| 2 | Advances in photocatalytic disinfection of bacteria:Development of photocatalysts and mechanisms显示文摘Photocatalysis has attracted worldwide attention due to its potential in solar energy conversion.As a 'green' advanced oxidation technology, it has been extensively used for water disinfection and wastewater treatment. This article provides a review of the recent progress in solar energy-induced photocatalytic disinfection of bacteria, focusing on the development of highly efficient photocatalysts and their underlying mechanisms in bacterial inactivation. The photocatalysts are classified into Ti O2-based and non-Ti O2-based systems, as Ti O2 is the most investigated photocatalyst. The synthesis methods, modification strategies, bacterial disinfection activities and mechanisms of different types of photocatalysts are reviewed in detail.Emphasis is given to the modified Ti O2, including noble metal deposition, non-metal doping,dye sensitization and composite Ti O2, along with typical non-Ti O2-based photocatalysts for bacterial disinfection, including metal oxides, sulfides, bismuth metallates, graphene-based photocatalysts, carbon nitride-based photocatalysts and natural photocatalysts. A simple and versatile methodology by using a partition system combined with scavenging study is introduced to study the photocatalytic disinfection mechanisms in different photocatalytic systems. | 6 | 离子刻蚀法制备具有高效催化性能的m-Bi_2O_4/BiOCl p-n异质结催化剂(英文)显示文摘光催化技术作为一种绿色的环境修复方法而备受关注,它直接利用太阳光作为能源,可有效地降解有机污染物.铋系化合物具有化学稳定性强、抑制光腐蚀、无毒和来源广泛等优点,被认为是一种环境友好的光催化剂,广泛用于降解染料、苯酚和其他有机污染物.BiOCl具有独特的内部结构,可形成内电场促进电子和空穴的移动,抑制其复合.但是BiOCl本身带隙能过大,只能被紫外光激发,对光的利用率较低,限制了其在环境治理中的应用.近两年来发现,m-Bi_2O_4带隙能小,可吸收大波长的可见光,催化性能好.为充分发挥m-Bi_2O_4的优异性质,改善BiOCl的性能,本文将BiOCl与m-Bi_2O_4复合制得新型催化剂,降低催化剂的带隙能,增强对光的吸收,提高量子效率,促进光生载流子的分离,抑制电子-空穴复合,从而提高催化剂性能,加速降解反应进程.本文通过离子刻蚀法制备具有p-n异质结的m-Bi_2O_4/BiOCl复合催化剂,通过调节HCl的加入量制得不同比例的催化剂,并考察了其在可见光下催化降解MO(甲基橙)的性能.结果表明,m-Bi_2O_4/BiOCl复合催化剂在可见光下表现出优异的光催化降解MO和四环素的性能,反应10内min可降解95%的MO,反应150 min内四环素的降解率为85.5%;该复合催化剂对MO和四环素的光降解效率分别是纯BiOCl的52.3和4.9倍.活性自由基捕获实验表明,空穴在光催化降解过程中起最主要的作用,其次是超氧自由基,羟基自由基对降解反应也起到一定的作用.采用XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM,SAED,FT-IR,Raman,XPS,BET,UV-vis和光电流等表征方法分析了催化剂的结构、形貌、化学组成、元素价态、孔结构、带隙能、光学性质和载流子复合效率.结果表明,与BiOCl的斜四方体相比,m-Bi_2O_4/BiOCl复合催化剂呈现纳米片状结构,氯离子进入晶格的内部,颜色也由BiOCl原来的深褐色变为黄色.m-Bi_2O_4/BiOCl为介孔结构,比表面积为112.90 m^2/g,其吸收波长红移,由紫外光扩展至可见光区域,带隙能也由3.2降低为1.87 eV,能带弯曲形成p-n异质结,提高了电子-空穴的转移效率,抑制其复合;m-Bi_2O_4/BiOCl的光电流密度高于m-Bi_2O_4和BiOCl,电子-空穴的分离效率更高,因而其催化性能更优越. | 王隽秀 张振宗 汪曦 沈奕 郭永福 Po Keung Wong 白仁碧 | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Catalysis2018,39,11: | 8 |
| 7 | 褐脉少花龙葵毛状根的诱导、培养及其澳洲茄胺的产生显示文摘利用发根农杆菌的遗传转化和液体培养技术,研究了褐脉少花龙葵(Solanum nigrum L. var. pauciflorum)毛状根的诱导和离体培养及其澳洲茄胺的产生以及液体培养过程中培养基中N源和钙的消耗变化。结果表明,发根农杆菌ATCC15834感染褐脉少花龙葵叶片外植体5 d后产生毛状根,感染25d后,约90%的叶片外植体产生毛状根。毛状根能在无外源生长调节剂的MS固体和液体培养基上自主生长。PCR扩增结果显示发根农杆菌Ri质粒的rolB和rolC基因已在少花龙葵毛状根基因组中整合并得到表达。所产生的毛状根能产生药用次生物质澳洲茄胺,其含量约为非转化植株根的1.3倍,达到582.05μg/g干重。少花龙葵毛状根液体培养0-5 d内处于生长迟滞期、5-15 d为快速生长期、15d后进入生长平台期。培养基的硝态氮和铵态氮在毛状根液体培养过程中被逐渐吸收和消耗,至培养15 d时铵态氮被消耗殆尽,而硝态氮仍剩余44.7%;培养基中钙的浓度在培养过程中虽逐渐降低,但在培养25d时仍未被完全消耗,其浓度约为起始浓度的43.5%。该结果为今后设计合适的培养基来规模培养褐脉少花龙葵毛状根生产药用次生物质澳洲茄胺提供了可能性。 | 吴晓凤 施和平 TSANG Po Keung Eric | 2008 | 分子细胞生物学报2008,41,3: | 7 |

| 10 | COMPARISON OF POLYSACCHARIDES ISOLATED FROM THE MYCELIA OF A CULTIVATED STRAIN OF PORIA COCOS GROWN IN DIFFERENT LIQUID CULTURE MEDIA显示文摘Mycelium of a cultivated strain of Poria cocos was grown by submerged fermentation in a liquid medium containing com steep liquor with orbital shaking. Six polysaccharides coded as ac-PCM 1, ac-PCM2, ac-PCM3-I and II, acPCM4-I and II were isolated from the mycelium by extracting with 0.9% NaC1 aqueous solution, hot water, 0.5 mol/L NaOH aqueous solution and 88% formic acid. Exo-polysaccharide was obtained from the culture medium and coded as ac-PCM0.The monosaccharide composition and molecular weights of these polysaccharides were characterized by using infrared spectroscopy, gas chromatography, elemental analysis, 13C-NMR, viscometry and light scattering. The results indicated that ac-PCM0, ac-PCM1 and ac-PCM2 are heteropolysaccharides containing glucose, galactose, mannose and fucose, and acPCM3-I and ac-PCM3-II mainly consist of D-glucose. The content of the glucose in the polysaccharides increased with the isolation progress. Remarkably, a-glucan and β-glucan coexisted in the extract by NaOH aqueous solution (ac-PCM3), and could be separated by chemical methods. The protein in the ac-PCM polysaccharides cultured from the medium containing com steep liquor was higher than that in the ab-PCM from the medium with bran extract. | 11 | FORECASTING CHINA'S FOREIGN TRADE VOLUME WITH A KERNEL-BASED HYBRID ECONOMETRIC-AI ENSEMBLE LEARNING APPROACH显示文摘Due to the complexity of economic system and the interactive effects between all kinds of economic variables and foreign trade, it is not easy to predict foreign trade volume. However, the difficulty in predicting foreign trade volume is usually attributed to the limitation of many conventional forecasting models. To improve the prediction performance, the study proposes a novel kernel-based ensemble learning approach hybridizing econometric models and artificial intelligence (AI) models to predict China's foreign trade volume. In the proposed approach, an important econometric model, the co-integration-based error correction vector auto-regression (EC-VAR) model is first used to capture the impacts of all kinds of economic variables on Chinese foreign trade from a multivariate linear anal- ysis perspective. Then an artificial neural network (ANN) based EC-VAR model is used to capture the nonlinear effects of economic variables on foreign trade from the nonlinear viewpoint. Subsequently, for incorporating the effects of irregular events on foreign trade, the text mining and expert's judgmental adjustments are also integrated into the nonlinear ANN-based EC-VAR model. Finally, all kinds of economic variables, the outputs of linear and nonlinear EC-VAR models and judgmental adjustment model are used as input variables of a typical kernel-based support vector regression (SVR) for en- semble prediction purpose. For illustration, the proposed kernel-based ensemble learning methodology hybridizing econometric techniques and AI methods is applied to China's foreign trade volume predic- tion problem. An empirical test on data spanning half-a-year gold futures and S&P 500 futures reveals that a rolling average of the previous days' volume percentages shows great predictive ability for the average part. An SVM approach with the input pattern consisting of two categories is employed to forecast the residual term. One is the previous days' volume percentages in the same time interval and the other is the most recent volume percentages. | 20 | Pre-ischemia electro-acupuncture potentiates the expression of Bcl-2 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 in rat brains显示文摘The expression of the anti-apoptotic molecules Bcl-2 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 is known to confer protective effects on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.The current study investigated the expression levels of Bcl-2 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 in response to multiple pre-ischemia electro-acupuncture at acupoints Zusanli(ST36)and Fengchi(GB20) stimulation.Rats were divided into five groups:uninjured,control,non-acupoint,GB20 and ST36. Rats in the non-acupoint,GB20 and ST36 groups received 30 minutes(3 times or 18 times)of electro-acupuncture stimulation before experimental cerebral ischemia was induced.Bcl-2 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 were found to be significantly increased in the ST36 groups with either 3 or 18 electro-acupuncture treatments(P<0.05).The production was higher with 18 electro-acupuncture treatments in the ST36 groups(P<0.05).In the GB20 groups,significant increase was only observed in transforming growth factor-beta 1 with 18 electro-acupuncture treatments(P<0.05).No significant elevation of the level of transforming growth factor-beta 1 was observed in the non-acupoint groups.However,the production of Bcl-2 increased with 18 treatments in the non-acupoint groups(P<0.05).The data suggest that multiple pre-ischemia electro-acupuncture at ST36 was effective in conferring neuroprotective effect on the brain by means of upregulation of Bcl-2 and transforming growth factor-beta 1 and the effect was increase with the number of treatment. | Ka Keung Yip Samuel CL Lo Kwok-fai So Dora MY Poon Mason CP Leung | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,24: | 3 |
