| 1 | Estimation of carbon sinks in chemical weathering in a humid subtropical mountainous basin显示文摘The fluvial geochemistry of the mainstream and tributaries of the Zengjiang River was investigated,and the mass balance approach and deduction methods were used to estimate the uptake of atmospheric CO2 through rock chemical weathering.The results showed that the chemical runoff mainly consisted of HCO3-,Ca2+,Na+,and dissolved Si,and that silicate mineral weathering was significant,but carbonate mineral weathering was a minor source of dissolved loads in the Zengjiang River basin because of the low amount of interlayered carbonate rock strata in the catchment.The ion composition indicated that atmospheric CO2 was the primary erosive agent for rock chemical weathering in the Zengjiang River basin.The CO2 consumption fluxes caused by rock chemical weathering were(3.50-3.81) × 105 mol km-2 a-1,which is just lower than that in tropical and subtropical basalt and carbonate regions,and is much higher than that in temperate and cold-temperate regions,indicating that surficial chemical weathering processes in the humid and hot monsoon current influencing the low-middle latitude zone of the Northern Hemisphere constitutes a significant carbon sink in the global biogeochemical cycle. | TAO Zhen GAO QuanZhou WANG ZhenGang ZHANG ShengHua XIE ChenJi LIN PeiSong RUAN XiaoBing LI ShuHong MAO HaiRuo | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,35: | 15 |

| 3 | Verticality Detection Algorithm Based on Local Image Sharpness Criterion显示文摘In the high precision image measurement system,the verticality error between the axis of the shooting system and the measured object can bring error of the measurement result.The high demand of the system’s vertical degree is raised by measure system due to the demands of high precision and disposable full field imaging in the micro-parts imaging measurement.The existing method of optical axis verticality detection cannot meet the demand all.In order to achieve the high-precision adjustment of the system optical axis,the algorithm of detecting verticality based on regional image definition is proposed.First,the objected standard image is divided into fixed area.Then,the object plane is moved from the downside to the upside of the focus plane,meanwhile,recording the definition function values of each standard image region at each step,and fitting out the clearest positions of the regions.Finally,according to the inter-regional relations between the locations and the height difference of the each regional clearest position,the small angle between the optical axis and the measured surface can be calculated.The experiment is based on the given image of lithography template with the scale of 10 μm as move unit,and the results show that this method effective reduced the small angle between the system optical axis and the measured body in high-precision image measuring system,the evaluation accuracy is less than 0.1°,meeting the requirements in high-precision measurement.The proposed method of detecting verticality based on regional image definition can evaluate the verticality error between the axis of the shooting system and the measured object accurately,effectively and conveniently. | ZHANG Jin WANG Zhong YE Shenghua YANG Chun LI Lin | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1: | 5 |

| 5 | Transformation of plant young proembryos by electroporation显示文摘It is first reported that plant young proembryos expressed exogenous reporter genes by electroporation. Young proembryos with 8-32 cells and globular proembryos with 250-400 cells could be isolated by enzymatic maceration combined with microdissection. After electroporation with GUS or GFP genes, the proembryos were cultured for 1 -2 d in KM8p medium. At the field strength of electroporation 500-1 500 V/cm, blue reaction of GUS or green fluorescence of GFP could be observed in the proembryos. The highest transient expression frequency of young proembryos (2.2%) was obtained at the field strength of 750 V/cm, whereas the highest frequency of globular proembryos (5.9%) was obtained at the field strength of 1 250 V/cm. | 6 | Effect of Lamb Age and in vitro Culture System of Oocytes on JIVET Technology显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lamb age and in vitro culture system of oocytes on the results of juvenile in vitro embryo transfer( JIVET). [Methods]Ten Dorper × small-tailed Han lambs aged 5 to 10 weeks were induced to superovulate via i. p. injection of pregnant mare's serum gonadotropin( PMSG). The oocytes were matured in basal maturation solution or modified maturation solution,which was prepared by adding 200 μmol/L cysteine to the basal maturation solution. Then,the oocytes were fertilized in fertilization medium I containing 2% estrus sheep serum( ESS) or fertilization medium II containing 3 mg/ml bull serum albumin( BSA). Finally,the number of oocytes,oocyte maturation rate and cleavage rate of the lambs of different ages were determined. [Results]The average number of oocytes recovered per lamb was( 111. 00 ± 16. 97),( 139. 50 ± 28. 99),( 108. 50 ± 17. 68) and( 42. 00 ± 11. 31) for5-,7-,8-and 10-week-old Dorper × small-tailed Han lambs,respectively. The number of oocytes obtained from 5-,7-and 8-week-old lambs was significantly higher than that from 10-week-old lambs( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference among 5-,7-and 8-week-old lambs( P > 0. 05). The maturation rate of oocytes cultured in modified maturation solution was 3. 64% higher than that in basal maturation solution. The cleavage rate of oocytes in fertilization medium I was very significantly higher than that in fertilization medium II( P < 0. 01). We introduce an efficient hierarchical optimization approach for the computation of spherical parametrization for closed genus-0 surfaces by minimizing a nonlinear energy balancing angle and area distortions. The mapping results are bijective and lowly distorted. Our algorithm converges efficiently and is suitable to manipulate large-scale geometric models. | 10 | Entropy measures of type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy sets and type-2 triangular intuitionistic trapezodial fuzzy sets显示文摘In order to measure the uncertain information of a type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy set(T2IFS), an entropy measure of T2 IFS is presented by using the constructive principles. The proposed entropy measure is also proved to satisfy all of the constructive principles. Further, a novel concept of the type-2 triangular intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy set(T2TITr FS) is developed, and a geometric interpretation of the T2 TITr FS is given to comprehend it completely or correctly in a more intuitive way. To deal with a more general uncertain complex system, the constructive principles of an entropy measure of T2 TITr FS are therefore proposed on the basis of the axiomatic definition of the type-2 intuitionisic fuzzy entropy measure. This paper elicits a formula of type-2 triangular intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy entropy and verifies that it does satisfy the constructive principles. | 11 | Holocene slip rate and paleoearthquake records of the Salt Lake segment of the Northern Zhongtiaoshan Fault, Shanxi Province显示文摘The Northern Zhongtiaoshan Fault is a major deep fault at the southern margin of the Yuncheng Basin. There have been few studies on the fault, and the historical earthquakes are few and weak. However, the intensity of activity on the fault should never be underestimated. Through interpretations of aerial images, topography measurements and excavation of trenches, this paper studied the fault distribution, the surface deformation and the activity of the normal fault south of Salt Lake near the city of Yuncheng. By tracing faults in the three trenches, it was found that there had been at least three large paleoseismic events, at 1–3.5, 3.6–4.4 and 7.4–8.8 ka BP. Employing 14 C dating, we determined the same gravel layers in the uplifted side and downthrown side. Making differential Global Positioning System measurements of the vertical difference and topographic profile, we obtained the mean slip rate of the Northern Zhongtiaoshan Fault since 24.7 ka BP(0.75±0.05 mm/a). | 12 | A Hg(Ⅱ)-specific probe for imaging application in living systems and quantitative analysis in environmental/food samples显示文摘Mercury ions are highly toxic and can accumulate along food chains in water,soil,crops and animals.Effective detection of mercury ions in various media is of great significance for maintaining the ecological environment and protecting people's health.In this work,a mercury ions specific fluorescent probe was developed by a simple one-step reaction of commercial substrates of 4-chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole and 1-(2-aminoethyl)-4-methylpiperazine.Investigation on sensing behavior showed that this probe had high sensitivity and selectivity towards mercury ions.Furthermore,this probe could be used as a tool to track the level of mercury ions in living system.In living cells,the probe with green emission emitted a bright red fluorescence when it was bound to mercury ions.In Arabidopsis thaliana,similar red emission could be detected from the root tip and stalk when A.thaliana was grown in culture medium containing mercury ions.The imaging in zebrafish showed that mercury ions were mainly concentrated in the stomach and head of zebrafish.Especially,this probe could be applied in quantitative analysis of mercury ions in tap water,green tea,sea shrimp and soil.This work provided a practical tool for the detection of mercury ions in living systems and quantitative analysis in real samples. | Guangjin Li Jiali Wang Dongyang Li Shenghua Liu Jun Yin Zhibing Lai Guangfu Yang | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4: | 2 |
| 13 | The Gravitational-wave physics Ⅱ: Progress显示文摘It has been a half-decade since the first direct detection of gravitational waves, which signifies the coming of the era of the gravitational-wave astronomy and gravitational-wave cosmology. The increasing number of the detected gravitational-wave events has revealed the promising capability of constraining various aspects of cosmology, astronomy, and gravity. Due to the limited space in this review article, we will briefly summarize the recent progress over the past five years, but with a special focus on some of our own work for the Key Project 'Physics associated with the gravitational waves' supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. | 14 | Late Pleistocene human skull from Jingchuan, Gansu Province显示文摘Jingchuan human fossil, found in Gansu Province in 1976, was given a preliminary report in 1984, but questions remained con- cerning the age and character of the fossil. We conducted field investigation at Jingchuan in May of 2006 to examine the stratum yielding the human fossil and to obtain sediment samples for optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) dating. Three samples collected from different stratigraphic levels at the fossil locality yielded OSL dates of 15, 48 and 7.9 thousand years ago (ka), respectively. Taking stratum study, mammalian fossils and paleoliths into consideration, the OLS date of 15-48 ka appears to be more close to the true age of Jingchuan cranium. There is no distinct difference between the fossil cranium and modern craniums in terms of the traits analyzed, so the relatively modern traits of the Jingchuan cranium do not contradict with its age. | 15 | Salmonella typhimurium strain SL7207 induces apoptosis and inhibits the growth of HepG2 hepatoma cells in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Salmonella typhimurium is probably most extensively studied tumor-targeting bacteria and SL7207 is one of its attenuated strains.SL7207 was first made for bacterial vaccine development and its therapeutic efficacy and safety for hepatoellular carcinoma has not been characterized.In this study,the inhibitory ability of SL 7207-lux on human hepatoma HepG2 cells was tested in vitro and in vivo.A bacterial luminescent gene cluster(lux CDA BE)was transfected into SL7207 to better monitor the invasion of the bacteria.The results show that SL7207-lux can rapidly enter HepG2 cells and localize in the cytoplasm.This invasion represses ell proliferation and induces apoptosis.In vivo real-time invasion studies showed that the bacteria gradually accumulate in the tumor.This enrichment was confirmed by anatomic observation at 5 days after inoculation.About 40%of tumor growth was inhibited by SL7207-lxx at 34 days post-treatment without significant loss of body weight.The area of necrosis of tumor tissue was clearly increased in the treated group.Bacterial quantification showed that the number of colony-forming units per gram of bacteria within tumor tissue was approximately 1000-fold higher than that of liver and spleen.These data suggest that attenuated S.typhimurium strain SL7207 has potential for the treatment of cancers. | Baowei Li Hongwei He Shenghua Zhang Wuli Zhao Naren Li Rongguang Shao | 2012 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,6: | 2 |
