| 1 | 职业女性的工作家庭冲突--工作自主性和上司支持的调节效应显示文摘职业女性在工作和家庭生活中的双重角色使其面临越来越明显的工作家庭冲突。本研究在分析工作参与和工作负荷的基础上,从个人层面和组织层面两个维度,构建了工作参与和工作负荷对职业女性工作家庭冲突的影响模型。通过对黑龙江省五家制造业企业的职业女性及其直接主管进行问卷调查,本研究采用相关分析、层级回归等统计方法验证了各变量之间的关系。研究结果显示工作参与和工作负荷对职业女性的工作家庭冲突存在显著的正相关关系,职业女性工作自主性能缓解工作参与和工作家庭冲突之间的关系,上司支持在一定程度上能缓解职业女性的工作负荷对工作家庭冲突的影响,可以帮助职业女性更好地处理工作与生活状况。 | 张莉 张林 Karen Korabik | 2010 | 工业工程与管理2010，15，5： | 11 |
