| 1 | Perovskite-transition metal dichalcogenides heterostructures: recent advances and future perspectives显示文摘Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)and perovskites are among the most attractive and widely investigated semiconductors in the recent decade.They are promising materials for various applications,such as photodetection,solar energy harvesting,light emission,and many others.Combining these materials to form heterostructures can enrich the already fascinating properties and bring up new phenomena and opportunities.Work in this field is growing rapidly in both fundamental studies and device applications.Here,we review the recent findings in the perovskite-TMD heterostructures and give our perspectives on the future development of this promising field.The fundamental properties of the perovskites,TMDs,and their heterostructures are discussed first,followed by a summary of the synthesis methods of the perovskites and TMDs and the approaches to obtain high-quality interfaces.Particular attention is paid to the TMD-perovskite heterostructures that have been applied in solar cells and photodetectors with notable performance improvement.Finally through our analysis,we propose an outline on further fundamental studies and the promising applications of perovskite-TMD heterostructures. | Ahmed Elbanna Ksenia Chaykun Yulia Lekina Yuanda Liu Benny Febriansyah Shuzhou Li Jisheng Pan Ze Xiang Shen Jinghua Teng | 2022 | Opto-Electronic Science2022,1,8: | 2 |
| 2 | Framework Zr Stabilized PtSn/Zr-MCM-41 as a Promising Catalyst for Non-oxidative Ethane Dehydrogenation显示文摘Non-oxidative ethane dehydrogenation is a promising route to produce ethene.Herein,PtSn supported catalysts were investigated to achieve better ethane dehydrogenation performance by introduction of different Zr promoters,i.e.,framework Zr and ZrO_(2),to mesoporous MCM-41.In-situ XRD,TEM and CO chemisorption show that aggregation of metal particles and phase segregation of Pt_(3)Sn to Pt and PtSn_(3) at high temperature occur for PtSn/M,leading to bad ethane dehydrogenation activity.Strong interaction be-tween ZrO_(2) and PtSn species,as proved by XPS,results in restrained metal particles,which promotes the initial reactivity.However,Pt phase generated on surface is disadvantageous for the desorption of produced ethene as indicated by CO-IR and C_(3)H_(6)-TPD,and pyridine-IR and NH_(3)-TPD indicate strong acidity generated.Both deactivate the catalyst rapidly by deep dehydrogenation and coking.Moderate interaction between PtSn species and Si-O-Zr with much weaker acidity is formed when framework Zr is incorporated into MCM-41,which benefits the dispersion of metal particles,formation of Pt_(3)Sn/Pt species and stabilization of metal species from phase segregation.Outstanding initial ethane conversion and ethene selectivity of ca.99%were achieved for the optimal PtSn/ZrM,which is more coking-tolerant and stable by generating graphitic carbon mainly on support instead of active metals. | Jisheng Xu Chengxiang Shi Shuguang Zhang Qiancheng Zheng Lun Pan Xiangwen Zhang Ji-Jun Zou | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2022,40,8: | 2 |

| 6 | A novel fabrication technique for three-dimensional concave nanolens arrays显示文摘A novel facile technique is proposed for fabricating three-dimensional(3D)concave nanolens arrays on a silicon substrate.The technique leverages an inherent characteristic of the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)resist during inductively coupled plasma(ICP)etching.The tendency for plasma ions to accumulate at the edge of the PMMA resist helps create a local electric field that causes the ions to etch the sidewall of the PMMA resist.This process progressively increases the uncovered area,resulting in a graded etched depth or a concave structure in the substrate.In addition,using a given ICP etching recipe,the time required for a PMMA resist to be removed by sidewall etching is determined by its width.The use of PMMA resist of different widths enables one to achieve structures of varying etched depths and thus a 3D lens array.Optical characteristics of the fabricated nanolens were simulated using the FDTD(Finite-difference time-domain)method,and focal lengths ranging from 150 nm to 420 nm were obtained.This type of nanolens is very useful in ultraviolet optical devices and CMOS image sensors. | Tianli Duan Kang Xu Zhihong Liu Chenjie Gu Jisheng Pan Diing Shenp Ang Rui Zhang Yao Wang Xuhang Ma | 2020 | Journal of Materiomics2020,6,3: | 0 |
