| 1 | Leveraging Auxiliary Knowledge for Web Service Clustering显示文摘By grouping Web services that share similar functionalities, Web service clustering can greatly enhance Web service discovery and selection. Most existing clustering techniques are designed to handle long text documents. However, the descriptions of most publicly available Web services are in the form of short text, which impairs the quality of service clustering due to the sparseness of useful information. Towards this issue, we propose a new service clustering approach based on transfer learning from auxiliary long text data obtained from Wikipedia.To handle the inconsistencies in semantics and topics between service descriptions and auxiliary data, we introduce a novel topic model – Tag aided dual Author topical model(TD-ATM), which jointly learns two sets of topics on the two data sets and automatically couples the topic parameters to avoid the potential inconsistencies between these two data sets. | 3 | Testing the role of genetic variation of the MC4R gene in Chinese population in antipsychotic-induced metabolic disturbance显示文摘Antipsychotic-induced metabolic disturbance(AIMD) is a common adverse effect of antipsychotics with genetics partly underpinning variation in susceptibility among schizophrenia patients. Melanocortin4 receptor(MC4 R) gene, one of the candidate genes for AIMD, has been under-studied in the Chinese patients. We conducted a pharmacogenetic study in a large cohort of Chinese patients with schizophrenia. In this study, we investigated the genetic variation of MC4 R in Chinese population by genotyping two SNPs(rs489693 and rs17782313) in 1,991 Chinese patients and examined association of these variants with the metabolic effects that were often observed to be related to AIMD. Metabolic measures, including body mass index(BMI), waist circumference(WC), glucose, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein(HDL), and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) levels were assessed at baseline and after 6-week antipsychotic treatment. We found that interaction of SNP×medication status(drug-na?ve/medicated) was significantly associated with BMI, WC, and HDL change %, respectively. Both SNPs were significantly associated with baseline BMI and WC in the medicated group. Moderate association of rs489693 with WC, Triglyceride, and HDL change % were observed in the whole sample. In the drug-na?ve group, we found recessive effects of rs489693 on BMI gain more than 7%, WC and Triglyceride change %, with AA incurring more metabolic adverse effects. In conclusion, the association between rs489693 and the metabolic measures is ubiquitous but moderate. Rs17782313 is less involved in AIMD. | 5 | Underwater objects classification method in high-resolution sonar images using deep neural network显示文摘To solve the problem of underwater proud object classification using high-resolution sonar image under small sample situation,a classification method using deep neural network is proposed.Firstly,statistical characteristics of acoustic shadow regions are modeled using Gaussian mixture model and acoustic shadow is extracted.Trial and simulated dataset are constructed on this basis.Then,simulated dataset is input into convolutional neural network for training,and the feature extraction part is retained,which is used to extract feature of trial dataset.The classification part is reconstructed and trained by feature vectors of trial dataset.The experimental results show that the average classification accuracy of the proposed method is 88.24%,which is 8.67%,20.47%,19.78%,11.59%,9.01%,11.58% higher than that of other six methods respectively.It verifies that the proposed method achieves better performance on underwater proud object classification problem.The learning curve converges to 96.25%,which is 5.14% higher than validation curve,indicating that the over-fitting problem is alleviated to some extent.Improved convolutional neural network is applied in a fusion classifier,which also combines output of logistic classifier,support vector machine,and finally obtains a fusion result.The classification accuracy is up to 93.33%,indicating that fusion classifier improves robustness and classification performance of algorithm further.The proposed method combines deep learning and transfer learning,which not only utilizes powerful image classification ability of convolutional neural network,but also avoids serious over-fitting problem caused by limited dataset. | ZHU Keqing TIAN Jie HUANG Haining | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2020,39,4: | 1 |
