14饲料中添加鼠尾草提取物对鸡的生化指标、内脏器官重量和沙门氏菌数的影响显示文摘研究在饲料中添加鼠尾草提取物对受肠炎沙门氏菌PT4型(SE)感染鸡的生化指标及身体器官的重量变化的影响。试验分为5个处理,分别为基础日粮,基础日粮中添加鼠尾草提取物(S),基础日粮+SE(SE),基础日粮+S+SE(SSE)的提取物。在接种(p.i.)后的第4天,与SE组相比,SSE组可显著降低碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和葡萄糖及胆红素的浓度。然而,在接种后的第18天,添加鼠尾草提取物组的胆红素水平和ALT活性较低。在两次采样中,饲料添加鼠尾草提取物都使鸡的肝脏、脾脏、盲肠及在鸡的肠道黏液中沙门氏菌数显著下降(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,加入鼠尾草提取物的饲粮可以有效地保护受SE感染的鸡。Piesova E Makova Z Levkut M Faixova Z Pistl J Marcin A 2013饲料博览2013,,1:0
