| 1 | Ce对铸造Mg-5Al-2Si合金中Mg2Si相改性及力学性能的影响显示文摘利用X射线衍射、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析测试手段,研究了不同Ce添加量对重力铸造Mg-5Al-2Si合金显微组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,添加Ce以后,合金中主要存在α-Mg相、汉字状Mg2Si相、多边形Mg2Si相、细小的Al11Ce3和CeSi2相;稀土Ce的加入改变了合金中Mg2Si相的尺寸、形貌与分布;随着Ce含量增加,汉字状Mg2Si相的平均长度大幅度减小,共晶Mg2Si相的形貌由粗大的汉字状转变为多边形状;当Ce添加量为0.4%时,试验合金的力学性能达到最佳,而增加至0.8%时,合金的力学性能反而下降。拉伸断口形貌也揭示了合金的力学性能情况。因此,适当的Ce添加量(0.4%)可以有效地改性Mg2Si相,从而提高合金的强度和伸长率。 | 朱文杰 李德江 曾小勤 Seul Bi Lee Ik Min Park | 2019 | 铸造2019,68,7: | 5 |
| 2 | Safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer:An open-label,dose-escalation,phase I study显示文摘Background:The introductions of anti-human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)agents have significantly improved the treatment outcome of patients with HER2-positive breast cancer.BAT8001 is a novel antibodydrug conjugate targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)-expressing cells composed of a trastuzumab biosimilar linked to the drug-linker Batansine.This dose-escalation,phase I study was designed to assess the safety,tolerability,pharmacokinetics,and preliminary anti-tumor activity of BAT8001 in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.Methods:This trial was conducted in subjects with histologically confirmed HER2-positive breast cancer(having evaluable lesions and an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1)using a 3+3 design of escalating BAT8001 doses.Patients received BAT8001 intravenously in a 21-day cycle,with dose escalation in 5 cohorts:1.2,2.4,3.6,4.8,and 6.0 mg/kg.The primary objective was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BAT8001.Preliminary activity of BAT8001 was also assessed as a secondary objective.Results:Between March 2017 to May 2018,29 HER2-positive breast cancer patients were enrolled.The observed dose-limiting toxicities were grade 4 thrombocytopenia and grade 3 elevated transaminase.The maximum tolerated dose was determined to be 3.6 mg/kg.Grade 3 or greater adverse events(AEs)occurred in 14(48.3%)of 29 patients,including thrombocytopenia in 12(41.4%)patients,aspartate aminotransferase increased in 4(13.8%)patients,γ-glutamyl transferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,alanine aminotransferase increased in 2(6.9%)patients,diarrhea in 2(6.9%)patients.Objective response was observed in 12(41.4%,95%confidence interval[CI]=23.5%-61.1%)and disease control(including patients achieving objective response and stable disease)was observed in 24(82.8%,95%CI=64.2%-94.2%)patients.Conclusions:BAT8001 demonstrated favorable safety profiles,with promising anti-tumor activity in patients with HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.BAT8001 has the potential to provide a new therapeutic option in patients with metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. | Ruoxi Hong Wen Xia Liye Wang Kaping Lee Qianyi Lu Kuikui Jiang Shengfeng Li Jinquan Yu Jin Wei Weijia Tang Danyang Zhou Xin An Jiajia Huang Cong Xue Xiwen Bi Yanxia Shi Zhongyu Yuan Fei Xu Shusen Wang | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,2: | 2 |
| 3 | A fast antibiotic detection method for simplified pretreatment through spectra-based machine learning显示文摘Antibiotics are widely used in medicine and animal husbandry.However,due to the resistance of antibiotics to degradation,large amounts of antibiotics enter the environment,posing a potential risk to the ecosystem and public health.Therefore,the detection of antibiotics in the environment is necessary.Nevertheless,conventional detection methods usually involve complex pretreatment techniques and expensive instrumentation,which impose considerable time and economic costs.In this paper,we proposed a method for the fast detection of mixed antibiotics based on simplified pretreatment using spectral machine learning.With the help of a modified spectrometer,a large number of characteristic images were generated to map antibiotic information.The relationship between characteristic images and antibiotic concentrations was established by machine learning model.The coefficient of determination and root mean squared error were used to evaluate the prediction performance of the machine learning model.The results show that a well-trained machine learning model can accurately predict multiple antibiotic concentrations simultaneously with almost no pretreatment.The results from this study have some referential value for promoting the development of environmental detection technologies and digital environmental management strategies. | Yicai Huang Jiayuan Chen Qiannan Duan Yunjin Feng Run Luo Wenjing Wang Fenli Liu Sifan Bi Jianchao Lee | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,3: | 2 |
