| 1 | Geochemical characteristics,cooling history and mineralization significance of Zhangtiantang pluton in South Jiangxi Province,P.R. China显示文摘The zircon SHRIMP dating of the Zhangtiantang granite gave an age of 159±7 Ma.,which shows that the granite was produced at the early Late Jurassic.The Ar-Ar plateau ages of biotite and K-feldspar from the Zhangtiantang pluton are 153.2±1.1 Ma and 135.8±1.2 Ma,respectively.The Ar-Ar anti-isochrone ages of biotite and K-feldspar are 152.5±1.7Ma and 135.4±2.7Ma,respectively.The ages represent the isotopic closure ages of minerals in the pluton.The Zhangtiantang granites are regarded as peraluminous crust-derived type granites to possess the typical geochemical characteristics of calc-alkaline rocks on continental margin,with enriched Si,K,Al(average value of A/CNK as 1.18),HREE,Rb,U,and Th,heavily depleted V,Cr,Co,Ni,Ti,Nb-Ta,Zr,Sr,P,and Ba,strongly negative Eu and common corundum normative(average value of C as 1.84).The εNd(t) values of the Zhangtiantang granite are-5.84 to-7.79,and t2DM values are 1.69 to 1.83 Ga,which indicates partial melting of continental-crust metamorphic sedimentary rocks during the Middle Proterozoic.The cooling history of the Zhangtiantang granitic pluton indicates that the cooling velocity of pluton was faster(about 67℃ /Ma) from zircon(158 Ma) to biotite(152 Ma),and was slower(about12℃ /Ma) from biotite(152.5 Ma) to K-feldspar(135.8 Ma).It can be deduced that the temporal gap(about 10 Ma) between the granite formmation and W-Sn mineralization in South China may be related to ordinary magma-hydrothermal processes by the variational cooling curve of the pluton.The Zhangtiantang pluton was formed in a compressive setting,with differentiation evolution and mineralization occurring in a relative relaxation setting. | MAO Jianren LI Zilong ZHAO Xilin ZHOU Jie YE Haimin ZENG Qitao | 2010 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2010,29,1: | 11 |
| 2 | Divergent evolutionary patterns of the MAPK cascade genes in Brassica rapa and plant phylogenetics显示文摘Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)cascade signal transduction modules play crucial roles in regulating many biological processes in plants.These cascades are composed of three classes of hierarchically organized protein kinases,MAPKKKs,MAPKKs and MAPKs.Here,we analyzed gene retention,phylogenetic,evolution and expression patterns of MAPK cascade genes in Brassica rapa.We further found that the MAPK branches,classes III and IV,appeared after the split of bryophytes and green algae after analyzing the MAPK cascade genes in 8 species,and their rapid expansion led to the great size of the families of MAPKs.In contrast,the ancestral class I subfamily of MAPKK gene families have been highly conserved from algae to angiosperms.For the MAPKKK family,the MEKK and Raf subfamily share a common evolutionary origin,and Raf plays a major role in the expansion of the MAPKKK gene family.The cis-elements and interaction network analyses showed the important function of MAPK cascade genes in development and stress responses in B.rapa.This study provides a solid foundation for molecular evolution analyses of MAPK cascade genes. | Peng Wu Wenli Wang Ying Li Xilin Hou | 2017 | Horticulture Research2017,4,1: | 6 |

| 4 | A 2D DEM-LBM study on soil behaviour due to locally injected fluid显示文摘Leakage from underground pipes could result in foundations being undermined and cause damage to adjacent infrastructure. Soil particles surrounding the leaking area could be mobilised, displaced, and even washed out of the soil matrix by the leaking fluid, generating a void or cavity. A two-dimensional simulation using a coupled discrete element method and lattice Boltzmann method (DEM-LBM) has been used to investigate the behaviour of a soil bed subject to a locally injected fluid, which represents a leak in a pipe. Various values of inter-particle surface energy were also adopted to model the mechanical effects of cohesive particles. | 7 | Single or combined effects of dietary arabinoxylan-oligosaccharide and inulin on growth performance,gut microbiota,and immune response in Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei显示文摘The single and synergistic effects of dietary arabinoxylan-oligosaccharide(AXOS)and inulin at different doses(2,4,and 8 mg/g diet)on survival,growth performance,gut microbiota,and immune response in Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were assessed.Singular application of either inulin or AXOS at doses of 4 mg/g diet showed the most stimulatory effects on the growth rate and gene expression levels of chitinase,cathepsin L,chymotrypsin,and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)in each single prebiotic feeding trial.Compared with single prebiotic treatments,simultaneous application of AXOS and inulin at 4 mg/g diet enhanced remarkably the growth parameters of shrimp and the expression of related genes(chitinase,cathepsin L,chymotrypsin,ERK,myeloid differentiation factor 88,and phenoloxidase)after 8-week feeding(P<0.05).Additionally,gut microbiota analysis indicated the dietary supplementation with combined prebiotics increased significantly the bacterial community richness and relative abundance of Bacillus Pseudomonas Bacteriovorax,and Lactobacillus,and reduced the abundance of Vibrio Rhodococcus,and Photobacterium in the digestive tract of L vannamei.Compared with the single prebiotic treatment and the control,combined prebiotics supplementation boosted notably the survival rate and expression levels of immune-related genes in shrimp infected with Vibrio alginolyticus or white spot syndrome virus.Therefore,simultaneous application of AXOS and inulin shall have a great potential of dietary supplement in the culture of L.vannamei. | Yun LI Wei YUAN Yi ZHANG Hong LIU Xilin DAI | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021,39,2: | 3 |

| 9 | A Universal Principle to Accurately Synthesize Atomically Dispersed Metal–N_4 Sites for CO_2 Electroreduction显示文摘Atomically dispersed metal-nitrogen sites-anchored carbon materials have been developed as effective catalysts for CO2 electroreduction(CO2 ER),but they still suffer from the imprecisely control of type and coordination number of N atoms bonded with central metal.Herein,we develop a family of single metal atom bonded by N atoms anchored on carbons(SAs-M-N-C,M=Fe,Co,Ni,Cu)for CO2 ER,which composed of accurate pyrrole-type M-N4 structures with isolated metal atom coordinated by four pyrrolic N atoms.Benefitting from atomically coordinated environment and specific selectivity of M-N4 centers,SAs-Ni-N-C exhibits superior CO2 ER performance with onset potential of-0.3 V,CO Faradaic efficiency(F.E.) of 98.5%at-0.7 V,along with low Tafel slope of 115 mV dec-1 and superior stability of 50 h,exceeding all the previously reported M-N-C electrocatalysts for CO2-to-CO conversion.Experimental results manifest that the different intrinsic activities of M-N4 structures in SAs-M-N-C result in the corresponding sequence of Ni> Fe> Cu> Co for CO2 ER performance.An integrated Zn-CO2 battery with Zn foil and SAs-Ni-N-C is constructed to simultaneously achieve CO2-to-CO conversion and electric energy output,which delivers a peak power density of 1.4 mW cm-2 and maximum CO F.E.of 93.3%. | Wanzhen Zheng Feng Chen Qi Zeng Zhongjian Li Bin Yang Lecheng Lei Qinghua Zhang Feng He Xilin Wu Yang Hou | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,9: | 2 |
| 10 | Review of flash sintering with strong electric field显示文摘Flash sintering is a novel field‐assisted sintering technology for ceramics that allows a dramatic reduction in processing time and temperature.Since 2010,when flash sintering was first reported,it has been a focus of research interest in the field of materials science.Recent study results have confirmed that the sintering temperature decreases with the strength of the applied electric field;for some ceramics,the sintering temperature can be lowered even to room temperature.This represents an innovative breakthrough for ceramic sintering at ultra‐low temperatures.However,once the electric field strength in flash sintering is increased,new questions and challenges arise,such as whether or not partial discharge occurs in the green body if under electro‐thermal coupling stress,how to quantitatively analyse the impact of discharge on sintering,and,moreover,whether the sintering mechanism under a strong electric field is consistent with that under a weak electric field.These research questions require knowledge of partial discharge detection,dielectric theory,and other topics that are beyond the scope of materials science.To address this need,this review summarises the work carried out in flash sintering with a strong electric field from the perspective of high voltage and insulation technology.First,the flash sintering process and mechanism are briefly introduced.Then,the published literature on flash sintering with a strong electric field for various ceramic materials is summarised in depth.In addition,experimental phenomena that are observed in flash sintering with a strong electric field,such as flash and blackening,are discussed.Finally,some suggestions for future work are presented.It is anticipated that the knowledge gap between different areas of study can be filled by this review. | Hongyang Zhou Xiang Li Yuchen Zhu Jieming Liu Angxuan Wu Guoming Ma Xilin Wang Zhidong Jia Liming Wang | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,1: | 2 |

| 14 | Experimental study on seismic behavior of circular RC columns strengthened with pre-stressed FRP strips显示文摘Bonding fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)has been commonly used to improve the seismic behavior of circular reinforced concrete(RC)columns in engineering practice.However,FRP jackets have a significant stress hysteresis effect in this strengthening method,and pre-tensioning the FRP can overcome this problem.This paper presents test results of25 circular RC columns strengthened with pre-stressed FRP strips under low cyclic loading.The pre-stressing of the FRP strips,types of FRP strips and longitudinal reinforcement,axial load ratio,pre-damage degree and surface treatments of the specimens are considered as the primary factors in the tests.According to the failure modes and hysteresis curves of the specimens,these factors are analyzed to investigate their effect on bearing capacity,ductility,hysteretic behavior,energy dissipation capacity and other important seismic behaviors.The results show that the initial lateral confined stress provided by pre-stressed FRP strips can effectively inhibit the emergence and development of diagonal shear cracks,and change the failure modes of specimens from brittle shear failure to bending or bending-shear failure with better ductility.As a result,the bearing capacity,ductility,energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity of the strengthened specimens are all significantly improved. | Zhou Changdong Lu Xilin Li Hui Tian Teng | 2013 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2013,12,4: | 1 |

Unlike the previous vortex-ring-based model which can only generate the vertically downward microburst fields, the proposed method can produce the slanted microburst fields which are closer to the natural conditions. By setting the slant angle and the orientation angle of the slanted vortexring model, the microburst fields with any slant angle and orientation angle can be generated. A nested DE algorithm was introduced for the selection of model parameters, through which the model parameters can be flexibly and easily determined in accordance with the experimental requirements.
