4Expression of reconstructive hF Ⅷ in the hrDNA by using hrDNA targeting vector显示文摘Our lab has constructed a new nonviral vec-tor—hrDNA targeting vector(pHrneo). pHrneo is a human derived vector that can target gene into human ribosomal DNA(hrDNA) locus. In this study, we inserted expression cassette of reconstructive hF Ⅷ (hFVIII-BDDAK39) to pHrneo to construct targeting vector: pHrneo-BDDAK39. Through electroporation of pHrneo-BDDAK39 into HT1080 cells, we identified the homologous recombinants by PCR and Southen blotting, and tested the expression of hFVIII- BDDAK39 in the hrDNA locus. The hFⅧ-BDDAK39 was successfully targeted into hrDNA locus of HT-1080 by pHrneo-BDDAK39, and the efficiency of site-specific inte-gration was 2.0×10?5. hFⅧ-BDDAK39 in hrDNA locus of HT-1080 is found to be able to express efficiently (32±5 ng·106 cells?1·24 h?1). 5Quantization-Based Robust Image Watermarking Using the Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform显示文摘Conventional quantization index modulation (QIM) watermarking uses the fixed quantization step size for the host signal.This scheme is not robust against geometric distortions and may lead to poor fidelity in some areas of content.Thus,we proposed a quantization-based image watermarking in the dual tree complex wavelet domain.We took advantages of the dual tree complex wavelets (perfect reconstruction,approximate shift invariance,and directional selectivity).For the case of watermark detecting,the probability of false alarm and probability of false negative were exploited and verified by simulation.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is robust against JPEG compression,additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN),and some kinds of geometric attacks such as scaling,rotation,etc.LIU Jinhua SHE Kun 2010China Communications2010,7,4:4

7Interfacial Characteristic of as-Deformed SiCp-Reinforced Magnesium Matrix Composite显示文摘The(submicron+micron) Si Cp-reinforced magnesium matrix composite was fabricated by stir casting. After the application of forging and extrusion, the interface between Si Cp and Mg in the composite was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Results show that the interfacial characterization was different at the interfaces of micron-Si Cp/Mg and submicron-Si Cp/Mg. While most interfaces between micron-Si Cp and Mg were clean, the precipitated Mg17Al12 phase as well as dispersedly distributed nano-Mg O particles was observed at some interfaces. Unlike the interface between micron-Si Cp and Mg, no interfacial reaction product was found at the interface between submicron-Si Cp and Mg in the present study. Besides, the specific orientation relationships were found at the interfaces between submicronSi Cp and Mg, which was thought to have developed during hot deformation process. 8Sumoylation of SUVR2 contributes to its role in transcriptional gene silencing显示文摘The SU(VAR)-3-9-related protein family member SUVR2 has been previously identified to be involved in transcriptional gene silencing both in RNA-dependent and-independent pathways. It interacts with the chromatin-remodeling proteins CHR19,CHR27, and CHR28(CHR19/27/28), which are also involved in transcriptional gene silencing. Here our study demonstrated that SUVR2 is almost fully mono-sumoylated in vivo. We successfully identified the exact SUVR2 sumoylation site by combining in vitro mass spectrometric analysis and in vivo immunoblotting confirmation. The luminescence imaging assay and quantitative RT-PCR results demonstrated that SUVR2 sumoylation is involved in transcriptional gene silencing. Furthermore, we found that SUVR2 sumoylation is required for the interaction of SUVR2 with CHR19/27/28, which is consistent with the fact that SUMO proteins are necessary for transcriptional gene silencing. 11A highly sensitive bio-barcode immunoassay for multi-residue detection of organophosphate pesticides based on fluorescence antiquenching显示文摘Balancing the risks and benefits of organophosphate pesticides(OPs)on human and environmental health relies partly on their accurate measurement.A highly sensitive fluorescence anti-quenching multi-residue bio-barcode immunoassay was developed to detect OPs(triazophos,parathion,and chlorpyrifos)in apples,turnips,cabbages,and rice.Gold nanoparticles were functionalized with monoclonal antibodies against the tested OPs.DNA oligonucleotides were complementarily hybridized with an RNA fluorescent label for signal amplification.The detection signals were generated by DNA-RNA hybridization and ribonuclease H dissociation of the fluorophore.The resulting fluorescence signal enables multiplexed quantification of triazophos,parathion,and chlorpyrifos residues over the concentration range of 0.01-25,0.01-50,and 0.1-50 ng/mL with limits of detection of 0.014,0.011,and 0.126 ng/mL,respectively.The mean recovery ranged between 80.3% and 110.8% with relative standard deviations of 7.3%-17.6%,which correlate well with results obtained by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The proposed bio-barcode immunoassay is stable,reproducible and reliable,and is able to detect low residual levels of multi-residue OPs in agricultural products.Lingyuan Xu Xiuyuan Zhang A.M.Abd El-Aty Yuanshang Wang Zhen Cao Huiyan Jia J.-Pablo Salvador Ahmet Hacimuftuoglu Xueyan Cui Yudan Zhang Kun Wang Yongxin She Fen Jin Lufei Zheng Baima Pujia Jing Wang Maojun Jin Bruce D.Hammock 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,4:1

14Game Theory Based False Negative Probability of Embedded Watermark Under Unintentional and Steganalysis Attacks显示文摘Steganalysis attack is to statistically estimate the embedded watermark in the watermarked multimedia,and the estimated watermark may be destroyed by the attacker.The existing methods of false negative probability,however,do not consider the influence of steganalysis attack.This paper proposed the game theory based false negative probability to estimate the impacts of steganalysis attack,as well as unintentional attack.Specifically,game theory was used to model the collision between the embedment and steganalysis attack,and derive the optimal building embedding/attacking strategy.Such optimal playing strategies devote to calculating the attacker destructed watermark,used for calculation of the game theory based false negative probability.The experimental results show that watermark detection reliability measured using our proposed method,in comparison,can better reflect the real scenario in which the embedded watermark undergoes unintentional attack and the attacker using steganalysis attack.This paper provides a foundation for investigating countermeasures of digital watermarking community against steganalysis attack.HU Ziquan SHE Kun WANG Jianghua TANG Jianguo 2014China Communications2014,11,5:1
15Covering-Based Soft Rough Sets显示文摘Covering-based rough sets process data organized by a covering of the universe. A soft set is a parameterized family of subsets of the universe. Both theories can deal with the uncertainties of data. Soft sets have not any restrictions on the approximate description of the object,and they might form a covering of the universe. From this viewpoint,we establish a connection between these two theories. Specifically,we propose a complementary parameter for this purpose. With this parameter,the soft covering approximation space is established and the two theories are bridged. Furthermore,we study some relations between the covering and the soft covering approximation space and obtain some significant results. 18Contrastive Self-supervised Representation Learning Using Synthetic Data显示文摘Learning discriminative representations with deep neural networks often relies on massive labeled data, which is expensive and difficult to obtain in many real scenarios. As an alternative, self-supervised learning that leverages input itself as supervision is strongly preferred for its soaring performance on visual representation learning. This paper introduces a contrastive self-supervised framework for learning generalizable representations on the synthetic data that can be obtained easily with complete controllability.Specifically, we propose to optimize a contrastive learning task and a physical property prediction task simultaneously. Given the synthetic scene, the first task aims to maximize agreement between a pair of synthetic images generated by our proposed view sampling module, while the second task aims to predict three physical property maps, i.e., depth, instance contour maps, and surface normal maps. In addition, a feature-level domain adaptation technique with adversarial training is applied to reduce the domain difference between the realistic and the synthetic data. 20A Novel Visualization Tool for Manual Annotation when Building Large Speech Corpora显示文摘A novel visualized sound description, called sound dendrogram is proposed to make manual annotation easier when building large speech corpora. It is a lattice structure built from a group of “seed regions” and through an iterative procedure of mergence. A simple but reliable extraction method of “seed regions” and advanced distance metric are adopted to construct the sound dendrogram, so that it can present speech’s structure character ranging from coarse to fine in a visualized way. Tests show that all phonemic boundaries are contained in the lattice structure of sound dendrogram and very easy to identify.
