1Preparation of Mullite Whiskers and Their Enhancement Effect on Ceramic Matrix Composites显示文摘Mullite whiskers were facilely prepared by sintering kyanite at high temperature, with the addition of AlF3·3H2O. The as-prepared whiskers have been characterized systematically in terms of phase composition, morphology, and structure. Results showed that the morphology and size of mullite whiskers were strongly depended on the content of AlF3·3H2O and sintering temperature. At temperatures in the range of 1 100 to 1 500 ℃ with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O, the well-shaped mullite whiskers were obtained. For an instance, the mullite whiskers with 5-10 μm in length and 0.1-0.2 μm in cross-section could be formed at 1 400 ℃, with 4 wt% addition of AlF3·3H2O. 2Illite Crystallinity Mapping of Very Low Grade Metamorphism of Triassic Metapelites in the Zoigê Area,Western China显示文摘X-ray diffraction methods for estimating the metamorphic grade of diagenetic,anchizone and epizone in metapelites are reviewed and applied to samples from a 7000m+ borehole in western China and surface samples from the surrounding Zoigê area.Kübler's illite crystallinity(IC) measurements provide more consistent results than calculated values of percentage of illite in the I/S mixed layers and percentage of I/S mixed layers.Down-borehole IC values display a typical burial metamorphic relationship between stratigraphic level and IC.A method for preparing very low grade metamorphic maps is described,and isograds plotted on a regional geological map at selected values of IC,delineating a high temperature diagenetic zone,an anchizone,and an epizone.The map shows that IC values are controlled by stratigraphic level in the north of the study area(i.e.burial metamorphism),and proximity to an igneous intrusive body in the south(i.e.contact metamorphism).TANG Yan SANG Longkang YUAN Yanming YU Jishun ZHANG Yunpeng QI Xianmao YANG Yunlong 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:6
3Water, heat fluxes and water use efficiency measurement and modeling above a farmland in the North China Plain显示文摘Net radiation (Rn), water vapor flux (LE), sensible heat flux (Hs) and soil heat flux (G)were measured above a summer maize field with the eddy-covariance technique, simulation and analysis of water, heat fluxes and crop water use efficiency were made with the RZ-SHAW model at the same time in this study. The results revealed significant diurnal and seasonal variability of water vapor flux for summer maize. Most part of Rn was consumed by the evapotranspiration of the summer maize. The proportion of water vapor flux to net radiation ((LE/Rn) increased with the crop development and peaked around milk-filling stage with a value of 60%, a slightly lower than that obtained by the RZ-SHAW model. Daily evapotranspiration estimated by the model agreed with the results measured with the eddy-covariance technique, indices of agreement (IA) for hourly water vapor fluxes simulated and measured were above 0.75, root mean square errors (RMSE) were no more than 1.0. Diurnal patterns of Hs showed the shape of inverted 'U' shifted to the forenoon with a maximum value around 11:30 (Beijing time), while LE exhibited an inverted 'V' with a maximum value at around 13:00, about an hour later than Hs. Diurnal change of CO2showed an asymmetrical 'V' curve and its maximal rates occurred at about 11:30. Variations of water use efficiency during the phonological stages of the summer maize showed a rapid increase with the photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) after sunrise, a state of equilibrium around 10:00 followed a decrease. 5Phase Structure, Microstructure and Electrical Properties of K_xNa_((1-x))NbO_3 Piezoelectric Ceramics with Different K/Na Ratio显示文摘The K_xNa_((1-x))NbO_3(x=0.45, 0.46, 0.47, 0.48, 0.49, 0.50) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics was fabricated by conventional solid-state sintering method. It was found that the ratio of alkaline metal would affect the microstructure, bulk density, and optimum sintering temperatures of ceramics. Meanwhile, the electrical properties were also influenced by modulating the K/Na ratio, exhibiting corresponding composition-dependent properties.
