| 1 | 两种中度宫腔粘连治疗方案的临床对照研究显示文摘目的比较两种中度宫腔粘连治疗方案的疗效。方法将120例中度宫腔粘连患者随机分为两组,研究组:60例,采用治疗方案A:宫腔粘连分离术后立即宫腔内留置Foley导管并注入2 mL透明质酸钠凝胶(HA),术后第3天再次于宫腔内注入2 mL HA,术后第4天取出Foley导管并上宫型环,同时予雌孕激素人工周期治疗3个月;对照组60例,采用治疗方案B:除术后第3天宫腔内未注入HA外,其余治疗方法均同研究组。所有患者均于术后第3次月经干净3~7 d内复查宫腔镜,观察两组的宫腔粘连复发情况及月经改善情况,以初步评价两种治疗方案的疗效。结果研究组粘连复发率15%,月经改善率90%;对照组粘连复发率31.67%,月经改善率71.67%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P值均〈0.05)。结论对于中度宫腔粘连的患者,治疗方案A的疗效明显优于治疗方案B,值得进一步探讨其临床推广应用价值。 | 朱霞 程春霞 徐大宝 万亚军 Jolinda Johary | 2014 | 中国内镜杂志2014,20,1: | 18 |
| 2 | 应用宫腔镜诊治幼女和少女妇科疾病显示文摘幼女和少女妇科疾病的诊治在以往是一个比较棘手的问题。由于其生理和解剖特点,加上受到传统观念的影响,在必须进行经阴道检查和手术时,处女膜就成为了妇科医生诊断和治疗的障碍。近年来妇科内镜技术的发展使宫腔镜成为诊治幼女和少女妇科疾病的重要手段。宫腔镜进入时无需使用拉钩过度牵拉阴道,可在不损伤处女膜的前提下通过尚未发育成熟的相对狭窄的阴道,帮助确立诊断并可进行治疗,因而可替代大部分传统的需用阴道窥器的经阴道检查和手术,其全程均在可视下操作所以更加安全。近年来,应用宫腔镜在不损伤处女膜的情况下诊治幼女和少女的妇科疾病已经成为一种趋势,但大多数相关报道还仅局限于个案报道和含有少量病例的临床研究。对评估应用宫腔镜进行阴道内镜和(或)宫腔镜检查或手术来诊治幼女和少女妇科疾病的可行性和有效性进行综述。 | 朱可安 Jolinda Johary 徐大宝 | 2014 | 国际妇产科学杂志2014,41,5: | 16 |
| 3 | Relationship between fatigue life of asphalt concrete and polypropylene/polyester fibers using artificial neural network and genetic algorithm显示文摘While various kinds of fibers are used to improve the hot mix asphalt(HMA) performance, a few works have been undertaken on the hybrid fiber-reinforced HMA. Therefore, the fatigue life of modified HMA samples using polypropylene and polyester fibers was evaluated and two models namely regression and artificial neural network(ANN) were used to predict the fatigue life based on the fibers parameters. As ANN contains many parameters such as the number of hidden layers which directly influence the prediction accuracy, genetic algorithm(GA) was used to solve optimization problem for ANN. Moreover, the trial and error method was used to optimize the GA parameters such as the population size. | 4 | 日粮不同水平的纳米硒对鲤鱼生长性能、肌肉组成、血液生化指标和抗氧化水平的影响显示文摘研究评估不同浓度硒纳米颗粒(纳米硒)对鲤鱼生长性能、饲料转化率、组织构成、肌肉和肝脏中硒的沉积、抗氧化指标和血液生化指标的影响。在试验基础日粮中分别添加纳米硒0(对照组)、0.5、1、2 mg·kg-1(干饲料重),选取平均体重为10 g的鲤鱼分别饲喂4组日粮,饲喂8周。结果显示,鱼日粮中添加纳米硒1 mg·kg-1显著提高其生长性能,包括最终体重和增重(WG,P<0.05);但饲喂不同硒水平的饲料8周各组饲料转化率(FCR)无显著性差异(P>0.05);纳米硒对鲤鱼组织结构没有影响。与对照组相比,饲喂纳米硒补充日粮在肝脏和肌肉组织中表现出更高的硒含量(P<0.05)。鱼饲料中添加纳米硒2 mg·kg-1鱼肝组织丙二醛(MDA)水平显著降低(P<0.05),而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶GSH-p X和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于其他试验日粮组(P<0.05)。添加纳米硒2 mg·kg-1日粮组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性最高,但与1 mg·kg-1添加组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2 mg·kg-1添加组总蛋白、球蛋白含量显著较高(P<0.05),但白蛋白水平显著较低(P<0.05),血清胆固醇水平显著下降(P<0.05)。不同饲粮组血清甘油三酯没有显著差异(P>0.05)。1和2 mg·kg-1硒添加组血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著降低(P<0.05),而2 mg·kg-1硒添加组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著增加(P<0.05)。1和2 mg·kg-1硒添加组天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性相较于其他组为最高。2 mg·kg-1硒添加组丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于其他试验组。各组间血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,建议鱼日粮中纳米硒添加量为1 mg·kg-1,以改善鱼的生长和抗氧化防御系统。 | Ashouri S Keyvanshokooh S Salati A P Johari S A Pasha-Zanoosi H | 2015 | 饲料博览2015,0,6: | 5 |

| 7 | Enhanced thermoelectric performance in p-type ZrCoSb based half-Heusler alloys employing nanostructuring and compositional modulation显示文摘ZrCoSb based half-Heusler(HH)alloys have been widely studied as a p-type thermoelectric(TE)material for power generation applications in the mid-temperature regime.However,their intrinsically high thermal conductivity has been found to be detrimental for the improvement in their thermoelectric figure-of-merit(ZT),which presently is far below unity.In the current work,a state-of-the-art ZT~1.1 at 873 K was realized in an optimized composition of nanostructured Zr1-xHfxCoSb_(0.9)Sn_(0.1) HH alloys by employing compositional modulation i.e.grain-by-grain compositional variations,which leads to a substantial increase in its power factor coupled with a concurrent decrease in its thermal conductivity.Significant reduction in the phonon mean-free-path is observed on Hf substitution,which is comparable to the average crystallite size(~25 nm),thus leading to a very low thermal conductivity of~2.2Wm^(-1)K^(-1) at 873 K,which is amongst the lowest reported in HH alloys.The TE device characteristics,estimated using cumulative temperature dependence model for quantitative evaluation of TE performance,yielded an output power density of~10 Wcm2 with a leg efficiency of~10%in the optimized composition of nanostructured Zr_(1-x)Hf_(x)CoSb_(0.9)Sn_(0.1) HH alloys,which is comparable to the reported efficiencies of other state-of-the-art TE materials. | Nagendra S.Chauhan Sivaiah Bathula Avinash Vishwakarma Ruchi Bhardwaj Kishor Kumar Johari Bhasker Gahtori Ajay Dhar | 2019 | Journal of Materiomics2019,5,1: | 3 |
