2PD-L1^(+)exosomes from bone marrow-derived cells of tumor-bearing mice inhibit antitumor immunity显示文摘Tumors escape immune attack by upregulating the surface expression of PD-L1,which interacts with PD-1 on T cells to activate immune inhibitory signaling.Anti-PD-1 treatments can effectively block this inhibitory signaling and activate antitumor immune responses.However,anti-PD-1 treatment also has a tumor suppressive effect in patients whose tumor cells do not express PD-L1.The underlying mechanisms are poorly defined.Here,we report that exosomes from bone marrow-derived cells(BMDCs)in tumor-bearing mice,but not in healthy mice,carry PD-L1.PD-L1 on these exosomes is biofunctional and can inhibit CD8^(+)T cell proliferation and activation in vitro and in vivo.The transfer of exogenous exosomes from BMDCs and the inhibition of the production of endogenous exosomes by BMDCs promote and suppress tumor growth,respectively.PD-L1^(+)exosomes from BMDCs can be found in tumor tissues.In addition,exosomes from BMDCs promote tumor metastasis in a PD-L1-dependent manner.Therefore,our results indicate that exosomes from BMDCs play important roles in tumor immunosuppression via PD-L1.Yan Sun Jufeng Guo Lei Yu Tianxin Guo Jiaoli Wang Xian Wang Yinghu Chen 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,10:1

4Population Structure and Diversity of Plankton in the Wetland of Qilihai in Tianjin显示文摘The population structure and diversity of plankton in the wetland of Qilihai in Tianjin was investigated in May, July and September, 2012 by fi eld investigation and sampling examination. The results showed that there were 44 species of phytoplankton belonged to 6 phyla, including 11 species of Cyanophyta, 18 species of Chlorophyta, 8 species of Bacillariophyta, 4 species of Euglenophyta, 1 species of Pyrrophyta and 2 species of Cryptophyta. There were 13 genus and 22 species of zooplankton, among which 4 genus and 4 species belonged to Cladocera; 2 genus and 2 species belonged to Copepoda; 7 genus and 16 species belonged to Rotifera. The investigation results of density and biomass of plankton in May, July and September showed that the density and biomass of phytoplankton was shown as September>July>May, and that of zooplanktonic was shown as May>September>July. In addition, the diversity of phytoplankton and zooplanktonic were evaluated using Shannon-Wiener index, and the results demonstrated that the phytoplankton species were rich in May, July and September, while the zooplanktonic species were poor in May and general in July and September. 5A SYNTHETIC ALGORITHM FOR WAVELENGTH ROUTING IN OPTICAL NETWORK显示文摘After analyzing the merits and shortcomings of Fixed-Alternated Routing algorithm (FAR) and Least Loaded Routing algorithm (LLR),we propose one novel dynamic optical routing algorithm. Having considered the influences of path’s length and path’s congestion just like in FAR and LLR,we take into account the network resource status-amount of free wavelengths in the network. Proposed algorithm sets up connections on three possible paths according to amount of available free wave-lengths in the network,which effectively decreases the blocking probability. 6New understandings on gas accumulation and major exploration breakthroughs in subsalt Ma 4 Member of Ordovician Majiagou Formation,Ordos Basin,NW China显示文摘Geological conditions and main controlling factors of gas accumulation in subsalt Ma 4 Member of Ordovician Majiagou Formation are examined based on large amounts of drilling,logging and seismic data.The new understandings on the control of paleo-uplift over facies,reservoirs and accumulations are reached:(1)During the sedimentary period of Majiagou Formation,the central paleo-uplift divided the North China Sea in central-eastern of the basin from the Qinqi Sea at southwest margin of the basin,and controlled the deposition of the thick hummocky grain beach facies dolomite on platform margin of Ma 4 Member.Under the influence of the evolution of the central paleo-uplift,the frame of two uplifts alternate with two sags was formed in the central-eastern part of the basin,dolomite of inner-platform beach facies developed in the underwater low-uplift zones,and marl developed in the low-lying areas between uplifts.(2)From the central paleo-uplift to the east margin of the basin,the dolomite in the Ma 4 Member gradually becomes thinner and turns into limestone.The lateral sealing of the limestone sedimentary facies transition zone gives rise to a large dolomite lithological trap.(3)During the late Caledonian,the basin was uplifted as a whole,and the central paleo-uplift was exposed and denuded to various degrees;high-quality Upper Paleozoic Carboniferous-Permian coal measures source rocks deposited on the paleo-uplift in an area of 60000 km^(2),providing large-scale hydrocarbon for the dolomite lithological traps in the underlying Ma 4 Member.(4)During the Indosinian-Yanshanian stage,the basin tilted westwards,and central paleo-uplift depressed into an efficient hydrocarbon supply window.The gas from the Upper Paleozoic source rock migrated through the high porosity and permeability dolomite in the central paleo-uplift to and accumulated in the updip high part;meanwhile,the subsalt marine source rock supplied gas through the Caledonian faults and micro-fractures as a significant supplementary.Under the guidance of the above new understandings,two favorable exploration areas in the Ma 4 Member in the central-eastern basin were sorted out.Two risk exploration wells were deployed,both revealed thick gas-bearing layer in Ma 4 Member,and one of them tapped high production gas flow.The study has brought a historic breakthrough in the gas exploration of subsalt Ma 4 Member of Ordovician,and opened up a new frontier of gas exploration in the Ordos Basin.HE Haiqing GUO Xujie ZHAO Zhenyu XI Shengli WANG Jufeng SONG Wei REN Junfeng WU Xingning BI He 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:0
