16Medical ethics w.s.r to ayurveda显示文摘With nearly 5,000,000 Indians dying due to medical negligence every year.there is a circular relationship between nature and humankind because human concepts are nature’s concepts. Human technological and economic inventiveness is no more than nature’s way of acting upon itself and shaping its own future. The outcome could be glorious success or disastrous failure - in either case, nature acting through humankind bears partial responsibility for the outcome. A basic knowledge of how judicial forums deal with the cases relating to medical negligence is of absolute necessity for doctors. The need for such knowledge is more now than before in light of higher premium being placed by the Indian forums on the value of human life and su ffering, and perhaps rightly so. Judicial forums, while seeking to identify delinquents and delinquency in the cases of medical negligence, actually aim at striking a careful balance between the autonomy of a doctor to make judgments and the rights of a patient to be dealt with fairly.Agadatantra one among eight branches of ayurveda has given good references in regard to medcal ethics and also how to overcome the burden of medical negligence merely by identifying the treating doctor.Dr preetam k Lamani 2019TMR Theory and Hypothesis2019,2,4:0
17Low-Frequency Dependence of Conductivity and Dielectric Properties of Polyaniline/ZnFe_(2)O_(4) Nanocomposites显示文摘Conducting polyaniline/ZnFe_(2)O_(4) nanocomposites are synthesized by using a simple and inexpensive one-step in-situ polymerization method in the presence of ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles.The structural,morphological and electrical properties of the samples are characterized by x-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy.These results reveal the formation of polyaniline/ZnFe2O4 nanocomposites.The morphology of these samples is studied by scanning electron microscopy.Further,the ac conductivity(σac)of these composites is investigated in the frequency range of 1 kHz–10 MHz.The presence of polarons and bipolarons are responsible for the frequency dependence of ac conductivity in these nanocomposites.The ac conductivity is found to be constant up to 1MHz and thereafter it increases steeply.The ac conductivity of 0.695 S・cm^(−1) at room temperature is observed as the maxima for the polyaniline with 40wt%of the ZnFe2O4 nanocomposite.G.D.Prasanna H.S.Jayanna Ashok R Lamani M.L.Dinesha C.S.Naveen G.J.Shankaramurthy 2011Chinese Physics Letters2011,28,11:0
