4Sulfur isotopic composition of the Tianqiao Pb-Zn ore deposit,Northwest Guizhou Province,China:Implications for the source of sulfur in the ore-forming fluids显示文摘The Tianqiao Pb-Zn ore deposit of Guizhou Province, China, is located in the mid-east of the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou Pb-Zn-Ag multi-metallic mineralization area, which is representative of the Pb-Zn ore de-posits in this area. It consists of three main orebodies, whose Pb+Zn reserves are more than 0.2 million ton. This paper analyzes the sulfur isotopic composition of these orebodies. The data show that the ore minerals (galena, sphalerite, pyrite) in these orebodies are enriched in heavy sulfur, with δ34SV-CDT values varying between 8.35‰ and 14.44‰, i.e. the δ34SV-CDT values of pyrite are between 12.81‰ and 14.44‰, the mean value is 13.40‰; the δ34SV-CDT values of sphalerite are range from 10.87‰ to 14.00‰, the mean value is 12.53‰; the δ34SV-CDT values of galena are range from 8.35‰ to 9.83‰, the mean value is 8.84‰, and they have the feature of δ34Spyrite>δ34Ssphalerite>δ34Sgalena, which indicates the sulfur isotope in ore-forming fluids has attained equilibrium. 5Biosorption of Cu(Ⅱ) on extracellular polymers from Bacillus sp.F19显示文摘Biosorption can be an effective process for the removal of heavy metals from aqueous solutions.The adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution on the extracellular polymers (EPS) from Bacillus sp.(named MBFF19) with respect to pH,incubation time,concentration of initial Cu(Ⅱ),and biosorbent dose was studied.Biosorption of Cu(Ⅱ) is highly pH dependent.The maximum uptake of Cu(Ⅱ) (89.62 mg/g) was obtained at pH 4.8.Biosorption equilibrium was established in approximately 10 min.The correlation coeffcient of more than 0.90 turned out that the adsorption process of Cu(Ⅱ) on MBFF19 was in accordance with both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.The pseudo-first and second order models were applied to examine the kinetics of the adsorption,whereas the latter was found to be in harmony with the kinetic data better.Because of the outstanding uptake capacity of Cu(Ⅱ),MBFF19 produced by Bacillus sp.was proved to be an excellent biosorbent for removing Cu(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions.ZHENG Yan,FANG Xuliang,YE Zhilong,LI Yahong,CAI weimin School of Environmental Science and Engineering,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Shanghai 200240,China. 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,11:15

7Diffusion-tensor imaging as an adjunct to dynamic contrastenhanced MRI for improved accuracy of differential diagnosis between breast ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive breast carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To determine the value of diffusion-tensor imaging(DTI) as an adjunct to dynamic contrastenhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) for improved accuracy of differential diagnosis between breast ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) and invasive breast carcinoma(IBC).Methods:The MRI data of 63 patients pathologically confirmed as breast cancer were analyzed.The conventional MRI analysis metrics included enhancement style,initial enhancement characteristic,maximum slope of increase,time to peak,time signal intensity curve(TIC) pattern,and signal intensity on FST2 WI.The values of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),directionally-averaged mean diffusivity(D_(avg)),exponential attenuation(EA),fractional anisotropy(FA),volume ratio(VR) and relative anisotropy(RA)were calculated and compared between DCIS and IBC.Multivariate logistic regression was used to identify independent factors for distinguishing IBC and DCIS.The diagnostic performance of the diagnosis equation was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve.The diagnostic efficacies of DCEMRI,DWI and DTI were compared independendy or combined.Results:EA value,lesion enhancement style and TIC pattern were identified as independent factor for differential diagnosis of IBC and DCIS.The combination diagnosis showed higher diagnostic efficacy than a single use of DCE-MRI(P=0.02),and the area of the curve was improved from 0.84(95%CI,0.67-0.99) to0.94(95%CI,0.85-1.00).Conclusions:Quantitative DTI measurement as an adjunct to DCE-MRI could improve the diagnostic performance of differential diagnosis between DCIS and IBC compared to a single use of DCE-MRI.Yuan Wang Xiaopeng Zhang Kun Cao Yanling Li Xiaoting Li Liping Qi Lei Tang Zhilong Wang Shunyu Gao 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,2:12
8Geological significance of nickeliferous minerals in the Fule Pb–Zn deposit, Yunnan Province, China显示文摘The Fule Pb–Zn deposit is located in the Sichuan–Yunnan–Guizhou Province, and it is an important and giant low temperature metallogenic domain in China.In our research area, the Pb–Zn deposits are mainly hosted in the Permian Yangxin Formation and are composed of dolostone and limestone. The distance between the ore bodies and the Permian Emeishan basalt ranged from 50 to160 m. In this study, the nickel rich minerals, including vaesite, polydymite and millerite, were reported for the first time in the Fule deposit. These minerals occurred as xenomorphic mineral aggregate and were sporadically distributed in the sphalerite–galena–calcite vein, which is the main ore type in the deposit. Our study indicated that the paragenetic sequence of minerals in the Fule deposit is the following order: polydymite → vaesite→ millerite → sphalerite → galena → tetrahedrite(tennantite).The geological occurrence characteristics of those nickeliferous minerals suggested that the Permian Emeishan basalt is a possible barrier layer of Pb–Zn ore-forming fluid, and it is an important source for the Ni and part of the Cu in the deposit. The Sichuan–Yunnan–Guizhou Pb–Zn mineralization province is a world-class production base of Pb and Zn, in which the Permian Emeishan basalt and Pb–Zn deposits have uniformly spatial distribution, but the relationship of mineralization between them is still under debate. 10Clinical effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on neurological impairment following cerebral infarction显示文摘BACKGROUND: Although the curative effects of acupuncture have been confirmed by various treatments of cerebral infarction, few studies have investigated when acupuncture can attain the best clinical effect. OBJECTIVE: Four different time points were selected for acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction to evaluate the appropriate time course for Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy in terms of improved neurological function. DESIGN: Controlled observation. SETTING: Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy of the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Chinese Armed Police Forces. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 120 inpatients with cerebral infarction of different stages, including 75 males and 45 females, aged 41-75 years, were selected from November 2005 to December 2006 at the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy in Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Chinese Armed Police Forces. Diagnostic criteria: in accordance with 'main points of diagnosis on different cerebrovascular disease' secondly revised in the Second Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Meeting of Chinese Medicine Association in 1986. All accepted subjects provided confirmed consent, and the experiment received ethical permission from the hospital’s ethics committee. METHODS: ① Experiment grouping: All inpatients were divided into four groups with non-stochastic concurrent control method according to the disease course: Group I (onset within 7 hours), group Ⅱ (onset from 7 hours to 3 days), group Ⅲ (onset within 4-7 days), and group Ⅳ (onset within 21-180 days). On the basis of symptomatic treatment with western medicine, each group received Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy after onset within 7 hours, 7 hours to 3 days, 4 to 7days, and 21 to 180 days. ② The principal acupoints were Neiguan, Renzhong, and Sanyinjiao. ③ The auxiliary acupoints were Jiquan, Chize, and Weizhong. ④Acupuncture manipulations: initially, Neiguan (PC6, bilateral) was needled at 0.5-1.0 cun vertically with a reducing technique achieved by rotating-swirling and lifting-inserting for 1 minute. Subsequently, Renzhong (GV26) was needled at 0.3-0.5 cun obliquely towards the nasal septum, with a heavy bird-pecking method until eyeballs were moist or shed tears. Sanyinjiao (SP6, affected limb) was needled at 1.0-1.5 cun obliquely along the medial border of the tibia with a 45° angle between the needle and skin. The technique of reinforcing was achieved by a lifting-inserting method until the affected lower limb twitched three times. The auxiliary acupoint, Jiquan, was selected when the patient extended the affected upper limb abduction. Jiquan was along the downward channel, 1 cun from the quondam Jiquan (HT1) acupoint; the armpit hair was avoided. Jiquan (affected limb) was needled vertically at 1.0-1.5 cun. The technique of reduction was achieved by lifting-inserting until the affected upper limb twitched three times. Chize (LU5) was selected when the patient flexed the elbow at 120°. Chize was vertically needled at 1 cun with a lifting-inserting reducing technique until the affected forearm and fingers twitched three times. Weizhong (BL40) was selected when the patient’s leg was raised straight in a supine position. Weizhong was vertically needled at 0.5-1.0 cun with a lifting-inserting reducing technique until the affected lower limb twitched three times. ⑤ Acupuncture manipulations were achieved by the doctor who is an associate chief physician and doctor of acupuncture and moxibustion and has aptitude for the post’s specification. ⑥One course of treatment lasted for 10 days and each group was treated for two courses of treatment. ⑦Experiment evaluation: To apply neurological impairment scores for evaluating clinical curative effects before and after treatment with Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy on day 7, 14, and 21(range of 0-45; decreasing score indicates functional improvement).To evaluate clinical curative effect by clinical effective power:Basic recovery: equal to ormore than 81%; significant improvement: 56% to 81% (including 56%); Improvement: between 36% to 56% (including 36%); Slight Improvement: 11% to 36% (including 11%); No change: less than 11%; Aggravation (including death): negative value. Total effective rate was computed at the same time. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The total effective rate and amelioration of neurological impairment of the patients after treatment. RESULTS: All 120 patients with cerebral infarction were included in the final analysis, without deletion. ① Comparison of the total effective rate: the total effective rate of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ, and group Ⅳ was 97%, 93%, 93%, and 67%, respectively. There were significant differences of interclass synthetic curative effects (χ2 = 36.351 7, P < 0.01). ② Amelioration of neurological impairment: A decreased neurological impairment score was observed in group I on day 7, 14, and 21 after Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy. The differences between group IV and the remaining three groups were significant (P < 0.05). 12Intelligent classification model of surrounding rock of tunnel using drilling and blasting method显示文摘Classification of surrounding rock is the cornerstone of tunnel design and construction.The traditional methods are mainly qualitative and manual and require extensive professional knowledge and engineering experience.To minimize the effect of the empirical judgment on the accuracy of surrounding rock classification,it is necessary to reduce human participation.An intelligent classification technique based on information technology and artificial intelligence could overcome these issues.In this regard,using 299 groups of drilling parameters collected automatically using intelligent drill jumbos in tunnels for the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway in China,an intelligent-classification surrounding-rock database is constructed in this study.Based on a machine learning algorithm,an intelligent classification model is then developed,which has an overall accuracy of 91.9%.Finally,using the core of the model,the intelligent classification system for the surrounding rock of drilled and blasted tunnels is integrated,and the system is carried by intelligent jumbos to perform automatic recording and transmission of drilling parameters and intelligent classification of the surrounding rock.This approach provides a foundation for the dynamic design and construction(both conventional and intelligent)of tunnels.Mingnian Wang Siguang Zhao Jianjun Tong Zhilong Wang Meng Yao Jiawang Li Wenhao Yi 2021Underground Space2021,6,5:5
13Real-time digital image stabilization based on regional field image gray projection显示文摘Digital image stabilization technique plays important roles in video surveillance and object acquisition.Many useful electronic image stabilization algorithms have been studied.A real-time algorithm is proposed based on field image gray projection which enables the regional odd and even field image to be projected into x and y directions and thus to get the regional gray projection curves in x and y directions,respectively.For the odd field image channel,motion parameters can be estimated via iterative minimum absolute difference based on two successive field image regional gray projection curves.Then motion compensations can be obtained after using the Kalman filter method.Finally,the odd field image is adjusted according to the compensations.In the mean time,motion compensation is applied to the even field image channel with the odd field image gray projection curves of the current frame.By minimizing absolute difference between odd and even field image gray projection curves of the current frame,the inter-field motion parameters can be estimated.Therefore,the even field image can be adjusted by combining the inter-field motion parameters and the odd field compensations.Finally,the stabilized image sequence can be obtained by synthesizing the adjusted odd and even field images.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can run in real-time and have a good stabilization performance.In addition,image blurring can be improved.Weiping Yang Zhilong Zhang Yan Zhang Xinping Lu Jicheng Li Zhiguang Shi 2016Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2016,27,1:4
14Shock wave generation and its influencing parameters based on diesel injector显示文摘Based on schlieren imaging method the shock wave generated by diesel injector has been investigated,and the influences of ambient gas property, the progress of the spray, ambient gas density and ambient gas temperature on shock wave have been analyzed. The results show that:the images of spray shock wave are cleaner using sulfur hexafluoride(SF6) as ambient gas than using the nitrogen(N2); at the beginning of injection, shock wave phenomenon does not generate immediately as the fuel leave the nozzle because of the needle movement, and the hesitation is decided by the injection condition and characteristics of injector. The generation of shock wave in the spray tip and the detachment of shock wave from the spray tip show little effect on the spray macroscopic characteristics. 15Simultaneous measurement of particle velocity and size based on gray difference and autocorrelation显示文摘The gray of two images of a same particle taken by a digital camera with different exposure times is different too. Based on the gray difference of particle images in a double-exposed photo and autocorrelation processing of digital images,this paper proposes a method for measuring particle velocities and sizes simultaneously. This paper also introduces the theoretical foundation of this method,the process of particle imaging and image processing,and the simultaneous measurement of velocity and size of a low speed flow field with 35 μm and 75 μm standard particles. The graphical measurement results can really reflect the flow characteristics of the flow field. In addition,although the measured velocity and size histograms of these two kinds of standard particles are slightly wider than the theoretical ones,they are all still similar to the normal distribution,and the peak velocities and diameters of the histograms are consistent with the default values. 17Amorphous and humidity caking: A review显示文摘Caking of products is a common and undesired phenomenon in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and fertilizer industries which leads to extra cost and irregular quality. In general, caking processes could be identified as amorphous caking or humidity caking. In this review, history of studying caking, formation, methods, and prospects of these two caking processes are summarized and discussed. The relevant studies from the 1920 s to today are mentioned briefly. According to the different properties(i.e. hygrocapacity, hygrosensitivity, mechanical properties, and diffusion behavior) of amorphous powders and crystals, the conditions and mechanisms of amorphous and humidity caking are discussed. It is summarized that glass transition, moisture sorption, quantitative methods characterizing caking, accelerated caking tests, and simulation of caking behaviors are the main aspects that should be studied for a caking process. The methods for these five aspects are reviewed. 18Trace Elements in Sphalerite from the Dadongla Zn-Pb Deposit, Western Hunan-Eastern Guizhou Zn-Pb Metallogenic Belt, South China显示文摘The western Hunan-eastern Guizhou Zn-Pb metallogenic belt is one of the important Zn-Pb mineralization regions in China.The Dadongla deposit,located in the northeast of Guizhou Province,is one of the typical Zn-Pb deposits in the region and has estimated resources more than 12 million metric tons(Mt)with an average grade of 4.11 wt%Zn+Pb.Its orebodies are hosted in the lower Cambrian Aoxi Formation dolomite,occurring as bedded,para-bedded in shape,and in conformity with the wall rock.The ore mineral assemblage is simple,dominated by sphalerite with minor pyrite and galena,and the gangue minerals are composed of dolomite,calcite with minor bitumen and barite.In view of the lack of geological and geochemical researches,the genesis of Zn-Pb ore is still unclear.Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICPMS)spot and mapping analyses were used to obtain sphalerite trace element chemistry in the Dadongla Zn-Pb deposit in Guizhou,China,aiming to constrain its ore genesis.The results show that sphalerite is characterized by the enrichment of Cd,Fe,Ge and Hg,corresponding with that of typical MVT deposits.Four zones were identified in the sphalerite crystal from Dadongla from the center to margin according to the color bands.in which the zone in the center,representing the early ore-stage sphalerite,is characterized by enrichment of Cd relatively,while the zone forming at late ore-stage is enriched in Ge and Hg relatively.The finding was controlled by differential leached metals content in ore-forming fluid from its source rock.Notably,critical element Ge trends to be enriched at the late ore-stage and follows a substitution of 2 Zn^2+(?)Ge^4++□(vacancy).Moreover,the calculated ore-forming temperature ranges from 79.9℃to 177.6℃by the empirical formula,which is similar to that of typical Mississippi Valley-type(MVT)deposits.Compared with the features of trace elements in sphalerite from different types of deposits,together with the geology,the Dadongla deposit belongs to an MVT Zn-Pb deposit.HU Yusi YE Lin WEI Chen LI Zhenli HUANG Zhilong WANG Haoyu 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,6:3
19The Sr, Nd isotopic composition of lamprophyres in Laowangzhai gold orefield, Yunnan Province显示文摘Lamprophyres are widely spread over the Laowangzhai gold orefield in northern Mt. Ailao structure zone, Yunnan Province. Lamprophyres in the orefield are temporally and spatially related to gold mineralization. Lamprophyres in the orefield have anomalous Sr and Nd isotopic compositions, e.g. the 87Sr/ 86Sr ratios (0.706 665-0.707 960, the 87Sr/ 86Sr ratio of sample YLW-44 is 0.709 041) are higher than the modern value of the original mantle (0.704 5), the 143Nd/ 144Nd ratios (0.512 463-0.512 551) are lower than the modern value of the original mantle (0.512 638), and the calculated values ε Sr>0 (28.1-63.7) and ε Nd<0 (-1.34--3.07).
