2Visible light-induced N-doped TiO_2 nanoparticles for the degradation of microcystin-LR显示文摘N-doped nano-crystalline TiO2 powders have been synthesized by the sol-gel method.The shape and crystal structure of the resulting N-doped TiO2 were investigated by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS),X-ray spectroscopy (XRD),Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis reflection spectrum.The results showed that doping TiO2 with nitrogen can lower its band gap and apparently shift its optical response to the visible region.Under the visible light (λ> 420 nm) irradiation,the MC-LR was degraded by the synthesized N-TiO2 nano-material.The variation of MC-LR amount and its intermediates were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and LC-MS,respectively.The mineralization of MC-LR was determined by total organic carbon (TOC) analysis.Simultaneously,transient oxidative species generated during photocatalysis were tracked by electron spin resonance (ESR) and Peroxidase method.All these results indicated that visible-light excited N-TiO2 can activate molecular oxygen and thereby achieve degradation of MC-LR completely within 14 h.The removal of 59% of TOC was achieved after 20 h irradiation.The major oxidative species in the system were hydroxyl radical (·OH) and H2O2.13 Kinds of intermediates were primarily identified in the process.Based on these results,a reasonable conclusion was drawn for the degradation of MC-LR wherein its four positions are easy to be attacked by the photo-generated OH radical followed by the hydrolyzation of peptides.YANG Jing,CHEN DengXia,DENG AnPing,FANG YanFen,LUO GuangFu,LI DeJiang,LI RuiPing & HUANG YingPing Alan G.MacDiarmid Research Institute of Renewable Energy,China Three Gorges University,Yichang 443000,China 2010Science China Chemistry2010,53,8:12
3Microstructure and mechanical properties of a high ductility Mg–Zn–Mn–Ce magnesium alloy显示文摘A high-ductility ZME200(Mg–2.3Zn–0.4Mn–0.2Ce^(1))alloy was newly developed for vehicle closure and structure applications,based on an earlier ZE20(Mg–2.0Zn–0.2Ce)alloy for extrusion applications.Previous study indicates that the hot deformation behavior of as-cast ZME200 alloy varies with processing parameters,namely temperature and strain rate.In this follow-up study,a conventional rolling process was optimized to obtain magnesium sheets with a very fine grain structure and high ductility.The microstructure,mechanical properties,and corrosion resistances of ZME200 alloy were investigated,and compared with those of commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy.It was demonstrated that the ZME200 alloy sheet exhibits extraordinarily higher ductility(36%in tensile elongation),much superior stretch formability(an Erichsen value of 9.5),lower anisotropy,comparable strength and corrosion resistance to AZ31 alloy.The unique RD–TD double split texture with remarkably reduced intensity and grain refinement gives rise to the significantly improved ductility and formability at room-temperature.Lei Gao Hong Yan Jun Luo Alan A.Luo Rongshi Chen 2013Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2013,1,4:10
4On the mechanical behavior of the human biliary system显示文摘This paper reviews the progress made in understanding the mechanical behaviour of the biliary system. Gallstones and diseases of the biliary tract affect more than 10% of the adult population. The complications of gallstones, i.e. acute pancreatitis and obstructive jandice, can be lethal, and patients with acalculous gallbladder pain often pose diagnostic difficulties and undergo repeated ultrasound scans and oral cholecystograms. Moreover, surgery to remove the gallbladder in these patients, in an attempt to relieve the symptoms, gives variable results. Extensive research has been carried out to understand the physiological and pathological functions of the biliary system, but the mechanism of the pathogenesis of gallstones and pain production still remain poorly understood. It is believed that the mechanical factors play an essential role in the mechanisms of the gallstone formation and biliary diseases. However, despite the extensive literature in clinical studies, only limited work has been carried out to study the biliary system from the mechanical point of view. 5铝合金表面处理对AM60/A390液固扩散连接界面组织及性能的影响显示文摘利用压铸工艺将液态镁和固态铝液-固复合是镁/铝异种材料连接的新工艺,进行铝合金表面氧化膜去除工艺的研究,并在此基础上,利用自制的液固双金属复合装置将液态镁合金AM60与处理后的固态铝合金A390进行液固复合。研究铝合金表面处理对液态AM60/固态A390液固复合工艺的影响,分析研究复合试样界面的组织和性能。结果表明:采用铝合金表面处理工艺能有效地去除A390铝合金表面的氧化膜,同时在其表面形成一层含La2O3的包覆层。包覆层一方面可保护铝合金表面,避免再次被氧化;另一方面包覆层中的La2O3又可以改善液态AM60/固态A390复合界面的组织,提高界面结合强度。AM60/A390的液固复合界面的抗剪强度最高可达78.4 MPa。经过固溶处理之后,可将强度提高到84 MPa。徐光晨 陈翌庆 Alan LUO Anil.K.SACHDEV 2014中国有色金属学报2014,24,4:8
6La对镁/铝液固扩散连接界面组织及性能的影响显示文摘利用压铸工艺将液态镁和固态铝液.固复合是一种镁/铝异种材料焊接的新工艺。镁/铝异种活性金属液.固连接的难点首先是固态铝合金属表面存在一层氧化膜,阻碍镁/铝异种活性金属之间形成冶金结合,其次是镁/铝液固复合过程中无法避免地形成大量的金属间化合物,这些脆性相极大地破坏了界面的力学性能。对铝合金表面进行氧化膜去除工艺,并在此基础上,利用自制的液固双金属复合装置将液态镁镧中间合金与经过表面处理的固态铝合金进行液固复合。研究镁合金中的稀土La对镁铝液固扩散连接界面组织及性能的影响。结果表明:镁合金中加入稀土La后,镁铝扩散连接界面处的βMg变少、变细,铸态晶粒细化;大部分La与Al结合生成高熔点、高热稳定性的稀土相Al相;当镁合金中含有1%(质量分数)稀土La时,界面可达到最大的抗剪强度88.5MPa。徐光晨 陈翌庆 刘丽华 Alan LUO 马立坤 2014中国有色金属学报2014,24,11:7
