1微波热裂解木屑的基础研究显示文摘利用微波热裂解的方法将木屑转化为生物能源,是一种非常有前景的处理和利用废弃生物质转化为能源的工艺,考察了多模谐振腔和单模谐振腔对热裂解的影响,并研究了含水率和加热速率在微波加热下对木屑热裂解的影响,讨论了微波加热与传统加热下生物质热解机理。研究发现单模谐振腔比多模谐振腔更有助于生物质的快速热解。孔隙中的水分是微波热解生物质的主要因素,可以提高加热速率。生物质热解在微波加热与传统加热下的最大差别在于前者是由里及外的加热,可以减少二次反应的发生,提高生物油的收率和质量,固体产物炭的性质也得到了改善。热解油主要是由脂肪族含氧化合物和芳香烃类物质的复杂混合物,热解气体产物主要为CO、CO2、甲烷和乙烷。商辉 KINGMAN Sam ROBINSON John 2009生物质化学工程2009,43,6:18
2石油钻井废弃物微波单模谐振腔处理新工艺显示文摘开发了处理石油钻井废弃物的微波特殊工艺,考察了微波功率、停留时间、物质质量、N2流速以及压强等因素对石油钻井废弃物中所含油分脱除率的影响,探讨了可能的微波加热机理。结果表明,微波输入功率是影响微波处理石油钻井废弃物结果的最重要因素,其次是停留时间和物质质量影响。石油钻井废弃物中所含油分的脱除率在某种程度上与其初始水含量多少相关,水作为很好的微波吸收物质将吸收的能量传递给油。由于废弃物中存在一定的微孔结构,使得一部分水可以被加热成过热水,从而使油在较高的温度下气化,并在载气的作用下被脱除。商辉 KINGMAN Sam SNAPE Colin ROBINSON John 2009石油学报(石油加工)2009,25,3:7
