1	Metachronous cancer of gallbladder and pancreas with pancreatobiliary maljunction显示文摘Pancreaticobiliary maljunction is a congenital anomaly in which the junction between the pancreatic duct and the common bile duct is located outside the sphincter of Oddi.It is well known that pancreaticobiliary maljunction is frequently associated with carcinoma of the biliary tract.We report a case of metachronous cancer of the gallbladder and pancreas associated with pancreaticobiliary maljunction and cystic dilatation of common bile duct in a 68-year-old Tunisian woman who underwent a cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.The pancreatic tumor was an adenosquamous carcinoma.Pancreaticobiliary maljunction allows for pancreatobiliary or biliopancreatic reflux which may induce biliary tract carcinoma.Few cases of multifocal cancer associated with this anomaly have been reported.The association with pancreatic carcinoma remains rare.Close attention should be given to both the biliary tract system and pancreas during the long-term follow-up of patients with pancreaticobiliary maljunction,especially after they have undergone a choledochojejunostomy. 2	Acinar cell carcinoma of the pancreas in a young patient with chronic pancreatitis显示文摘BACKGROUND:Acinar cell carcinoma (ACC) is a rare malignancy of the pancreas arising from acinar cells.Unlike ductal adenocarcinoma,this tumor rarely presents with pancreatitis.METHODS:We present a case of ACC associated with chronic calcifying pancreatitis,and a review of the literature focusing on diagnosis and management.RESULTS:A 43-year-old man was proposed for Wirsungojejunal derivation for chronic pancreatitis.Histopathological examination of the tissue extracted revealed an ACC.Duodenopancreatectomy was performed.Six months postoperatively,the patient developed hepatic metastasis and was treated with gemcitabine as palliative chemotherapy.CONCLUSIONS:The clinical presentation of ACC of the pancreas is not specific and the tumor can be underdiagnosed when associated with chronic pancreatitis.Data regarding course,treatment,and prognosis of this tumor are generally lacking. 3	Spatial Evolution Study of EEDFs and Plasma Parameters in RF Stochastic Regime by Langmuir Probe显示文摘An RF compensated cylindrical Langmuir probe system has been developed and used to characterize an RF capacitive two temperature plasma discharge in a stochastic mode.The novelty of the work presented here is the use of the driven electrode(cathode)without ground shield.Measurements of the electron energy distribution function(EEDF)and plasma parameters were achieved under the following conditions:50 W of RF power and 5×10-2mbar of argon pressure.The probe measurements are performed at 3 cm above the electrode and the probe was shifted radially(r direction)from the center(r=0 cm)of the inter-electrodes region towards the chamber wall(R=10.75 cm).The results show that the EEDF is bi-Maxwellian and its shape remains the same through the scanned region.The farther the probe from the central region,the lower the EEDF maximum.The plasma density is observed to decrease according to a Gaussian profile along the radial direction and falls to 50%of its maximum when close to the cathode edge(r=5.5 cm).At the same time the effective electron temperature remains constant for r<4 cm and increases for r≥4 cm.The high-temperature and low-temperature electrons’densities and temperatures are also discussed in the article.
