1SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages and tectonic implications for Indosinian granitoids of southern Zhuguangshan granitic composite, South China显示文摘The large southern Zhuguangshan granitic batholith composite consists of granites with ages varying from the Caledonian through Indosinian to Yanshanian. Based on K-Ar dating data, the ages of the major parts of this composite were previously regarded as Yanshanian. In this study, the SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating method has been adopted for six plutons, Ledong, Longhuashan, Dawozi, Zhaidi, Baiyun and Jiangnan, in the southern Zhuguangshan composite, in which the four plutons other than Baiyun and Jiangnan were previously regarded as Yanshanian granites. Magmatic zircons from these six plutons, dated by this study, have yielded ages of 239±5 Ma (MSWD = 2.5), 239±5 Ma (MSWD = 2.5), 239±2 Ma (MSWD = 1.7), 239±4 Ma (MSWD = 3.2), 231±2 Ma (MSWD = 0.81) and 231±3 Ma (MSWD = 1.8), respectively. The results indicate that these plutons were formed by early Indosinian magmatism. Geochemical characteristics suggest that these granites were formed in an extensional tectonic environment. 2Carboniferous-Permian Stratigraphy and Sedimentary Environment of Southeastern Inner Mongolia,China:Constraints on Final Closure of the Paleo-Asian Ocean显示文摘In this paper we discuss the timing of final closure of the Paleo-Asian Ocean based on the field investigations of the Carboniferous-Permian stratigraphic sequences and sedimentary environments in southeastern Inner Mongolia combined with the geology of its neighboring areas.Studies show that during the Carboniferous-Permian in the eastern segment of the Tianshan-Hinggan Orogenic System,there was a giant ENE-NE-trending littoral-neritic to continental sedimentary basin,starting in the west from Ejinqi eastwards through southeastern Inner Mongolia into Jilin and Heilongjiang.The distribution of the Lower Carboniferous in the vast area is sparse.The Late Carboniferous or Permian volcanic-sedimentary rocks always unconformably overlie the Devonian or older units.The Upper Carboniferous-Middle Permian is dominated by Iittoral-neritic deposits and the Upper Permian,by continental deposits.The Late Carboniferous-Permian has no trace of subduction-collision orogeny,implying the basin gradually disappeared by shrinking and shallowing.In addition,it is of interest to note that the Ondor Sum and Hegenshan ophiolitic melanges were formed in the pre-Late Silurian and pre-Late Devonian respectively,and the Solonker ophiolitic melange formed in the pre-Late Carboniferous.All the evidence indicates that the eastern segment of the Paleo-Asian Ocean had closed before the Late Carboniferous,and most likely before the latest Devonian(Famennian).ZHU Junbin REN Jishun 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,3:12
3Deep seismic sounding data reveal the crustal structures beneath Zoigê basin and its surrounding folded orogenic belts显示文摘Songpan-Garze massif is located at the turning position of tectonics from the nearly west-east direction to the nearly north-south direction in the northeastern margin of Tibetan Plateau,with Zoigê basin in the centre of the massif.In this paper,we build a crustal structure model of Zoigê basin and its surrounding folded orogenic belts using the deep seismic sounding data in this region.We also discuss structures and properties of the basement in Zoigê basin,tectonic relations between Zoigê upland basin and its surrounding folded orogenic belts,crustal deformation and thickening in the northeastern margin of Tibetan Plateau,and decoupling and relaxing processes in the crust.The results indicate that a special 'Mesozoic basement' is formed of Triassic rocks with high density (2.65-2.75 g/cm3) and high velocity (5.6 km/s) in Zoigê basin.Songpan-Garze tectonic massif was transformed into two types of tectonic units with different crustal structures,i.e.,relatively stable Zoigê upland basin and active folded orogenic belts around the basin,in the course of the crustal material of Tibetan Plateau flowing eastward and obstructed by surrounding stable blocks.The thickening of the crust in the northeastern margin of Tibetan Plateau mainly occurred in the mid and lower crust,and the structure characterized by low velocities and multiple reflectors obviously appears in the folded orogenic belts around Zoigê basin.It implies that the mid and lower crust underwent a strong tectonic deformation in the folded orogenic areas.The thickness of the crust is about 50 km in Zoigê basin and the folded orogenic belts at the both southern and northern sides of Zoigê basin.The 'Mountain root' cannot be identified.It is inferred that during the later orogenic period the eastwards flowing deep materials moved clockwise along the relatively relaxing southern side around the eastern tectonic knot under the obstructing of surrounding rigid massifs,and it resulted in the strong stretching action of the folded orogenic belts around Zoigê basin.JIA ShiXu,ZHANG XianKang,ZHAO JinRen,WANG FuYun,ZHANG ChengKe,XU ZhaoFan,PAN JiShun,LIU Zhi,PAN SuZhen & SUN GuoWei Geophysical Exploration Center,China Earthquake Administration,Zhengzhou 450002,China 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,2:11
4On the Geotectonics of Southern China显示文摘The tectonic nature of southern China has changed again and again in the Phanerozoic. In the Caledoniancycle, there existed three tectonic units——the Yangtze paraplatform, Indosinian-South China Sea paraplatformand Caledonian South China fold belt, of which the last unit is not a collisional orogenic belt but ascissor-shaped aulacogen-type geosyncline opening towards Yunnan and Vietnam. In the Indosinian cycle,South China belonged to the Tethyan tectonic domain, and no abyssal oceanic basin existed there. Since theLate Triassic, especially in the Yanshanian orogenic stage, it became a component part of the peri-Pacificcontinental-margin activation belt of eastern Asia. 5Preparation of Mullite Whiskers and Their Enhancement Effect on Ceramic Matrix Composites显示文摘Mullite whiskers were facilely prepared by sintering kyanite at high temperature, with the addition of AlF3·3H2O. The as-prepared whiskers have been characterized systematically in terms of phase composition, morphology, and structure. Results showed that the morphology and size of mullite whiskers were strongly depended on the content of AlF3·3H2O and sintering temperature. At temperatures in the range of 1 100 to 1 500 ℃ with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O, the well-shaped mullite whiskers were obtained. For an instance, the mullite whiskers with 5-10 μm in length and 0.1-0.2 μm in cross-section could be formed at 1 400 ℃, with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O. 6Illite Crystallinity Mapping of Very Low Grade Metamorphism of Triassic Metapelites in the Zoigê Area,Western China显示文摘X-ray diffraction methods for estimating the metamorphic grade of diagenetic,anchizone and epizone in metapelites are reviewed and applied to samples from a 7000m+ borehole in western China and surface samples from the surrounding Zoigê area.Kübler's illite crystallinity(IC) measurements provide more consistent results than calculated values of percentage of illite in the I/S mixed layers and percentage of I/S mixed layers.Down-borehole IC values display a typical burial metamorphic relationship between stratigraphic level and IC.A method for preparing very low grade metamorphic maps is described,and isograds plotted on a regional geological map at selected values of IC,delineating a high temperature diagenetic zone,an anchizone,and an epizone.The map shows that IC values are controlled by stratigraphic level in the north of the study area(i.e.burial metamorphism),and proximity to an igneous intrusive body in the south(i.e.contact metamorphism).TANG Yan SANG Longkang YUAN Yanming YU Jishun ZHANG Yunpeng QI Xianmao YANG Yunlong 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:6
7Water, heat fluxes and water use efficiency measurement and modeling above a farmland in the North China Plain显示文摘Net radiation (Rn), water vapor flux (LE), sensible heat flux (Hs) and soil heat flux (G)were measured above a summer maize field with the eddy-covariance technique, simulation and analysis of water, heat fluxes and crop water use efficiency were made with the RZ-SHAW model at the same time in this study. The results revealed significant diurnal and seasonal variability of water vapor flux for summer maize. Most part of Rn was consumed by the evapotranspiration of the summer maize. The proportion of water vapor flux to net radiation ((LE/Rn) increased with the crop development and peaked around milk-filling stage with a value of 60%, a slightly lower than that obtained by the RZ-SHAW model. Daily evapotranspiration estimated by the model agreed with the results measured with the eddy-covariance technique, indices of agreement (IA) for hourly water vapor fluxes simulated and measured were above 0.75, root mean square errors (RMSE) were no more than 1.0. Diurnal patterns of Hs showed the shape of inverted 'U' shifted to the forenoon with a maximum value around 11:30 (Beijing time), while LE exhibited an inverted 'V' with a maximum value at around 13:00, about an hour later than Hs. Diurnal change of CO2showed an asymmetrical 'V' curve and its maximal rates occurred at about 11:30. Variations of water use efficiency during the phonological stages of the summer maize showed a rapid increase with the photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) after sunrise, a state of equilibrium around 10:00 followed a decrease. 8Modeling CO_2 miscible flooding for enhanced oil recovery显示文摘The injection of fuel-generated CO2 into oil reservoirs will lead to two benefits in both enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and the reduction in atmospheric emission of CO2. To get an insight into CO2 miscible flooding performance in oil reservoirs, a multi-compositional non-isothermal CO2 miscible flooding mathematical model is developed. The convection and diffusion of CO2-hydrocarbon mixtures in multiphase fluids in reservoirs, mass transfer between CO2 and crude, and formation damages caused by asphaltene precipitation are fully considered in the model. The governing equations are discretized in space using the integral finite difference method. The Newton-Raphson iterative technique was used to solve the nonlinear equation systems of mass and energy conservation. A numerical simulator, in which regular grids and irregular grids are optional, was developed for predicting CO2 miscible flooding processes. Two examples of one-dimensional (1D) regular and three-dimensional (3D) rectangle and polygonal grids are designed to demonstrate the functions of the simulator. Experimental data validate the developed simulator by comparison with 1D simulation results. 9Geological and geochemical characteristics and metallogenic model of the Wenquan molybdenum deposit显示文摘The Wenquan molybdenum deposit is a kind of large-sized porphyry molybdenum deposit found in re-cent years.In this paper,on the basis of deposit geology,geochemistry and isotope geochronology data,the metal-logenic model of this deposit was established.The Wenquan granitic batholith belongs to the K-rich(alkali-rich) calc-alkaline rock series,which is the mineralization parent rock.The rock massif shows the characteristics of both crust-remelting granite and mantle-source granite.At the same time,the data of REE contents,hydrogen and oxygen isotopes and inclusion temperatures showed that the metallogenic hydrothermal solution is a mixed mesothermal solution of magmato-hydrothermal fluid and meteoric water.Mineralization was dated at 214±7.1 Ma,basically identical with the parent rock's age(207-226 Ma).This reflects that molybdenum mineralization has a close relation to tectonic magmatism evoked by orogenic processes,and molybdenum mineralization occurred mainly at the petrogenesis stage at the late stage of magma emplacement.Mixing with meteoric water led to a decrease in the sa-linity of magmato-hydrothermal solution and changes in other physical and chemical properties.During the tectonic process,ore-bearing hydrothermal solution ascended along favorable fault structure channels.With physicochemical changes,it filled in the surrounding rock joints on both sides of faults,forming ore deposits.WU Zicheng LIU Jishun HAN Haitao DONG Xin OUYANG Yufei 2011Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2011,30,3:4
10Expression,structure and function analysis of the sperm-oocyte fusion genes Juno and Izumo1 in sheep(Ovis aries)显示文摘Background:JUNO and IZUMO1 are the first receptor-ligand protein pairs discovered to be essential for spermoocyte fusion;their interaction is indispensable for fertilization.Methods:PCR was used to clone the full-length DNA sequence of the Juno gene in sheep.The single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)loci of Juno were genotyped by Sequenom MassARRAY®.PCR combined with rapid amplification of cDNA Ends were used to clone the full-length cDNA sequence of Juno and Izumo1.Reverse transcriptase-PCR(RT-PCR)and real time-quantitative-PCR(RT-qPCR)were used to analyze the genes’expression in tissues of sheep,and single cell RNA-seq was used to analyze the genes’expression in oocytes,granulosa cells and follicular theca of polytocous and monotocous Small Tail Han ewes.Bioinformatics was used to analyze advanced structure and phylogeny of JUNO and IZUMO1 proteins.Results:The full-length DNA sequence of the Juno gene in sheep was cloned and nine SNPs were screened.We found a significant association between the g.848253 C>A locus of Juno and litter size of Small Tail Han sheep(P<0.05).The full-length cDNA sequence of Juno and Izumo1 genes from Small Tail Han sheep were obtained.We found a new segment of the Izumo1 CDS consisting of 35 bp,and we confirmed the Izumo1 gene has 9 exons,not 8.RT-qPCR showed that Juno and Izumo1 genes were highly expressed in ovarian and testicular tissues,respectively(P<0.01).Single cell RNA-seq showed Juno was specifically expressed in oocytes,but not in granulosa cells or follicular theca,while Izumo1 displayed little to no expression in all three cell types.There was no difference in expression of the Juno gene in oocyte and ovarian tissue in sheep with different litter sizes,indicating expression of Juno is not related to litter size traits.Bioinformatic analysis revealed the g.848253 C>A locus of Juno results in a nonconservative missense point mutation leading to a change from Phe to Leu at position 219 in the amino acid sequence.Conclusions:For the first time,this study systematically analyzed the expression,structure and function of Juno and Izumo1 genes and their encoded proteins in Small Tail Han sheep,providing the basis for future studies of the regulatory mechanisms of Juno and Izumo1 genes.Wenping Hu Xinlong Dong Zhilong Tian Zhuangbiao Zhang Jishun Tang Benmeng Liang Qiuyue Liu Mingxing Chu 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:3

12Phase Structure, Microstructure and Electrical Properties of K_xNa_((1-x))NbO_3 Piezoelectric Ceramics with Different K/Na Ratio显示文摘The K_xNa_((1-x))NbO_3(x=0.45, 0.46, 0.47, 0.48, 0.49, 0.50) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics was fabricated by conventional solid-state sintering method. It was found that the ratio of alkaline metal would affect the microstructure, bulk density, and optimum sintering temperatures of ceramics. Meanwhile, the electrical properties were also influenced by modulating the K/Na ratio, exhibiting corresponding composition-dependent properties.
