| 2 | IMP3、GLUT、EMA、CD146和desmin对鉴别恶性间皮瘤与活跃间皮细胞的免疫表型比较分析显示文摘作者对34例恶性间皮瘤和40例生长活跃的间皮细胞用免疫组化方法进行鉴别并进行统计比较分析。恶性间皮瘤阳性标记有胰岛素样生长因子2、信使RNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)、葡萄糖载体1(GLUTl)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)、CDl46,4种抗体的敏感性分别是94%、85%、79%、和71%,特异性分别是78%、100%、88%和98%。在恶性间皮瘤中,EMA的表达明显低于IMP3、GLUT和CDl46(P〈0.001)。ROC曲线(受试者工作特性曲线)面积,IMP3最高,为0.95,GLUT1其次,为0.93。结合最佳拐点,IMP3(30%)和GLUT(10%)的敏感性是100%,特异性是95%。因此,对于鉴别诊断恶性间皮瘤和生长活跃的间皮组织,联合使用IMP3和GLUTl最合适。 | Minato H Kurose N Fukushima M 徐磊 孙咏梅 | 2014 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2014，30，2： | 6 |
