| 1 | Fe3C-N-doped carbon modified separator for high performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘A new Fe3C-N-doped reduced graphene oxide(Fe3C-N-rGO)prepared by a facile method is used as a separator for high performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.The Fe3C-N-rGO is coated on the surface of commercial polypropylene separator(Celgard 2400)close to the sulfur cathode.The special nanotubes are in-situ catalyzed by Fe3C nanoparticles.They could entrap lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)to restrain the shuttle effect and reduce the loss of active material.The battery with the modified separator and sulfur cathode shows an excellent cycle performance.It has a high rate performance,580.5 mAh/g at the high current rate of 4 C relative to 1075 mAh/g at 0.1 C.It also has an initial discharge capacity of 774.8 m Ah/g measured at 0.5 C and remains 721.8 mAh/g after 100 cycles with a high capacity retention of 93.2%.The outstanding performances are notable in recently reports with modified separator. | Hongyu Pan Zhong Tan Haihui Zhou Lanlan Jiang Zhongyuan Huang Qjaoxia Feng Qiang Zhou Shuai Ma Yafei Kuang | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12: | 5 |

| 6 | Enthalpy induced phase partition toward hierarchical,nanostructured high-entropy alloys显示文摘Heterogeneous nanostructured metals are emerging strategies for achieving both high strength and ductility,which are particularly attractive for high entropy alloys(HEAs)to combine the synergistic enhancements from multielement composition,grain boundaries,and heterogeneity effects.However,the construction of heterogeneous nanostructured HEAs remains elusive and can involve delicate processes that are not practically scalable.Herein we report using composition design(i.e.,enthalpy engineering)to create hierarchical,nanostructured HEAs as demonstrated by adding Ni into FeCrCoAlTi_(0.5)HEA.The strong enthalpic interaction between(Ni,Co)and(Al,Ti)pairs in FeCrCoAlTi_(0.5)Nix(x=0.5–1.5)induced phase partitions into B2(ordered phase,hard)matrix and A2(disordered phase,soft)precipitates,resulting in a hierarchical structure of B2 grains and sub-grains of near-coherent A2 nanodomains(~12.5 nm)divided by A2 interdendritic regions.As a result,the FeCrCoAlTi_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)HEA with this unique hierarchical nanostructure exhibits the best combination of strength and plasticity,i.e.,a 2-fold increase in compressive strength(2.60 GPa)and significant enhancement of plastic strain(15.8%)as compared with the original FeCrCoAlTi_(0.5)HEA.Enthalpy analysis and simulation study reveal the phase partition process during cooling induced by an enthalpy-driven order-disorder transition while the order parameters illustrate the strong ordering in(Ni,Co)(Al,Ti)-rich B2 phase and high entropy mixing in less interactive FeCrCo-rich A2 phase.Our work therefore provides a strategy for hierarchical nanostructured HEA formation by composition design considering enthalpy and entropy interplay. | Rong Guo Lanlan Yu Zhenyu Liu Jie Pan Yonggang Yao Lin Liu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,6: | 1 |

| 10 | Suppression of cell pyroptosis by omeprazole through PDE4-mediated autophagy in gastric epithelial cells显示文摘Helicobacter pylori is a risk factor for the development of peptic ulcers with autophagy dysfunction.Omeprazole was widely known as the first-line regimen for H.pylori-associated gastritis.Objectives:The objective of this work was to assess the role of omeprazole on cell pyroptosis and autophagy.Methods:The clinical samples were collected.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction,western blotting,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and immunofluorescence(IF)analysis were conducted to reveal the mechanism of omeprazole on cell pyroptosis and autophagy.Results:The results revealed that omeprazole could decrease cell pyroptosis,which was attributed to the downregulation of cleaved caspase-1 expression,resulting in the inhibition of gasdermin E and interleukin-18/1βmaturation and secretion as well as the resolution of inflammation.Mechanistically,omeprazole treatment led to drastic downregulation of mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)activity was observed in BGC823 cells,leading to enhanced autophagy characterized by increased LC3II expression,which further reduced cell pyroptosis.This omeprazole-mediated phenomenon was enhanced after phosphodiesterase-4(PDE4)inhibitor dipyridamole(DIP)treatment.In addition,activation of mTOR by MHY1485 could rescue the suppression of cell pyroptosis induced by omeprazole.Most importantly,IF analysis suggested that phosphorylation of mTOR and PDE4 activity and caspase-1 were enhanced in H.pylori-infected gastric mucosa.Conclusion:These findings indicate that omeprazole suppresses cell pyroptosis through PDE4-mediated autophagy in gastric epithelial cells,and DIP enhanced the omeprazole-mediated inhibition of cell pyroptosis,implying that DIP is an alternative combined therapy strategy in improving the treatment of patients with H.pylori infection. | LIPING YE HUIYAN SUN XINHUA LIANG WENXU PAN LI XIANG WENJUN DU LANLAN GENG WANFU XU SITANG GONG | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,12: | 0 |

| 12 | Click CAR-T cell engineering for robustly boosting cell immunotherapy in blood and subcutaneous xenograft tumor显示文摘The adoptive transfer of chimeric antigen receptor-T(CAR-T)cells has shown remarkable clinical responses in hematologic malignancies.However,unsatisfactory curative results and side effects for tumor treatment are still unsolved problems.Herein we develop a click CAR-T cell engineering strategy via cell glycometabolic labeling for robustly boosting their antitumor effects and safety in vivo.Briefly,paired chemical groups(N3/BCN)are separately incorporated into CAR-T cell and tumor via nondestructive intrinsic glycometabolism of exogenous Ac4GalNAz and Ac4ManNBCN,serving as an artificial ligand-receptor.Functional groups anchored on cell surface strengthen the interaction of CAR-T cell and tumor via bioorthogonal click chemistry,further enhancing specific recognition,migration and selective antitumor effects of CAR-T cells.In vivo,click CAR-T cell completely removes lymphoma cells and minimizes off-target toxicity via selective and efficient bioorthogonal targeting in blood cancer.Surprisingly,compared to unlabeled cells,artificial bioorthogonal targeting significantly promotes the accumulation,deep penetration and homing of CAR-T cells into tumor tissues,ultimately improving its curative effect for solid tumor.Click CAR-T cell engineering robustly boosts selective recognition and antitumor capabilities of CAR T cells in vitro and in vivo,thereby holding a great potential for effective clinical cell immunotherapy with avoiding adverse events in patients. | Hong Pan Wenjun Li Ze Chen Yingmei Luo Wei He Mengmeng Wang Xiaofan Tang Huamei He Lanlan Liu Mingbin Zheng Xin Jiang Ting Yin Ruijing Liang Yifan Ma Lintao Cai | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,4: | 0 |

| 14 | Research on multi-terminal traveling wave fault location method in complicated networks based on cloud computing platform显示文摘Cloud computing technology is used in traveling wave fault location,which establishes a new technology platform for multi-terminal traveling wave fault location in complicated power systems.In this paper,multi-terminal traveling wave fault location network is developed,and massive data storage,management,and algorithm realization are implemented in the cloud computing platform.Based on network topology structure,the section connecting points for any lines and corresponding detection placement in the loop are determined first.The loop is divided into different sections,in which the shortest transmission path for any of the fault points is directly and uniquely obtained.In order to minimize the number of traveling wave acquisition unit(TWU),multi-objective optimal configuration model for TWU is then set up based on network full observability.Finally,according to the TWU distribution,fault section can be located by using temporal correlation,and the final fault location point can be precisely calculated by fusing all the times recorded in TWU.PSCAD/EMTDC simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly,accurately,and reliably locate the fault point under limited TWU with optimal placement. | Feng Deng Xiangjun Zeng Lanlan Pan | 2017 | Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2017,2,1: | 0 |
