1Preparation of novel bovine hemoglobin surface-imprinted polystyrene nanoparticles with magnetic susceptibility显示文摘In this research, a surface imprinting strategy has been adopted in protein imprinting. Bovine hemo-globin surface-imprinted polystyrene (PS) nanoparticles with magnetic susceptibility have been syn-thesized through multistage core-shell polymerization system using 3-aminophenylboronic acid (APBA) as functional and cross-linking monomers. Superparamagnetic molecularly imprinted polystyrene nanospheres with poly(APBA) thin films have been synthesized and used for the first time for protein molecular imprinting in an aqueous solution. The magnetic susceptibility is imparted through the successful encapsulation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The morphology, adsorption, and recognition prop-erties of superparamagnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have been investigated using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometer. Rebinding experimental results show that poly(APBA) MIPs-coated superparamagnetic PS nanoparticles have high adsorption capacity for template protein bovine hemoglobin and compara-tively low nonspecific adsorption. The imprinted superparamagnetic nanoparticles could easily reach the adsorption equilibrium and achieve magnetic separation in an external magnetic field, thus avoid-ing some problems of the bulk polymer.LI Lin HE XiWen CHEN LangXing ZHANG YuKui 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,9:8

3Single-molecule biotechnology for protein researches显示文摘Cells employ proteins to perform metabolic functions and maintain active physiological state through charge transfer and energy conversion.These processes are carried out in a narrow space precisely and rapidly,which,no doubt,bring great difficulty for their detection and dissection.Fortunately,in recent years,the development and expansion of single-molecule technique in protein research make monitoring the dynamical changes of protein at single-molecule level a reality,which also provides a powerful tool for the further exploration of new phenomena and new mechanisms of life activities.This paper aims to summarize the working principle and essential achievements of single-molecule technique in protein research in recent five years.We focus on not only dissecting the difference of nanopores,atomic force microscope,scanning tunneling microscope,and optical tweezers technique,but also discussing the great significance of these single-molecule techniques in investigating intramolecular and intermolecular interactions,electron transport,and conformational changes.Finally,the opportunities and challenges of the single-molecule technique in protein research are discussed,which provide a new door for single-molecule protein research.Xiaoyan Zhuang Qian Wu Aihui Zhang Langxing Liao Baishan Fang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,2:1

14The Interactive Impact of Trade Policy Uncertainty and Credit Constraint Heterogeneity on Firms' Export Margins: Theory and Empirics显示文摘This paper develops a simple trade model of heterogeneous firms, which incorporates the dual heterogeneity of credit constraints at the firm and industry levels and reveals the effects of the interaction mechanisms of trade policy uncertainty and credit constraint heterogeneity on exporters’ behaviour. The model confirms that the higher the level of industrial credit constraints, the greater the interaction of trade policy uncertainty and credit constraint heterogeneity, but firms with lower levels of credit constraints within a specific industry are more affected by this interaction.
