1典型黑土区村级尺度侵蚀沟演变显示文摘侵蚀沟的演变是东北水土流失过程的重要方面。利用1968和2009年亚米级遥感影像,获取典型黑土区村级尺度的侵蚀沟分布、耕地垄向和土地利用数据,基于1∶1万地形图获取等高线、坡度、坡长和垄向坡度数据,在地理信息系统和遥感技术的支持下,分析典型黑土区41 a村级尺度侵蚀沟的动态变化及其影响因素。结果表明:1)41 a间,典型黑土区侵蚀沟密度有明显增加的趋势,基于分辨率为亚米级遥感影像解译的侵蚀沟密度较以往研究结果大幅增加;2)自然坡度0.25°~1.5°范围内为该区域侵蚀沟密度变化最大的区域,8°以上区域由于实施退耕还林措施,侵蚀沟密度降低;3)300~500 m坡长区域侵蚀沟密度出现极值;4)由于实施改垄措施,41 a后垄向坡度在0~0.25°范围内耕地面积增加,大于0.25°范围内耕地面积均减少。李浩 张兴义 刘爽 Yury Kravchenko Kateryna Ivanova 李续峰 陈强 2012中国水土保持科学2012,10,2:17

3Continuous flow removal of acid fuchsine by dielectric barrier discharge plasma water bed enhanced by activated carbon adsorption显示文摘Continuous processes which allow for large amount of wastewater to be treated to meet drainage standards while reducing treatment time and energy consumption are urgently needed. In this study, a dielectric barrier discharge plasma water bed system was designed and then coupled with granular activated carbon (GAC) adsorption to rapidly remove acid fuchsine (AF) with high efficiency. Effects of feeding gases, treatment time and initial concentration of AF on removal efficiency were investigated. Results showed that compared to the N2 and air plasmas treatments, O2 plasma processing was most effective for AF degradation due to the strong oxidation ability of generated activated species, especially the OH radicals. The addition of GAC significantly enhanced the removal efficiency of AF in aqueous solution and shorten the required time by 50%. The effect was attributed to the ability of porous carbon to trap and concentrate the dye, increasing the time dye molecules were exposed to the plasma discharge zone, and to enhance the production of OH radicals on/in GAC to boost the degradation of dyes by plasma as well as in situ regenerate the exhausted GAC. 5Effect of ultrasonic treatment on formation of iron-containing intermetallic compounds in AlSi alloys显示文摘Iron is generally regarded as an unavoidable impurity in Al-Si casting alloys.The acicular AI_3Fe andβ-AI_5FeSi(or Al_9Si_2Fe_2) are common iron-containing intermetallic compounds(IMCs) in conventional structure which have a detrimental impact on the mechanical properties.In this paper,ultrasonic field(USF) was applied to modify acicular iron phases in AI-12%Si-2%Fe and AI-2%Fe alloys.The results show that the USF applied to Al-Fe alloys caused the morphological transformation of both primary and eutectic AI_3Fe from acicular to blocky and granular without changes in their composition.In the case of Al-Si-Fe alloys,ultrasonic treatment led to both morphological and compositional conversion of the ternary iron IMCs.When the USF was applied,the acicular β-AI_9Si_2Fe_2 was substituted by star-like α-AI_(12)Si_2Fe_3.The modification rate of both binary and ternary iron IMCs relates to the USF treatment duration.The undercooling induced by the ultrasonic vibration contributes to the nucleation of intermetallics and can explain the transformation effect.Yu-bo Zhang Svynarenko Kateryna Ting-ju Li 2016China Foundry2016,13,5:4
6Interfacial phase formation of Al-Cu bimetal by solid-liquid casting method显示文摘The solid-liquid method was used to prepare the continuous casting of copper cladding aluminium by liquid aluminum alloy and solid copper, and the interfacial phase formation of Al-Cu bimetal at different pouring temperatures(700, 750, 800 oC) was investigated by means of metallograph, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS) methods. The results showed that the pouring temperature of aluminum melt had an important influence on the element diffusion of Cu from the solid Cu to Al alloy melt and the reactions between Al and Cu, as well as the morphology of the Al-Cu interface. When the pouring temperature was 800 oC, there were abundant Al-Cu intermetallic compounds(IMCs) near the interface. However, a lower pouring temperature(700 oC) resulted in the formation of cavities which was detrimental to the bonding and mechanical properties. 7Modern experience of low-coal seams underground mining in Ukraine显示文摘Coal is the main energy resource in Ukraine. However geotechnological aspects of coal seams development and Ukrainian crisis have a negative influence on the mining industry. This article analyzes the experience in the development of very low and low-coal seams with 0.7–1.0 m thickness, as well as advanced technological solutions that allowed private coal enterprises, despite the difficult situation in the country, to maintain sufficient(more than 75% of all production) level of steam coal extraction for Ukrainian society. 9Modulation of protein tyrosine phosphorylation in gastric mucosa during re-epithelization processes显示文摘AIM:To investigate the role of protein tyrosine phosphorylation in gastric wound formation and repair following ulceration. METHODS:Gastric lesions were induced in rats using restraint cold stress.To investigate the effect of oxidative and nitrosative cell stress on tyrosine phosphorylation during wound repair,total activity of protein tyrosine kinase(PTK),protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP),antioxidant enzymes,nitric oxide synthase (NOS), 2',5'-oligoadenylate synthetase,hydroxyl radical and zinc levels were assayed in parallel. RESULTS:Ulcer provocation induced an immediate decrease in tyrosine kinase(40% in plasma membranes and 56% in cytosol,(P<0.05) and phosphatase activity (threefold in plasma membranes and 3.3-fold in cytosol),followed by 2.3-2.4-fold decrease (P<0.05) in protein phosphotyrosine content in the gastric mucosa. Ulceration induced no immediate change in superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity,30% increase (P<0.05) in catalase activity,2.3-fold inhibition (P<0.05) of glutathione peroxidase,3.3-fold increase (P<0.05) in hydroxyl radical content,and 2.3-fold decrease (P<0.05) in zinc level in gastric mucosa.NOS activity was three times higher in gastric mucosa cells after cold stress. Following ulceration,PTK activity increased in plasma membranes and reached a maximum on day 4 after stress (twofold increase,P<0.05),but remained inhibited(1.6-3-fold decrease on days 3,4 and 5,P<0.05) in the cytosol.Tyrosine phosphatases remained inhibited both in membranes and cytosol(1.5-2.4-fold,P< 0.05).NOS activity remained increased on days 1,2 and 3(3.8-,2.6-,2.2-fold,respectively,P<0.05).Activity of SOD increased 1.6 times(P<0.05)days 4 and 5 after stress.Catalase activity normalized after day 2. Glutathione peroxidase activity and zinc level decreased (3.3-and 2-fold,respectively,P<0.05)on the last day. Activity of 2',5'-oligoadenylate synthethase increased 2.8-fold (P<0.05) at the beginning,and 1.6-2.3-fold (P<0.05) during ulcer recuperation,and normalized on day 5,consistent with slowing of inflammation processes.
