1Characteristics of PM_(2.5) pollution in Beijing after the improvement of air quality显示文摘Following the implementation of the strictest clean air policies to date in Beijing,the physicochemical characteristics and sources of PM_(2.5) have changed over the past few years.To improve pollution reduction policies and subsequent air quality further,it is necessary to explore the changes in PM_(2.5) over time.In this study,over one year(2017-2018)field study based on filter sampling(TH-150C;Wuhan Tianhong,China)was conducted in Fengtai District,Beijing,revealed that the annual average PM_(2.5) concentration(64.8±43.1μg/m^3)was significantly lower than in previous years and the highest PM_(2.5) concentration occurred in spring(84.4±59.9μg/m^3).Secondary nitrate was the largest source and accounted for 25.7%of the measured PM_(2.5).Vehicular emission,the second largest source(17.6%),deserves more attention when considering the increase in the number of motor vehicles and its contribution to gaseous pollutants.In addition,the contribution from coal combustion to PM_(2.5) decreased significantly.During weekends,the contribution from EC and NO3−increased whereas the contributions from SO4^2−,OM,and trace elements decreased,compared with weekdays.During the period of residential heating,PM_(2.5) mass decreased by 23.1%,compared with non-heating period,while the contributions from coal combustion and vehicular emission,and related species increased.With the aggravation of pollution,the contribution of vehicular emission and secondary sulfate increased and then decreased,while the contribution of NO3−and secondary nitrate continued to increase,and accounted for 34.0%and 57.5%of the PM_(2.5) during the heavily polluted days,respectively.Xiaojuan Huang Guiqian Tang Junke Zhang Baoxian Liu Chao Liu Jin Zhang Leilei Cong Mengtian Cheng Guangxuan Yan Wenkang Gao Yinghong Wang Yuesi Wang 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,2:14
2Quantifying the effects of short-term heat stress at booting stage on nonstructural carbohydrates remobilization in rice显示文摘Extreme heat stress events are becoming more frequent under anticipated climate change,which can have devastating impacts on rice growth and yield.To quantify the effects of short-term heat stress at booting stage on nonstructural carbohydrates(NSC)remobilization in rice,two varieties(Nanjing 41 and Wuyunjing 24)were subjected to 32/22/27°C(maximum/minimum/mean),36/26/31°C,40/30/35°C,and 44/34/39°C for 2,4 and 6 days in phytotrons at booting stage during 2014 and 2015.Yield and yield components,dry matter partitioning index(DMPI),NSC accumulation and translocation were measured and calculated.The results showed that the increase of high-temperature level and duration significantly reduced grain yield by suppressing spikelet number per panicle,seed-setting rate,and grain weight.Heat stress at booting decreased DMPI in panicles,increased DMPI in stems,but had no significant effect on photosynthetic rate.Stem NSC concentration increased whereas panicles NSC concentration,stem NSC translocation efficiency,and contribution of stem NSC to grain yield decreased.Severe heat stress even transformed the stem into a carbohydrate sink during grain filling.The heat-tolerant Wuyunjing 24 showed a higher NSC transport capacity under heat stress than the heat-sensitive Nanjing 41.Heat degree-days(HDD),which combines the effects of the intensity and duration of heat stress,used for quantifying the impacts of heat stress indicates the threshold HDD for the termination of NSC translocation is 9.82°C day.Grain yield was negatively correlated with stem NSC concentration and accumulation at maturity,and yield reduction was tightly related to NSC translocation reduction.The results suggest that heat stress at booting inhibits NSC translocation due to sink size reduction.Therefore,genotypes with higher NSC transport capacity under heat stress could be beneficial for rice yield formation.Fengxian Zhen Junjie Zhou Aqib Mahmood Wei Wang Xini Chang Bing Liu Leilei Liu Weixing Cao Yan Zhu Liang Tang 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,2:9
3Effects of two polybrominated diphenyl ethers(BDE-47,BDE-209) on the swimming behavior, population growth and reproduction of the rotifer Brachionus plicatilis显示文摘Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) are new kinds of persistent organic pollutants(POPs) and their potential threats to the equilibrium and sustainability of marine ecosystems have raised worldwide concerns. Here, two kinds of PBDEs, tetra-BDE(BDE-47)and deca-BDE(BDE-209) were applied, and their toxic effects on the swimming behavior,population growth and reproduction of Brachionus plicatilis were investigated. The results showed that:(1) The actual concentrations of BDE-47 and-209 in the seawater phase measured by GC–MS(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer) were much lower than their nominal concentrations.(2) In accordance with the 24-hr acute tests, BDE-209 did not show any obvious swimming inhibition to rotifers, but a good correlation did exist between the swimming inhibition rate and BDE-47 concentration suggesting that BDE-47 is more toxic than BDE-209.(3) Both BDE-47 and-209 had a significant influence on the population growth and reproduction parameters of B. plicatilis including the population growth rate, the ratio of ovigerous females/non-ovigerous females(OF/NOF), the ratio of mictic females/amictic females(MF/AF), resting egg production and the mictic rate, which indicate that these parameters in B. plicatilis population were suitable for monitoring and assessing PBDEs. Our results suggest that BDE-47 and-209 are not acute lethal toxicants and may pose a low risk to marine rotifers at environmental concentrations for short-term exposure. They also accumulate differently into rotifers. 4Effect of fertilization patterns on the assemblage of weed communities in an upland winter wheat field显示文摘Aims Understanding the response of farmland weed community assembly to fertilization is important for designing better nutrient management strategies in integrated farmland ecological systems.Many studies have focused on weed characteristics,mainly crop–weed competition responses to fertilization or weed communities alone.However,weed community assembly in association with crop growth is poorly understood in the agroecosystems,but is important for the determination of integrated weed management.Biodiversity promotes ecosystem productivity in the grassland,but whether it applies to the agroecosystems is unclear.Based on an 11-year field experiment,the cumulative effects of different fertilization patterns on the floristic composition and species diversity of farmland weed communities along with wheat growth in a winter wheat–soybean rotation were investigated.Methods The field trial included five fertilization patterns with different combinations of N,P and K fertilizers.Species composition and diversity of weed communities,aboveground plant biomass and nutrient accumulation of weeds and winter wheat,light penetration to the ground surface and wheat yield were measured at each plot in 2009 and 2010.Multivariate analysis,regression and analysis of variance were used to analyze the responses of these parameters to the different fertilization treatments.Important Findings Four dominant weeds(Galium aparine L.,Veronica persica Poir.,Vicia sativa L.and Geranium carolinianum L.)accounted for~90%of the total weed density in the 2 years of experimental duration.The residual weed community assembly was influenced primarily by topsoil available nutrients in the order P>N>K.Competition for nutrients and solar radiation between crops and weeds was the main indirect effect of fertilization on the changes in weed community composition and species diversity.The indices of species diversity(species richness,Shannon–Wiener,Pielou and Simpson indices)showed significant linear relationships with wheat yield.The balanced fertilization treatment was more efficient at inhibiting the potential growth of weeds because of solar radiation being intercepted by wheat.These results support the conclusion that wheat yield is favored by balanced fertilization,whereas the weed community is favored by PK fertilization in terms of density and diversity.However,the negative effects on wheat yield may be compromised by simultaneous positive effects of weed communities in the fertilization treatments,for instance,the NP and NK treatments,which are intermediate in terms of increasing wheat production and to a level maintaining a diverse community.Leilei Tang Kaiyuan Wan Chuanpeng Cheng Ruhai Li Daozhong Wang Junfeng Pan Yong Tao Juan Xie Fang Chen 2014Journal of Plant Ecology2014,7,1:6
5HLS bunch current measurement system显示文摘Bunch current is an important parameter for studying the injection fill-pattern in the storage ring and the instability threshold of the bunch, and the bunch current monitor also is an indispensable tool for the top-up injection. A bunch current measurement (BCM) system has been developed to meet the needs of the upgrade project of Hefei Light Source (HLS). This paper presents the layout of the BCM system. The system based on a high-speed digital oscilloscope can be used to measure the bunch current and synchronous phase shift. To obtain the absolute value of bunch-by-bunch current, the calibration coefficient is measured and analyzed. 7Ultrathin, Lightweight, and Flexible CNT Buckypaper Enhanced Using MXenes for Electromagnetic Interference Shielding显示文摘Lightweight,flexibility,and low thickness are urgent requirements for next-generation high-performance electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials for catering to the demand for smart and wearable electronic devices.Although several efforts have focused on constructing porous and flexible conductive films or aerogels,few studies have achieved a balance in terms of density,thickness,flexibility,and EMI shielding effectiveness(SE).Herein,an ultrathin,lightweight,and flexible carbon nanotube(CNT)buckypaper enhanced using MXenes(Ti3C2Tx)for high-performance EMI shielding is synthesized through a facile electrophoretic deposition process.The obtained Ti3C2Tx@CNT hybrid buckypaper exhibits an outstanding EMI SE of 60.5 dB in the X-band at 100μm.The hybrid buckypaper with an MXene content of 49.4 wt%exhibits an EMI SE of 50.4 dB in the X-band with a thickness of only 15μm,which is 105%higher than that of pristine CNT buckypaper.Furthermore,an average specific SE value of 5.7×10^(4) dB cm^(2) g^(−1) is exhibited in the 5-μm hybrid buckypaper.Thus,this assembly process proves promising for the construction of ultrathin,flexible,and high-performance EMI shielding films for application in electronic devices and wireless communications.Rongliang Yang Xuchun Gui Li Yao Qingmei Hu Leilei Yang Hao Zhang Yongtao Yao Hui Mei Zikang Tang 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,4:2
8Grain Yield, Quality and 2-Acetyl-1-Pyrroline of Fragrant Rice in Response to Different Planting Seasons in South China显示文摘Climate conditions is an important factor affected the fragrant rice growth and development.In order to study the effects of different planting seasons on fragrant rice performance in South China,present study was conducted with three planting seasons(early season(April to July),middle season(June to September)and late season(August to November))and three fragrant rice cultivars,‘Basmati-385’,‘Meixiangzhan-2’and‘Xiangyaxiangzhan’.The results showed that the highest grain yield and grain 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline(2-AP,key component of fragrant rice aroma)content were both recorded in late season treatment while the fragrant rice in middle season treatment produced the lowest grain yield,grain filling percentage,1000-grain weight and gain 2-AP content.The highest contents of precursors(proline,pyrroline-5-carboxylic acid and 1-pyrro-line)which related to 2-AP biosynthesis were recorded in late season treatment compared with early season treatment and middle season treatment.The highest activities of enzymes(proline dehydrogenase,pyrroline-5-carboxylic acid synthetase and ornithine transaminase)which involved in 2-AP biosynthesis were also observed in late season treatment.Moreover,the fragrant rice cultivars in late season possessed the lowest chalk rice rate,chalkiness as well as the highest brown rice rate,head rice and protein content.Thus,the optimal season for fragrant rice production in South China is the late season.Leilei Kong Haowen Luo Zhaowen Mo Shenggang Pan Zhixia Liu Qiang Zhang Song Bai Xiangru Tang 2020Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2020,89,3:2
9Study on mechanism of low-temperature oxidation of n-hexanal catalysed by 2D ultrathin Co_(3)O_(4) nanosheets显示文摘Achieving high catalytic performance with lower possible cost and higher energetic efficiency is critical for catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).However,traditional thermocatalysts generally undergo low catalytic activity and fewer active sites.Herein,this paper synthesizes nearly all-surface-atomic,ultrathin two-dimensional(2D)Co_(3)O_(4) nanosheets to address these problems through offering a numerous active sites and high electron mobility.The 2D Co_(3)O_(4) nanosheets(1.70 nm)exhibit catalyzation to the total oxidation of n-hexanal at the lower temperature of r90%=202℃,and at the space velocity of 5.0×10^(4) h^(-1).It is over 1.2 and 6 times higher catalytic activity than that of 2D CoO nanosheets(1.71 nm)and bulk Co_(3)O_(4) counterpart,respectively.Transient absorption spectroscopy analysis shows that the oxygen vacancy defect traps electrons,thereby preventing the recombination with holes,increasing the lifetime of electrons,and making electron-holes reach a nondynamic equilibrium.The longer the electron lifetime is,the easier the oxygen vacancy defects capture electrons.Furthermore,the defects combine with oxygen to form active oxygen components.Compared with the lattice oxygen involved in the reaction of bulk Co_(3)O_(4),the nanosheets change the catalytic reaction path,which effectively reduces the activation energy barrier from 34.07 to 27.15 kJ/mol.The changed surface disorder,the numerous coordinatively-unsaturated Co atoms and the high ratio of O_(ads)/O_(lat) on the surface of 2D Co_(3)O_(4) nanosheets are responsible for the catalytic performance.Leilei Miao Xiaolong Tang Shunzheng Zhao Xizhou Xie Chengcheng Du Tian Tang Honghong Yi 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:2

11The measurement of electron beam transverse sizes by synchrotron radiation interferometry for HLS Ⅱ显示文摘In order to improve accuracy of electron beam transverse sizes measurement,the vertical and horizontal synchrotron radiation light interferometers have been designed to measure beam transverse sizes for the upgrade project of Hefei Light Source(HLS II).In this paper,the light intensity distributions of the interferogram are descussed,and parameters of the interferometers are optimized.The interferograms are simulated under MATLAB. 13A Simulation Research Towards Better Leverage of Sales Ranking显示文摘As a kind of the most significantly popular information in markets,the sales ranking has great impacts on consumer choice.However,there are few discussions on how sales ranking should be provided to consumers in the literature.This paper aims to answer the following two questions:1)To what extent does the sales ranking influence consumer choices;2)When the sales ranking should be provided to consumers.To do so,this paper first constructs a sales ranking model and then provides detailed simulation experiments to demonstrate the model.The experimental results show that for markets where consumer preferences are dramatically different,such as music and movie markets,sales rankings do not have significant influences on consumer choices and should not be provided to consumers until a large number of early independent consumer choices have been accumulated.But for markets in which consumer preferences are similar,such as markets for official supplies,sales rankings have more influences on consumer choices and should be provided to consumers earlier.Furthermore,an evolution strategy is proposed to ascertain the most suitable sales rankings(characterised by suitable influence strength and suitable release time)for some specified online markets.The comparison results show that the optimized sales rankings not only can help consumers discover higher-quality products but also can improve overall sales.Lin Tang Leilei Sun Chonghui Guo Yuqian Zuo Zhen Zhang 2021Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2021,30,1:1

20Development of a PSD-based photon beam position measurement system显示文摘As an important part of the beam diagnostic system, the synchrotron light beam position measurement has a very high value in the high quality and high stability light source applied research. A new photon beam position monitor based on position-sensitive detector (PSD) has been developed to measure the photon beam position in vertical and horizontal directions at the same time at HLS (Hefei Light Source). The new PBPM based on the PSD has fast response speed, high sensitivity and wide dynamic range. This PBPM system also includes the C4674 signal processing circuit, NI USB-9215 data acquisition device and the LABVIEW data acquisition program. This PBPM system has been calibrated vertically and horizontally on-line, and then has been applied in the beam line B3EA of HLS to measure the position of the synchrotron light.
