| 3 | Pharmacokinetics of radioimmunotherapeutic agent of direct labeling mAb ^(188)Re-HAb18显示文摘AIM: To labed Anti-hepatoma monoclonal antibody (mAb)fragment HAb18 F (ab')2 was labeled with 188 Re for thepharmacokinetic model of 188 Re-HAb18 F (ab')2 and toevaluate its pharmacokinetic parameters in hepatoma-bearing nude mice.METHODS: HAb18 F(ab')2 was directly labeled with 188Reusing 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME) as reducing agents.Labeling efficiency and immunoreactivity of 188 Re-HAb18 F( ab')2 were evaluated by Whatman 3MM paperchromatography and live cell assay, respectively.Biodiatribution analysis was also conducted in nude micebearing human hepatoma in which animals were sacrificed atdifferent time points(1, 4, 18, 24 and 24h) after 188Re-HAb18F(ab' )2 was injected through tail-vein into hepatoma-bearingnude mice. The blood and radioactivity of organs and masswere measured. The concentrations of 188 Re-HAb18 F(ab')2were evaluated with a pharmacokinetic 3P97 software.RESULTS: The optimum labeling efficiency andimmunoreactive fraction were 91.7% and 0.78%,respectively. The parameters of 188Re-HAb18 F(ab')2 were:T1/2, 2.29h; Vd, 1.49 × 10-9L@ Bq- 1; AUC, 20.49 × 109Bq@ h@L-1 ;CL, 0.45 × 10-3L@ h- 1. 188Re- HAb18 F(ab')2 could locatespecially in hepatoma with high selective reactivity of HAb18F(ab')2. 188 Re-HAb18 F(ab')2 was mainly eliminated bykidney. | 4 | Valuing water quality in China:purpose,approach and policy显示文摘The economic valuation of water quality in a rapidly developing country such as China should be undertaken to determine when the benefits from rapid growth begin to exceed the costs from the same. The best approach is to ascertain the total economic valuation of the environmental resource. This includes all of the various uses of the resource, and even those values that are unconnected to individual use (e.g. natural and aesthetic values). A method known as contingent valuation (CV) is used to ascertain these forms of value. This approach is demonstrated here in an application to river water quality in the Beijing area. A CV study is reported in which Beijing area citizens reported an average willingness to pay about 1.3% of annual income in order to prevent further deterioration of river water quality. Aggregation over the representative population indicates that the perceived cost of further river quality deterioration is in the neighbourhood of USD 60 million. | 5 | Optimization design study of low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoils for the high-efficiency propeller of low-dynamic vehicles in stratosphere显示文摘Aerodynamic performance of low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoil makes a great impact on designing a high-efficiency propeller for low-dynamic vehicles in stratosphere. At high altitude,low-Reynolds-number airfoils are supposed to have high lift-drag ratio or high endurance factor at cruising attack angle along with good stall characteristics. To design such a high-performance low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoil,the paper established a hierarchical multi-objective optimization platform by combing direct search optimization algorithm EXTREM and airfoil flow field solver XFOIL to automatically and quickly calculate aerodynamic performance function of airfoil by computer. It provides an effective solution to multi-point design problem of low-speed low-Reynolds-number airfoil. It can be seen from the results of three typical optimization examples,the new airfoil E387_OPT2,FX63-137_OPT2 and S1223_OPT2 based on hot low-Reynolds-number high-lift airfoils (Eppler 387 airfoil,Wortmann FX63-137 airfoil and S1223 airfoil) can meet the optimization design requirements and have very good aerodynamic characteristics in both design state and non-design state. A study of these new and better preserved materials allows us to add to and revise the original description for Family Cricoidoscelosidae. In our collection, no modifications of the second pleopod of the males have yet been noted. This would be a crucial factor for the diagnosis of the family. Based on the presence of annulus ventralis in both Cricoidoscelosus and Palaeocambarus, they would appear to be very closely allied to those characteristics of the Family Cambaridae.
