture behavior of concrete material using XFEM显示文摘The development of a powerful numerical model to simulate the fracture behavior of concrete material has long been one of the dominant research areas in earthquake engineering.A reliable model should be able to adequately represent the discontinuous characteristics of cracks and simulate various failure behaviors under complicated loading conditions.In this paper,a numerical formulation,which incorporates a sophisticated rigid-plastic interface constitutive model coupling cohesion softening,contact,friction and shear dilatation into the XFEM,is proposed to describe various crack behaviors of concrete material.An effective numerical integration scheme for accurately assembling the contribution to the weak form on both sides of the discontinuity is introduced.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been assessed by simulating several well-known experimental tests.It is concluded that the numerical method can successfully capture the crack paths and accurately predict the fracture behavior of concrete structures.The influence of mode-Ⅱ parameters on the mixed-mode fracture behavior is further investigated to better determine these parameters.Zhai Changhai Wang Xiaomin Kong Jingchang Li Shuang Xie Lili 2017Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2017,16,4:3
6Reverse Microemulsion Synthesis and Characterization of Pd-Ag Bimetallic Alloy Catalysts Supported on Al_2O_3 for Acetylene Hydrogenation显示文摘Pd-Ag bimetallic alloy nanoparticles were synthesized by the reverse microemulsion method,and then deposited on Al2O3 to form the supported catalyst.The nanoparticles of Pd-Ag and Pd-Ag/Al2O3 samples were characterized by UV/Vis,HRTEM,EDX,XRD,and XPS.The test results indicated that Pd-Ag bimetallic alloy nanoparticles with a size of about 2 nm and a face-centered cubic(fcc) structure were formed in the measured area of microemulsion.The growth of nanoparticles was effectively limited within the droplet of micoremulsion.TEM image exhibited that the Pd-Ag alloy nanoparticles were well-dispersed on the Al2O3 support.The catalytic performance of various catalysts for selective hydrogenation of acetylene showed that a higher acetylene conversion and selectivity to ethylene upon acetylene hydrogenation was achieved on a nano-sized Pd-Ag bimetallic catalyst with a Pd/Ag alloy supported molar ratio of 1:1.5.Wei Guobin Dai Wei Li Qian Cao Weiliang Zhang Jingchang 2012China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2012,14,3:3
7Enhancement of radiosensitivity of lung adenocarcinoma using a decoction from the Fuzhengzengxiao formula显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of a decoction of Fuzhengzengxiao formula on lung adenocarcinoma regarding the inflammatory protein S100A9 known to enhance cancer cell sensitivity.METHODS: A nude mouse model of human lung adenocarcinoma was established. The mice were randomly divided into four groups using the random number table method: Group Ⅰ, control;Group Ⅱ, treatment with a decoction of the Fuzhengzengxiao formula alone; Group Ⅲ, treatment with radiotherapy alone; and Group Ⅳ, treatment with radiotherapy plus a decoction of Fuzhengzengxiao formula. When the tumor body was 1 cm^3 in diameter, the tumor bearing mice in GroupsⅢ and Ⅳ were irradiated at a single dose of 10 Gy and the tumor inhibition rate was evaluated.The expression of S100A9 was determined using Western blotting and q-PCR(Real-time Quantitative PCR Detecting System). The sensitivity of cells containing RNAi S100A9 to radiotherapy was evaluated using the Click multiple target model,and the cell cycle was analyzed using flow cytometry.RESULTS: Relative to the control group,the expression of S100A9 in the tumors in each treatment group was decreased,especially in Group Ⅳ. 11Critical Speeds of Electric Vehicles for Regenerative Braking显示文摘Efficient regenerative braking of electric vehicles(EVs)can enhance the efficiency of an energy storage system(ESS)and reduce the system cost.To ensure swift braking energy recovery,it is paramount to know the upper limit of the regenerative energy during braking.Therefore,this paper,based on 14 typical urban driving cycles,proposes the concept and principle of confidence interval of“probability event”and“likelihood energy”proportion of braking.The critical speeds of EVs for braking energy recovery are defined and studied through case studies.First,high-probability critical braking speed and high-energy critical braking speed are obtained,compared,and analyzed,according to statistical analysis and calculations of the braking randomness and likelihood energy in the urban driving cycles of EVs.Subsequently,a new optimized ESS concept is proposed under the frame of a battery/ultra-capacitor(UC)hybrid energy storage system(HESS)combined with two critical speeds.The battery/UC HESS with 9 UCs can achieve better regenerative braking performances and discharging performances,which indicates that a minimal amount of UCs can be used as auxiliary power source to optimize the ESS.After that,the efficiency regenerative braking model,including the longitudinal dynamics,motor,drivetrain,tire,and wheel slip models,is established.Finally,parameters optimization and performance verification of the optimized HESS are implemented and analyzed using a specific EV.Research results emphasize the significance of the critical speeds of EVs for regenerative braking.Xianxu Bai Gen Chen Weihan Li Rui Jia Liang Xuan Anding Zhu Jingchang Wang 2021Automotive Innovation2021,4,2:1

13Study on Ocular Torsion of V Patterns Strabismus显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the ocular torsion of V patterns.Methods:Twenty-two in hospital V patterns patients underwent bilateral inferior obliquemuscles myectomy for inferior oblique overacting and hortizon recti underwent recessresection procedure to correct hortizon devation. Objective cycloposition was assessed by fundus photograph before and 7 days after surgery in all cases. The photographs was stored in computer, and the disc-fovea angle was measured by means of drawing picture software. As well as the deviation, oblique muscle function was recorded before and after surgery.Result: Seventeen cases were bilateral ocular excyclotropia, 4 cases were monocular excyclotropia and one case was normal.The disc-fovea angle of right eyes and left eyes before operation is 15.67°+5.72° and 16.59°+6.69°.The comparisons among V patterns and normal average showed significant differences ( P < 0.001). The disc-fovea angle of right eyes and left eyes after operation is 5.24°+5.87° and 7.17°+5.40°. 18Preparation of (Ti, Sn)O_2 Nano-Composite Photocatalyst by Supercritical Fluid Dry Combination Technology显示文摘A series of TiO2-SnO2 nano-sized composite photo-catalysts containing Sn (9.3%~30.1%) were prepared from TiCl4and SnCl4.5H2O by using sol-gel, supercritical fluid dry and solid-phase reaction (SCFD) combination technology.Characterizations with X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that, in addition to anatase type TiO2, a new active phase (Ti, Sn)O2 (with particle size of 2.0~4.3 nm) formed, and there were no SnO2 crystals observed in the range of the doping concentration studied. Photo-catalytic reaction of phenol was used as a model reaction to evaluate the catalytic activities of the obtained catalysts. Compared with pure TiO2 or Ti-Sn catalyst prepared with general sol-gel method, Ti-Sn nanocomposite photo-catalyst thus obtained showed significant improvement in catalytic activity. The photo-catalytic degradation rate of phenol could reach as high as 93.5% after 7 h. The preparation conditions of the new phase (Ti, Sn)O2 were investigated and its catalytic mechanism was proposed.
