| 1 | 水泥混凝土路面传力杆相关问题的研究综述显示文摘水泥混凝土路面接缝破坏为水泥路面的3大病害(断板、错台、接缝破坏)之一,解决的根本办法是在接缝处设置传力杆以提高接缝的荷载传递能力。该文对水泥混凝土路面横向缩缝设置传力杆的必要性进行了阐述,同时对传力杆/混凝土接触界面应力集中和传力杆锈蚀两大主要影响传力杆与路面功能的问题进行了分析,并且介绍了传力杆更换与加装技术。基于以上研究,最后对现行水泥混凝土路面设计规范中传力杆相关条文存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了修改与补充建议。 | 胡迟春 王端宜 Kejin Wang Jim Cable | 2009 | 中外公路2009,29,2: | 12 |

| 3 | The Influence of Fuel-Air Swirl Intensity on Flame Structures of Syngas Swirl-Stabilized Diffusion Flame显示文摘Flame structures of a syngas swirl-stabilized diffusion flame in a model combustor were measured using the OH-PLIF method under different fuel and air swirl intensity.The flame operated under atmospheric pressure with air and a typical low heating-value syngas with a composition of 28.5% CO,22.5% H2 and 49% N2 at a thermal power of 34 kW.Results indicate that increasing the air swirl intensity with the same fuel,swirl intensity flame structures showed little difference except a small reduction of flame length;but also,with the same air swirl intensity,fuel swirl intensity showed great influence on flame shape,length and reaction zone distribution.Therefore,compared with air swirl intensity,fuel swirl intensity appeared a key effect on the flame structure for the model combustor.Instantaneous OH-PLIF images showed that three distinct typical structures with an obvious difference of reaction zone distribution were found at low swirl intensity,while a much compacter flame structure with a single,stable and uniform reaction zone distribution was found at large fuel-air swirl intensity.It means that larger swirl intensity leads to efficient,stable combustion of the syngas diffusion flame. | Weiwei Shao Yan Xiong Kejin Mu Zhedian Zhang Yue Wang Yunhan Xiao | 2010 | Journal of Thermal Science2010,19,3: | 4 |
| 4 | Temperature inferential control of a reactive distillation column with double reactive sections显示文摘Temperature inferential control (TIC) is studied for a reactive distillation column with double reactive sections (RDC-DRSs) processing a hypothetical two-stage consecutive reversible reaction (A + B■C + D, C + B■E + D with αD > αB > αC > αA > αE). Because of the complicated dynamic behaviors, the controlled stages by sensitivity analysis lead to great steady-state deviations (SSDs) in top and bottom product purities. Since TIC involves considerably reduced settling times in comparison with direct composition control, small SSDs in product qualities correspond generally to small transient deviations (TDs) in product qualities. An objective function that measures SSDs in product qualities is formulated to represent the performance of a TIC system and an iterative procedure is devised to search for the best control configuration. The application of the procedure to the RDC-DRS gives considerably suppressed TDs and SSDs in top and bottom product qualities as compared with the one by sensitivity analysis. The method is simpler in principle and less computationally intensive than the current practice. | 5 | MR diffusion-weighted imaging of rabbit liver VX-2 tumor显示文摘AIM: To investigate the implanting method of rabbit liver VX-2 tumor and its MR diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) characteristics.METHODS: Thirty-five New Zealand rabbits were included in the study. VX-2 tumor was implanted subcutaneously in 14 rabbits and intrahepatically in 6 for pre-experiments. VX-2 tumor was implanted intrahepatically in 12 rabbits for experiment and three were used as the control group. DWI, T1- and T2-weighted of MR1 were performed periodically in 15 rabbits for experiment before and after implantation. The distinction of VX-2 tumors on DWI was assessed by their apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values. The statistical significance was calculated byanalysis of variance (ANOVA) of the randomized block design using SPSS10.0 software. RESULTS: The successful rate of subcutaneous implantation of VX-2 tumor was 29% (4/14) while that of intrahepatic implantation of it was 33% (2/6) in the preexperiment. The successful rate of intrahepatic implantation of VX-2 tumor in the experiment was 83% (10/12) and 15 tumors grew in 10 successfully implanted rabbits. The DWT signal of VX-2 tumor was high and became lower when the b value increased step by step. The signal of VX-2 tumor on the map of ADC was low. When the b value was 100 or 300 s/mm2, the ADC value of normal group and VX-2 tumor group was respectively 2.57±0.26, 1.73±0.31, 1.87±0.25 and 1.57±0.23 mm2/s. Their distinction was significant (F= 43.26, P<0.01), the tumor ADC value between b values 100 and 300 s/mm2 wassignificant (Tukey HSP, P<0.05) and the ADC value between VX-2 tumor and normal liver was also significant (Tukey HSP, P<0.01). | 18 | Genetic variations in colorectal cancer risk and clinical outcome显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)has an apparent hereditary component,as evidenced by the well-characterized genetic syndromes and family history associated with the increased risk of this disease.However,in a large fraction of CRC cases,no known genetic syndrome or family history can be identified,suggesting the presence of'missing heritability'in CRC etiology.The genome-wide association study(GWAS)platform has led to the identification of multiple replicable common genetic variants associated with CRC risk.These newly discovered genetic variations might account for a portion of the missing heritability.Here,we summarize the recent GWASs related to newly identified genetic variants associated with CRC risk and clinical outcome.The findings from these studies suggest that there is a lack of understanding of the mechanism of many single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)that are associated with CRC.In addition,the utility of SNPs as prognostic markers of CRC in clinical settings remains to be further assessed.Finally,the currently validated SNPs explain only a small fraction of total heritability in complex-trait diseases like CRC.Thus,the'missing heritability'still needs to be explored further.Future epidemiological and functional investigations of these variants will add to our understanding of CRC pathogenesis,and may ultimately lead to individualized strategies for prevention and treatment of CRC. | Kejin Zhang Jesse Civan Sushmita Mukherjee Fenil Patel Hushan Yang | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,15: | 1 |
