| 1 | Antioxidant Defense Mechanisms of Salinity Tolerance in Rice Genotypes显示文摘In order to elucidate the role of antioxidant responses in salinity tolerance in rice genotypes under salt stress, experiments were conducted using four rice varieties, including salt-sensitive BRRI dhan 28 and three salt-tolerant varieties BRRI dhan 47, BINA dhan 8 and BINA dhan 10. Thirty-day-old rice seedlings were transplanted into pots. At the active tillering stage(35 d after transplanting), plants were exposed to different salinity levels(0, 20, 40 and 60 mmol/L NaCl). Salt stress caused a significant reduction in growth for all the rice genotypes. Growth reduction was higher in the salt-sensitive genotype than in the salt-tolerant ones, and BINA dhan 10 showed higher salt tolerance in all measured physiological parameters. The reduction in shoot and root biomass was found to be minimal in BINA dhan 10. Chlorophyll content significantly decreased under salt stress except for BINA dhan 10. Proline content significantly increased in salt-tolerant rice genotypes with increased salt concentration, and the highest proline content was obtained from BINA dhan 10 under salt stress. Catalase and ascorbate peroxidase activities significantly decreased in salt-sensitive genotype whereas significantly increased in salt-tolerant ones with increasing salt concentration. However, salt stress significantly decreased guaiacol peroxidase activity in all the rice genotypes irrespective of salt tolerance. K^+/Na^+ ratio also significantly decreased in shoots and roots of all the rice genotypes. | 14 | 腰动脉结扎后脊髓缺血神经损伤与修复的研究显示文摘目的 观察SD大鼠腰动脉结扎脊髓缺血损伤后Fas、含半胱氨酰天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)、神经生长因子(NGF)、生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)及脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)表达的变化,探讨SD大鼠脊髓缺血性损伤后自我修复的过程.方法 56只SD大鼠随机分为缺血组和假手术组.假手术组14只,缺血组42只,缺血组分别再随机分为缺血1、2、4、6、8、12和24h组,以假手术组相同阶段的脊髓为对照,采用神经功能评定法(BMS评分)评估各组行为学的变化,并采用免疫组织化学方法检测脊髓中Fas、Caspase-3、TNF-α、NF-κB、NGF、GAP-43及BDNF的表达变化.结果 缺血组SD实验大鼠BMS评分在缺血后立即出现显著降低[(0.58 ±0.66)分],至缺血后24h逐渐恢复至正常水平[(8.33±0.61)分],与假手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),免疫组织化学染色结果显示Fas、Caspase-3、TNF-α、NF-κB表达的阳性细胞数在缺血后立即显著增多,其值分别为(45.50±4.18、47.50±3.27、53.50±7.71、57.83±4.79),与假手术组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),除Fas外(7.50±1.87),其余各个指标至缺血后24h逐渐恢复至正常水平,与假手术组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).GAP-43在缺血后阳性表达细胞数立即增多(6.33±1.21),缺血后各组与假手术组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),NGF在缺血后8 h(37.33±1.37)阳性表达细胞数才开始增多,随后逐渐升高,缺血后8、12、24 h与假手术组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),BDNF阳性表达细胞数在缺血后1、2h(22.83±1.94、23.83±1.94)显著低于假手术组,于缺血后4 h(31.33±2.16)开始上升,随后逐渐升高,缺血后4、6、8、12、24 h与假手术组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 SD大鼠全部腰动脉结扎致脊髓缺血性损伤后24 h可恢复至正常水平,Fas、Caspase-3、TNF-α、NF-κB表达降低及NGF、GAP-43、BDNF表达增强可能与其自我恢复机制有关. | 傅超锋 庄源东 陈春美 王春华 赵伟 MD GOLAM KIBRIA | 2015 | 中华实验外科杂志2015,32,11: | 1 |

| 18 | Carbon quantum dots modified TiO_(2) composites for hydrogen production and selective glucose photoreforming显示文摘Lignocellulosic biomass photoreforming is a promising and alternative strategy for both sustainable H_(2) production and biomass valorization with infinite solar energy.However,harsh reaction conditions(high alkalinity or toxic organic solvents),with low biomass conversion and selectivity are often reported in literature.In this work,we report glucose photoreforming for coproduction of H_(2) and arabinose with improved selectivity under neutral condition using carbon quantum dots(CQDs)modified TiO_(2) composites.We show that the conventional CQDs fabricated by a facile one-step hydrothermal process could be endowed with novel color changing property,due to the particle aggregation under the regulation of incident light.The as-fabricated CQDs/TiO_(2) composites with certain colored CQDs could greatly improve glucose to arabinose conversion selectivity(-75%)together with efficient hydrogen evolution(up to 2.43 mmolh^(-1)g^(-1))in water.The arabinose is produced via the direct C1-C2 α-scissions mechanism with reactive oxygen species of·O_(2)^(-) and·OH,as evidenced by ^(13)C labeled glucose and the electron spin-resonance(ESR)studies,respectively.This work not only sheds new lights on CQDs assisted photobiorefinery for biomass valorization and H_(2) coproduction,but also opens the door for rationale design of different colored CQDs and their potential applications for solar energy utilization in the noble-metal-free system. | Heng Zhao Xinti Yu Chao-Fan Li Wenbei Yu Aiguo Wang Zhi-Yi Hu Steve Larter Yu Li Md Golam Kibria Jinguang Hu | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1: | 1 |
