1茶叶中农药残留及其通过茶汤进入人体量的估算(英文)显示文摘茶是世界上最普及的饮料。茶树由于受到大量病虫危害而需要施用许多农药。鉴于公众对食品安全性关注度的日益提高,本文对红茶中7种农药的残留量及其通过泡茶进入茶汤的残留量进行了研究。红茶中的农药残留量为0.18~1.90 mg/kg,其中只有一部分能进入茶汤而被人体摄入。将茶叶冲泡因素考虑在内,通过饮茶进入人体的农药残留量只有印度人每日允许摄入量的0.1%。这种考虑冲泡因素的综合评估方法将有利于制定切合实际的茶叶中最大农药残留限量标准。Anoop Kumar Barooah Monorama Borthakur Jatindra Nath Kalita Tabaruk Hussain Kasturi Chaudhury Rajib Nath 2011茶叶科学2011,31,5:15

3Inflammatory bowel disease-related colorectal cancer:Past,present and future perspectives显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease-related colorectal cancer(IBD-CRC)is one of the most serious complications of IBD contributing to significant mortality in this cohort of patients.IBD is often associated with diet and lifestyle-related gut microbial dysbiosis,the interaction of genetic and environmental factors,leading to chronic gut inflammation.According to the“common ground hypothesis”,microbial dysbiosis and intestinal barrier impairment are at the core of the chronic inflammatory process associated with IBD-CRC.Among the many underlying factors known to increase the risk of IBD-CRC,perhaps the most important factor is chronic persistent inflammation.The persistent inflammation in the colon results in increased proliferation of cells necessary for repair but this also increases the risk of dysplastic changes due to chromosomal and microsatellite instability.Multiple pathways have been identified,regulated by many positive and negative factors involved in the development of cancer,which in this case follows the‘inflammation-dysplasia-carcinoma’sequence.Strategies to lower this risk are extremely important to reduce morbidity and mortality due to IBD-CRC,among which colonoscopic surveillance is the most widely accepted and implemented modality,forming part of many national and international guidelines.However,the effectiveness of surveillance in IBD has been a topic of much debate in recent years for multiple reasons—cost-benefit to health systems,resource requirements,and also because of studies showing conflicting long-term data.Our review provides a comprehensive overview of past,present,and future perspectives of IBD-CRC.We explore and analyse evidence from studies over decades and current best practices followed globally.In the future directions section,we cover emerging novel endoscopic techniques and artificial intelligence that could play an important role in managing the risk of IBD-CRC.Snehali Majumder Uday Nagesh Shivaji Rangarajan Kasturi Alben Sigamani Subrata Ghosh Marietta Iacucci 2022World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2022,14,3:5
4Golgi localization and dynamics of hyaluronan binding protein 1 (HABP1/p32/C1QBP) during the cell cycle显示文摘Hyaluronan binding protein 1 (HABP1) is a negatively charged multifunctional mammalian protein with a unique structural fold. Despite the fact that HABP1 possesses mitochondrial localization signal, it has also been localized to other cellular compartments. Using indirect immunofluorescence, we examined the sub-cellular localization of HABP1 and its dynamics during mitosis. We wanted to determine whether it distributes in any distinctive manner after mitotic nuclear envelope disassembly or is dispersed randomly throughout the cell. Our results reveal the golgi localization of HABP1 and demonstrate its complete dispersion throughout the cell during mitosis. This distinctive distribution pattern of HABP1 during mitosis resembles its ligand hyaluronan, suggesting that in concert with each other the two molecules play critical roles in this dynamic process.Aniruddha SENGUPTA Bhaswati BANERJEE Rakesh K. 5Recent snow cover variation in the Upper Indus Basin of Gilgit Baltistan, Hindukush Karakoram Himalaya显示文摘Mountainous basins like the Upper Indus Basin(UIB) of Gilgit Baltistan(GB) are dependent on seasonal snowmelt and glacier melt. Monitoring of the snow-covered area(SCA) is not only vital for the overall hydrology of the Indus basin but also important to the sustainable agriculture and hydropower system. The snow-covered area in the UIB of GB was investigated for changes over the last 18 years using the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) snow product. The study area was divided into five elevation zones ranging from 877-8564 meters above sea level(m ASL). In contrast to the global cryosphere related studies, SCA in the UIB is slightly increasing. Elevation based SCA analysis also indicated that SCA is slightly increasing in each elevation zone. However, a significant amount of snow is concentrated in areas above 5000 m ASL. Due to the strong correlation between SCA and precipitation, the precipitation data also follow a similar trend. Analysis of the climatic data suggests a statistically significant increase in total monthly precipitation and relative humidity, a slight decrease in mean monthly temperature and a significant upward tendency in monthly solar irradiance data. All these trends in combination with the increasing trend in global precipitation, winter westerly disturbances and orographic precipitation are the important factors behind the slightly increasing SCA in the study area. 6Modelling and thermodynamic properties of pure CO_(2)and fue gas sorption data on South African coals using Langmuir,Freundlich,Temkin,and extended Langmuir isotherm models显示文摘Carbon sequestration in unmineable coal seams has been proposed as one of the most attractive technologies to mitigate carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emissions in which CO_(2)is stored in the microporous structure of the coal matrix in an adsorbed state.The CO_(2)adsorption process is hence considered one of the more efective methodologies in environmental sciences.Thus,adsorption isotherm measurements and modelling are key important scientifc measures required in understanding the adsorption system,mechanism,and process optimization in coalbeds.In this paper,three renowned and reliable adsorption isotherm models were employed including Langmuir,Freundlich,and Temkin for pure CO_(2)adsorption data,and the extended-Langmuir model for multicomponent,such as fue gas mixture-adsorption data as investigated in this research work.Also,signifcant thermodynamics properties including the standard enthalpy change(ΔH°),entropy change(ΔS°),and Gibbs free energy(ΔG°)were assessed using the van’t Hof equation.The statistical evaluation of the goodness-of-ft was done using three(3)statistical data analysis methods including correlation coefcient(R^(2)),standard deviation(σ),and standard error(SE).The Langmuir isotherm model accurately represent the pure CO_(2)adsorption on the coals than Freundlich and Temkin.The extended Langmuir gives best experimental data ft for the fue gas.The thermodynamic evaluations revealed that CO_(2)adsorption on the South African coals is feasible,spontaneous,and exothermic;and the adsorption mechanism is a combined physical and chemical interaction between the adsorbate and the adsorbent.Major Mabuza Kasturie Premlall Michael O.Daramola 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,3:3
