1Multicomponent transition metal phosphide for oxygen evolution显示文摘Transition metal phosphides(TMPs)have exhibited decent performance in an oxygen evolution reaction(OER),which is a kinetic bottleneck in many energy storages and conversion systems.Most reported catalysts are composed of three or fewer metallic components.The inherent complexity of multicomponent TMPs with more than four metallic components hinders their investigation in rationally designing the structure and,more importantly,comprehending the component-activity correlation.Through hydrothermal growth and subsequent phosphor-ization,we reported a facile strategy for combining TMPs with tunable elemental compositions(Ni,Fe,Mn,Co,Cu)on a two-dimensional ti-tanium carbide(MXene)flake.The obtained TMPs/MXene hybrid nanostructures demonstrate homogeneously distributed elements.They ex-hibit high electrical conductivity and strong interfacial interaction,resulting in an accelerated reaction kinetics and long-term stability.The res-ults of different component catalysts’OER performance show that NiFeMnCoP/MXene is the most active catalyst,with a low overpotential of 240 mV at 10 mA·cm−2,a small Tafel slope of 41.43 mV·dec−1,and a robust long-term electrochemical stability.According to the electrocata-lytic mechanism investigation,the enhanced NiFeMnCoP/MXene OER performance is due to the strong synergistic effect of the multi-ele-mental composition.Our work,therefore,provides a scalable synthesis route for multi-elemental TMPs and a valuable guideline for efficient MXene-supported catalysts design.Lihua Liu Ning Li Jingrui Han Kaili Yao Hongyan Liang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,3:1
2LEO Mega Constellations:Review of Development,Impact,Surveillance,and Governance显示文摘The rapid development of Low Earth Orbit(LEO)mega constellations has significantly contributed to several aspects of human scientific progress,such as communication,navigation,and remote sensing.However,unrestrained deployment of constellations has also strained orbital resources and increased spacecraft congestion in LEO,which seriously affects the safety of in-orbit operations of many space assets.For the long-term and sustainable development of space activities in LEO regions,space environment stability must be maintained using more rational surveillance and governance mechanisms.This review contributes to the research gap and facilitates the development of LEO mega constellations.First,the current development of typical LEO mega constellations is reviewed,followed by the analysis of the impact of LEO mega constellations in terms of astronomical observation,spacecraft safety in orbit,and space environment evolution.Then,two main solutions to conduct the challenges raised by LEO mage constellations are elaborated:one is to ensure the safety operation of spacecraft using space surveillance infrastructures and space situational awareness technologies,and the other is to accelerate the deorbit of constellation satellites at the end of life based on postmission disposal and active removal methods.Finally,the future development and potential research directions of LEO mega constellations are prospected.Jingrui Zhang Yifan Cai Chenbao Xue Zhirun Xue Han Cai 2022Space(Science & Technology)2022,,1:1
3iNet:visual analysis of irregular transition in multivariate dynamic networks显示文摘Multivariate dynamic networks indicate networks whose topology structure and vertex attributes are evolving along time.They are common in multimedia applications.Anomaly detection is one of the essential tasks in analyzing these networks though it is not well addressed.In this paper,we combine a rare category detection method and visualization techniques to help users to identify and analyze anomalies in multivariate dynamic networks.We conclude features of rare categories and two types of anomalies of rare categories.Then we present a novel rare category detection method,called DIRAD,to detect rare category candidates with anomalies.We develop a prototype system called iNet,which integrates two major visualization components,including a glyph-based rare category identifier,which helps users to identify rare categories among detected substructures,a major view,which assists users to analyze and interpret the anomalies of rare categories in network topology and vertex attributes.Evaluations,including an algorithm performance evaluation,a case study,and a user study,are conducted to test the effectiveness of proposed methods.Dongming HAN Jiacheng PAN Rusheng PAN Dawei ZHOU Nan CAO Jingrui HE Mingliang XU Wei CHEN 2022Frontiers of Computer Science2022,16,2:0

5Multiple metallic dopants in nickel nanoparticles for electrocatalytic oxygen evolution显示文摘Developing efficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts is of great importance for sustainable en-ergy conversion and storage.Ni-based catalysts have shown great potential as OER electrocatalysts,but their performance still needs to be improved.Herein,we report the multiple metal doped nickel nanoparticles syn-thesized via a simple oil phase strategy as efficient OER catalysts.The FeMnMoV-Ni exhibits superior OER performance with an overpotential of 220 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) and a long-term stability of 250 h in 1 M KOH solution.In situ Raman analysis shows that the NiOOH site works as the active center and multiple metallic dopants facilitate the formation of NiOOH.Mo and V dopants promote the formation of high-valence state of Ni sites,and Mn dopants increase the electrochemical active surface area and expose more active sites.This work provides a novel strategy for catalyst design,which is critical for developing multiple metal doped catalysts.Yan Huang Jingrui Han Haibin Wang Lihua Liu Hongyan Liang 2023Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2023,33,1:0
6Unveiling the role of Zn dopants in NiFe phosphide nanosheet for oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Transition metal phosphides have been recognized as promising electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)due to their low cost and high activity.However,the insufficient exposed active region limited the OER performance.Recently,the introduction of sacrificial dopants has been considered an effective strategy to enlarge the surface area.Herein,the Zn dopants are introduced in NiFe phosphide(NiFeZnP)nanosheet,which work as the sacrificial dopants to generate more exposed active NiFe sites and promote the formation of the NiFeOOH active phase during OER process.The optimized Zn-doped NiFeP catalyst shows an overpotential of≈203 mV to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) in 1 M KOH,and a stability of 100 h at 1000 mA cm^(-2).Overall,this work provides a sacrificial Zn doping strategy to prepare highly efficient OER electrocatalysts.Chendong Kou Jingrui Han Haibin Wang Mei Han Hongyan Liang 2023Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2023,33,1:0

8Synergistic phosphorized NiFeCo and MXene interaction inspired the formation of high-valence metal sites for efficient oxygen evolution显示文摘Exploring low-cost,high-performance,and stable electrocatalysts toward the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is highly desired but remains challenging.Transition metal hydroxide has been wildly utilized as a promising candidate,but practical implementation is impeded by insufficient catalytic activity,easy agglomeration,and poor conductivity.Here,we report that both phosphorization and combination with MXnene can improve the catalysts’intrinsic activity and conductivity.Besides,MXene also prevents the agglomeration of the nanoparticles,resulting in the enhanced exposure of active sites.Experimental char-acterizing and density functional theory simulations revealed that P species can attract electrons to pro-mote the formation of high-valence states of adjacent metal atoms,and coupling MXene support can effectively modulate the electronic structure and optimize the d-band center,which boosts the OER per-formance.Consequently,the optimized NiFeCoP/Mxene catalyst exhibits a low overpotential of 240 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2),a small Tafel slope of 55 mV dec^(−1),and superior long-term stability of 40 h in 1 M KOH electrolyte,which is superior to other counterparts.Ning Li Jingrui Han Kaili Yao Mei Han Zumin Wang Yongchang Liu Lihua Liu Hongyan Liang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,11:0
