| 1 | A Review on Swarm Intelligence and Evolutionary Algorithms for Solving Flexible Job Shop Scheduling Problems显示文摘Flexible job shop scheduling problems(FJSP)have received much attention from academia and industry for many years.Due to their exponential complexity,swarm intelligence(SI)and evolutionary algorithms(EA)are developed,employed and improved for solving them.More than 60%of the publications are related to SI and EA.This paper intents to give a comprehensive literature review of SI and EA for solving FJSP.First,the mathematical model of FJSP is presented and the constraints in applications are summarized.Then,the encoding and decoding strategies for connecting the problem and algorithms are reviewed.The strategies for initializing algorithms?population and local search operators for improving convergence performance are summarized.Next,one classical hybrid genetic algorithm(GA)and one newest imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA)with variables neighborhood search(VNS)for solving FJSP are presented.Finally,we summarize,discus and analyze the status of SI and EA for solving FJSP and give insight into future research directions. | Kaizhou Gao Zhiguang Cao Le Zhang Zhenghua Chen Yuyan Han Quanke Pan | 2019 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2019,6,4: | 32 |

| 3 | A Hybrid Deep Sea Navigation System of LBL/DR Integration Based on UKF and PSO-SVM显示文摘In order to improve the navigation accuracy of human occupied vehicle(HOV)precisely and efficiently,an innovative hybrid approach based on unscented Kalman filter(UKF)and support vector machine(SVM)is proposed to fuse integrated navigation data.HOV is generally equipped with long baseline(LBL)acoustic positioning system and dead reckoning(DR)as an integrated navigation system.UKF is adopted to estimate the state of the dynamic model because of its good performance in filtering nonlinear problems.An accurate and stable filtering result can be obtained when both LBL and DR are online.At the same time,SVM is utilized to train DR information with the result when LBL outrages,and the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is employed for SVM parameters optimization.Therefore,the integrated navigation system can maintain a good performance when the LBL is off-line.Simulation results with the real navigation data of Jiaolong HOV show that the methodology proposed here is able to meet the needs of HOV application. | LIU Ben LIU Kaizhou WANG Yanyan ZHAO Yang CUI Shengguo WANG Xiaohui | 2015 | 机器人2015,37,5: | 7 |
| 4 | Solving Multi-Area Environmental/Economic Dispatch by Pareto-Based Chemical-Reaction Optimization Algorithm显示文摘In this study, we present a Pareto-based chemicalreaction optimization(PCRO) algorithm for solving the multiarea environmental/economic dispatch optimization problems.Two objectives are minimized simultaneously, i.e., total fuel cost and emission. In the proposed algorithm, each solution is represented by a chemical molecule. A novel encoding mechanism for solving the multi-area environmental/economic dispatch optimization problems is designed to dynamically enhance the performance of the proposed algorithm. Then, an ensemble of effective neighborhood approaches is developed, and a selfadaptive neighborhood structure selection mechanism is also embedded in PCRO to increase the search ability while maintaining population diversity. In addition, a grid-based crowding distance strategy is introduced, which can obviously enable the algorithm to easily converge near the Pareto front. Furthermore,a kinetic-energy-based search procedure is developed to enhance the global search ability. Finally, the proposed algorithm is tested on sets of the instances that are generated based on realistic production. | 5 | Study on microstructure and properties of brass containing Sb and Mg显示文摘A novel free-cutting unleaded brass containing antimony and magnesium was prepared by gravity casting and hot extrusion. Microstructure of the hot extruded Sb-Mg brass was studied with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). Its mechanical properties were measured by tensile test, and cutting performance was investigated by lathe turning experiment. Results showed that microstructure of the hot extruded Sb-Mg brass was composed of α, β phases and Sb-Mg containing intermetallic compounds. The newly developed brass was compared with the HPb59-1 brass for its mechanical property. Its cutting performance was close to that of a German free-cutting unleaded brass. | 7 | SEGR-and SEB-hardened structure with DSPSOI in power MOSFETs显示文摘Single event irradiation-hardened power MOSFET is the most important device for DC/DC converter in space environment application. Single event gate rupture(SEGR) and single event burnout(SEB), which will degrade the running safety and reliability of spacecraft, are the two typical failure modes in power MOSFETs. In this paper, based on recombination mechanism of interface between oxide and silicon, a novel hardened power MOSFETs structure for SEGR and SEB is proposed. The structure comprises double stagger partial silicon-on-insulator(DSPSOI) layers. Results show that the safety operation area(SOA) of a 130 V N-channel power MOSFET in single event irradiation environment is enhanced by up to 50% when the linear-energy-transfer value of heavy ion is a constant of 98 MeV·cm^2/mg in the whole incident track, and the other parameters are almost maintained at the same value. | 8 | Effects of Different Dietary Energy and Protein Levels on Meat Performance and Meat Quality of Jinghai Yellow Chickens显示文摘To investigate the effect of different dietary energy and protein levels on meat performance and meat quality of Jinghai yellow chickens,480 43-day old Jinghai yellow chickens with similar weight were randomly divided into four experimental groups: experimental group 1( protein 15%,metabolic energy 9. 95 MJ /kg),experimental group 2( protein 16%,metabolic energy 10. 95 MJ /kg),experimental group 3( protein 17%,metabolic energy 12. 65 MJ /kg) and experimental group 4( protein 18%,metabolic energy 13. 95 MJ /kg),respectively. All chickens were slaughtered at 112-day old. The breast and leg muscles of Jinghai yellow chickens were collected,to determine the slaughter performance,conventional meat quality and muscle chemical indicators. | 20 | Position Encoding Based Convolutional Neural Networks for Machine Remaining Useful Life Prediction显示文摘Accurate remaining useful life(RUL)prediction is important in industrial systems.It prevents machines from working under failure conditions,and ensures that the industrial system works reliably and efficiently.Recently,many deep learning based methods have been proposed to predict RUL.Among these methods,recurrent neural network(RNN)based approaches show a strong capability of capturing sequential information.This allows RNN based methods to perform better than convolutional neural network(CNN)based approaches on the RUL prediction task.In this paper,we question this common paradigm and argue that existing CNN based approaches are not designed according to the classic principles of CNN,which reduces their performances.Additionally,the capacity of capturing sequential information is highly affected by the receptive field of CNN,which is neglected by existing CNN based methods.To solve these problems,we propose a series of new CNNs,which show competitive results to RNN based methods.Compared with RNN,CNN processes the input signals in parallel so that the temporal sequence is not easily determined.To alleviate this issue,a position encoding scheme is developed to enhance the sequential information encoded by a CNN.Hence,our proposed position encoding based CNN called PE-Net is further improved and even performs better than RNN based methods.Extensive experiments are conducted on the C-MAPSS dataset,where our PE-Net shows state-of-the-art performance. | Ruibing Jin Min Wu Keyu Wu Kaizhou Gao Zhenghua Chen Xiaoli Li | 2022 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,8: | 1 |
