1Synergistic instability of coal pillar and roof system and filling method based on plate model显示文摘The security challenges from room and pillar gobs include land subsidence, spontaneous combustion of coal pillars and mine flood caused by gob water. To explore the instability mechanism of room and pillar gob, we established a mechanical model of elastic plate on elastic foundation in which pillars and hard roofs were considered as continuous Winkler foundations and elastic plates, respectively. The synergetic instability of pillar and roof system was analyzed based on plate bending theory and catastrophe theory. In addition, mechanical conditions and math criterion of roof failure and overall instability of coal pillar and roof system were given. Through analyzing both advantages and disadvantages of some technologies such as induced caving, filling, gob sealing and isolation, we presented a new filling method named box-filling, in view of box foundation theory, to control the disasters of ground collapse, water inrush and mine fire. In a gob's treatment project in Ordos, safety assessment and filling design of a room and pillar gob have been done by the mechanical model. The results show that the gob will collapse when the pillars' average yield band is wider than 0.93 m, and box-filling can control land collapse, mine flood and mine fire economically and efficiently. 2Finite element analysis and optimization of temperature field in GaN-MOCVD reactor显示文摘The electromagnetic field distribution of the in-home GaN-MOCVD reactor heated by induction was simulated by using finite element method (FEM), and the distributions of the magnetic field and the joule heat in the graphite susceptor were obtained. Then the distribution of joule heat was used as the applied load for the simulation of temperature. Based on heat conduction and heat emission models, the temperature distribution in the reactor and the susceptor were gained. 3Time series prediction of mining subsidence based on a SVM显示文摘In order to study dynamic laws of surface movements over coal mines due to mining activities,a dynamic prediction model of surface movements was established,based on the theory of support vector machines(SVM) and times-series analysis.An engineering application was used to verify the correctness of the model.Measurements from observation stations were analyzed and processed to obtain equal-time interval surface movement data and subjected to tests of stationary,zero means and normality.Then the data were used to train the SVM model.A time series model was established to predict mining subsidence by rational choices of embedding dimensions and SVM parameters.MAPE and WIA were used as indicators to evaluate the accuracy of the model and for generalization performance.In the end,the model was used to predict future surface movements.Data from observation stations in Huaibei coal mining area were used as an example.The results show that the maximum absolute error of subsidence is 9 mm,the maximum relative error 1.5%,the maximum absolute error of displacement 7 mm and the maximum relative error 1.8%.The accuracy and reliability of the model meet the requirements of on-site engineering.The results of the study provide a new approach to investigate the dynamics of surface movements.Li Peixian Tan Zhixiang Yan Lili Deng Kazhong 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4:6
4A method to calculate displacement factors using SVM显示文摘In order to improve the precision of mining subsidence prediction, a mathematical model using Support Vector Machine (SVM) was established to calculate the displacement factor. The study is based on a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the displacement factor, such as mechanical properties of the cover rock, the ratio of mining depth to seam thickness, dip angle of the coal seam and the thickness of loose layer. Data of 63 typical observation stations were used as a training and testing sample set. A SVM regression model of the displacement factor and the factors affecting it was established with a kernel function, an insensitive loss factor and a properly selected penalty factor. Given an accurate calculation algorithm for testing and analysis, the results show that an SVM regression model can calculate displacement factor precisely and reliable precision can be obtained which meets engineering requirements. The experimental results show that the method to calculation of the displacement factor, based on the SVM method, is feasible. The many factors affecting the displacement factor can be considered with this method. 5Study of probability integration method parameter inversion by the genetic algorithm显示文摘In order to obtain accurate probability integration method(PIM) parameters for surface movement of multi-panel mining, a genetic algorithm(GA) was used to optimize the parameters. As the measured surface movement is affected by more than one mining panel, traditional PIM parameter inversion model is difficult to ensure the reliability of the results due to the complexity of rock movement. With crossover,mutation and selection operators, GA can perform a global optimization search and has high computation efficiency. Compared with the pattern search algorithm, the fitness function can avoid falling into local minima traps. GA reduces the risk of local minima traps which improves the accuracy and reliability with the mutation mechanism. Application at Xuehu colliery shows that GA can be used to inverse the PIM parameters for multi-panel surface movement observation, and reliable results can be obtained. 6Enrichment characteristics and exploration directions of deep shale gas of Ordovician-Silurian in the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas,China显示文摘The enrichment characteristics of deep shale gas in the Ordovician Wufeng-Silurian Longmaxi formations in the Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas are investigated through experiments under high temperature and high pressure,including petrophysical properties analyses,triaxial stress test and isothermal adsorption of methane experiment.(1)The deep shale reservoirs drop significantly in porosity and permeability compared with shallower shale reservoirs,and contain mainly free gas.(2)With higher deviatoric stress and axial strain,the deep shale reservoirs have higher difficulty fracturing.(3)Affected by structural location and morphology,fracture characteristics,geofluid activity stages and intensity,deep shale gas reservoirs have more complicated preservation conditions.(4)To achieve the commercial development of deep shale gas reservoirs,deepening geological understanding is the basis,and exploring reservoir simulation technology befitting the geological features is the key.(5)The siliceous shale and limestone-bearing siliceous shale in the Metabolograptus persculptus-Parakidograptus acuminatus zones(LM1-LM3 graptolite zones)are the high-production intervals for deep shale gas and the most favorable landing targets for horizontal drilling.Deeps water areas such as Jiaoshiba,Wulong,Luzhou and Changning with deep shale reservoirs over 10 m thickness are the most favorable areas for deep shale gas enrichment.It is recommended to carry out exploration and development practice in deep-water shale gas areas deposited deep with burial depth no more than 5000 m where the geological structure is simple and the shale thickness in the LM1-LM3 graptolite zone is greater than 10 m.It is better to increase the lateral length of horizontal wells,and apply techniques including high intensity of perforations,large volume of proppant,far-field and near-wellbore diversions to maximize the stimulated deep reservoir volume.NIE Haikuan LI Pei DANG Wei DING Jianghui SUN Chuanxiang LIU Mi WANG Jin DU Wei ZHANG Peixian LI Donghui SU Haikun 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4:3
7Role of lateral growth on the structural properties of high temperature GaN layer显示文摘The role of lateral growth on the structural properties of high temperature(HT) GaN epitaxial layer has been investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Variations of the lateral growth rate of HT GaN in metal-organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) can be obtained by changing the V/Ⅲ ratio.It is found that under higher lateral growth rate,dislocation is easier to bend into subgrains away from c axis,and the position where bend occurs is closer to the buffer layer,however,dislocation density does not show to monotonically vary with increasing lateral growth rate.A model concerning the GaN growth dynamics and dislocation bending mechanics has been proposed to explain the correlation between lateral growth and the structural properties of GaN.GAO ZhiYuan HAO Yue LI PeiXian ZHANG JinCheng 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,5:2
8Enhanced catalysis of ultrasmall Au-MoS_2 clusters against reactive oxygen species for radiation protection显示文摘Ionizing radiation produces excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS) which impose detrimental effects on biological systems. Thus, it is important to explore clinically safe and efficacious radioprotection agents to scavenge ROS and reduce the risks of radiotherapy. Recently, emerging catalytic nanomaterials such as sulfide nanomaterials have shown capability of clearing ROS in vivo by unique electron transfers between atoms, but their catalytic activities are yet suboptimal. As such, there is an unmet need to improve catalytic properties for stronger antioxidant activities and radiation protection. Herein, we prepared ultrasmall Au-MoS_2 clusters(~2.5 nm) and they showed enhanced catalytic properties via gold intercalation facilitating increased active sites and synergistic effects. Electrocatalysis results revealed that the catalytic activity of Au-MoS_2 towards H2O_2 was superior to ultrasmall MoS_2 without Au. As a result, we found that improving the electrocatalytic property of Au-MoS_2 can effectively enhance corresponding antioxidant activities and radioprotection effects in vivo. In addition, Au-MoS_2 also showed significant radioprotection in vitro and dramatically reduced the excess of radiation-induced adverse ROS. 10Integration of multiple climate models to predict range shifts and identify management priorities of the endangered Taxus wallichiana in the Himalaya–Hengduan Mountain region显示文摘Taxus wallichiana Zucc.(Himalayan yew)is subject to international and national conservation measures because of its over-exploitation and decline over the last 30 years.Predicting the impact of climate change on T.wallichiana’s distribution might help protect the wild populations and plan effective ex situ measures or cultivate successfully.Considering the complexity of climates and the uncertainty inherent in climate modeling for mountainous regions,we integrated three Representative Concentration Pathways(RCPs)(i.e.,RCP2.6,RCP4.5,RCP8.5)based on datasets from 14 Global Climate Models of Coupled Model Intercomparison Project,Phase 5 to:(1)predict the potential distribution of T.wallichiana under recent past(1960–1990,hereafter‘‘current’’)and future(2050s and 2070s)scenarios with the species distribution model MaxEnt.;and(2)quantify the climatic factors influencing the distribution.In respond to the future warming climate scenarios,(1)highly suitable areas for T.wallichiana would decrease by 31–55%at a rate of 3–7%/10a;(2)moderately suitable areas would decrease by 20–30%at a rate of 2–4%/10a;(3)the average elevation of potential suitable sites for T.wallichiana would shift upslope by 390 m(15%)to 948 m(36%)at a rate of 42–100 m/10a.Average annual temperature(contribution rate ca.61%),isothermality and temperature seasonality(20%),and annual precipitation(17%)were the main climatic variables affecting T.wallichiana habitats.Prior protected areas and suitable planting areas must be delimited from the future potential distributions,especially the intersection areas at different suitability levels.It is helpful to promote the sustainable utilization of this precious resource by prohibiting exploitation and ex situ restoring wild resources,as well as artificially planting considering climate suitability.Peixian Li Wenquan Zhu Zhiying Xie Kun Qiao 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,6:2
11Age Assignment of the Lycoptera- bearing Bed显示文摘In the Yanliao area, the occurrence of the Nestoria-Keratestheria fauna and the Eoparacypris- Luanpingella-Darwinula assemblage in the Dabeigou Formation s.s., a Rb-Sr isochron age of 145.2 Ma for the Baiqi Formation and a complete stratigraphic sequence-all this proves that the Lycoptera-bearing bed overlies the Upper Jurassic. The Jehol fauna comprises the primitive Trigonioidids fauna, Eosestheria fauna, Lycoptera fauna et al., and their own laws of evolution expound that they belong to Cretaceous faunas. The associations of Eosestheria with Yanjiestheria, Lycoptera with Eosestheria, and Kuntulunia with Yanjiestheria as well as the occurrence of early angiosperms and sporo - pollen in the Fuxin Formation and its equivalents also demonstrate that the Lycoptera-bearing, bed should be assigned to the Cretaceous. 12Comprehensive Assessment on Tourism Eco-environment of Gansu Province Based on Spatial Data显示文摘The article studies tourism eco-environment of 14 cities of Gangsu Province, China, based on GIS with many kinds of multi-subject spatial database, such as remote sensing data, observation data and literature data. The research results were as follows. First, spatial features of 14 cities' tourism eco-environment are displayed with five levels of vulnerability respectively. The vulnerability in Gansu becomes worse from Gannan City, located in southern Gansu to Hexi Corridor which lies in northwestern Gansu. Second, the areas of above the middle vulnerability level make up 75% of the total areas of Gansu Province. Third, more than 70% of high-level human and natural tourism resources are in the areas with high vulnerability eco-environment. 13A Shaft Pillar Mining Subsidence Calculation Using Both Probability Integral Method and Numerical Simulation显示文摘In order to prolong the life cycle of the coal mine,Jinggezhuang(‘JGZ’)coal mine decided to excavate the shaft pillar.The first panel 0091 was designed near the pillar boundary as an experiment in shaft pillar mining.Both probability integral method(PIM)and FLAC3D were used to evaluate the influence on the shaft safety.PIM parameters were obtained from previous surface subsidence station.The rock property is based on the lab mechanical test.A simulated FLAC3D model containing shafts and a panel was built based on stratigraphic information.Surface subsidence results of PIM show that the 0091-panel excavation has no influence on the shafts.The simulated results show that the subsidence of the main shaft and air shaft is small and can be ignored,but it could cause the auxiliary shaft 220 mm horizontal displacement.So,the stress and displacement of the underground part of shaft were analyzed,it shows that the stress changes,subsidence and displacement are mainly located at the top part of the shafts.According to the stress and movement of the simulated shafts,0091 was decided to be excavated and a surface monitor line was built and measured.In comparison of PIM,FLAC3D,and measured data,the PIM results fit the surface subsidence better.And the FLAC3D results have smaller maximum subsidence and greater influence area than measured.But FLAC3D can provide more details such as displacement,subsidence,stress and strain of both surface and underground.So,for a planned mining excavation,both methods should be used especially for the evaluation of deformation of underground constructions.In the future,with the development of the rock numerical computation technology,the numerical simulation method will be recommended first.The research shows compare of two methods of the coal mine subsidence calculation and provides a solution method for shaft pillar mining.Peixian Li Zhixiang Tan Lili Yan 2018Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2018,,11:1
14Preparation and Thermal Shock Resistance of Mullite Ceramics for High Temperature Solar Thermal Storage显示文摘Mullite thermal storage ceramics were prepared by low-cost calcined bauxite and kaolin.The phase composition,microstructure,high temperature resistance and thermophysical properties were characterized by modern testing techniques.The experimental results indicate that sample A3(bauxite/kaolin ratio of 5:5)sintered at 1620℃has the optimum comprehensive properties,with bulk density of 2.83 g·cm^(-3)and bending strength of 155.44 MPa.After 30 thermal shocks(1000℃-room temperature,air cooling),the bending strength of sample A3 increases to 166.15 MPa with an enhancement rate of 6.89%,the corresponding thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity are 3.54 W·(m·K)^(-1)and 1.39 kJ·(kg·K)^(-1)at 800℃,and the thermal storage density is 1096 kJ·kg^(-1)(25-800 mullite ceramics;sintering properties;high-temperature thermal storage;thermal shock resistance).Mullite forms a dense and continuous interlaced network microstructure,which endows the samples high thermal storage density and high bending strength,but the decrease of bauxite/kaolin ratio leads to the decrease of mullite content,which reduces the properties of the samples.吴建锋 章真宇 XU Xiaohong MA Sitong LI Peixian SHI Xingxing 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,4:0
15Evaluation of sweet spots and horizontal-well-design technology for shale gas in the basin-margin transition zone of southeastern Chongqing,SW China显示文摘The shale gas accumulation conditions in the basin-margin transition zone of southeastern Chongqing in SW China are complex.In order to improve single-well productivity in this area,the geologic characteristics,major factors controlling the occurrence of sweet spots,and drilling/fracturing optimization were investigated in this study.The sweet spot evaluation system and criteria were established,and the horizontal-well-design technology was developed.The following three conclusions were drawn.First,the accumulation and high-productivity-oriented approaches for sweet spot evaluation are proposed and the criteria are established based on screened key indicators.Second,the horizontal well was designed based on:(1)the“six-map”method,to identify both the geology and engineering sweet spots for well locations;and(2)seismic attributes,to predict the development of fractures and cavities,and thus,avoid mud loss and improve the drilling efficiency.The target window,well-azimuth optimization,and the curvature were forecasted to improve the fracturing performances.Third,the Pingqiao anticline,Dongsheng anticline,Jinfo slope,and Wulong syncline were selected as Type I sweet spots.Currently,shale gas has been successfully discovered in the basin-margin transition zone and is being commercially developed.Xipeng He Peixian Zhang Guisong He Yuqiao Gao Ming Liu Yong Zhang Dazhi Fang Yanjing Li 2020Energy Geoscience2020,1,3:0
16An integrative analysis of metabolomics,DNA methylation and RNASeq data reveals key genes involved in albino tea'Haishun 2'显示文摘Albino tea,a type of tea closely associated with the chlorophyll-deficient phenotype is of great interest due to its multiple benefits to human health.To explore the potential mechanisms involved in albino tea,we performed metabolomics,DNA methylation and RNA-Seq analysis of green and albino leaves in a special tea mutant'Haishun 2'.The albino leaves accumulated significantly less catechins compared with the green leaves,which is closely associated with their difference in chlorophyll formation.A total of 385 candidate genes were identified by the integrative analysis.Two NAC transcription factors were less methylated and highly up regulated in the albino leaves of'Haishun 2',which was the first identification of the key roles of NAC transcription factors in albino tea and worth further study.Many genes involved in catechin biosynthesis were down regulated in albino leaves,such as 4-coumarate-CoA ligase,flavonol synthase and leucoanthocyanidin reductase genes,suggesting chlorophyll formation is important for catechin biosynthesis.Furthermore,CsMYB5 and CsGSTF11 were found to be differentially methylated and expressed in albino and green leaves,indicating their potential roles in catechin accumulation.This was the first report of the integrative analysis of transcriptome and DNA methylation data in tea plants and the results suggest that the integrative analysis is useful for exploring key genes associated with epigenetic changes in tea plants.Kang Wei Shuping Yu Qili Quan Shirin Aktar Mengdi He Yazhen Zhang Huihan Fang Rongmei Wu Li Ruan Peng Mao Peixian Bai Liyun Wu Hao Cheng Liyuan Wang 2022Beverage Plant Research2022,2,1:0

19Enrichment mechanism and resource potential of shale-type helium:A case study of Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation in Sichuan Basin显示文摘China’s helium resource is highly dependent on overseas imports.Organic-rich and U/Th-rich shale reservoirs generally contain helium,and although the helium content is low,the total reserve is large.Therefore,the effective development and utilisation of shale-type helium resources is a realistic way to improve the security of helium resources in China.In this study,the generation mechanism,helium source and content,migration modes and pathways,controlling factors of enrichment,distribution pattern,and resource potential of the helium were analysed,using the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery.Furthermore,countermeasures were proposed for shale-type helium exploration and development.The results show that the Wufeng-Longmaxi shale has a high content of U and Th and a good ability to generate helium.The helium is generated by a typical crustal source of helium and is characterised by self-generation,self-storage,and wide distribution.The helium resource potential is a product of its content and the resources of the associated natural gas.The continuous supply of helium and effective preservation are the main geological factors that control the enrichment of shale-type helium.The preliminary evaluation results show that the reserves of helium in proven shale gas reserves are 10.8×10^(8)m^(3)in the Sichuan Basin and its periphery,where the extra-large helium fields are likely to be discovered.Additionally,0.0912×10^(8)m^(3)of helium was produced,along with the annual production of shale gas.To avoid the waste of helium and to improve the self-supply ability,it is suggested that research on the resource potential,enrichment mechanism,and distribution pattern of shale-type helium should be carried out as soon as possible,and helium extraction techniques for helium-bearing natural gas should be studied.Haikuan NIE Quanyou LIU Wei DANG Pei LI Haikun SU Hanyong BAO Liang XIONG Zhujiang LIU Chuanxiang SUN Peixian ZHANG 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,6:0
