1Genome-wide analysis and molecular dissection of the SPL gene family in Salvia miltiorrhiza显示文摘SQUAMOSA promoter binding protein-likes(SPLs) are plant-specific transcription factors playing vital regulatory roles in plant growth and development. There is no information about SPLs in Salvia miltiorrhiza(Danshen), a significant medicinal plant widely used in Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for >1,700 years and an emerging model plant for TCM studies. Through genome-wide identification and subsequent molecular cloning, we identified a total 15 SmSPLs with divergent sequence features, gene structures, and motifs. Comparative analysis showed sequence conservation between SmSPLs and their Arabidopsis counterparts. A phylogenetic tree clusters SmSPLs into six groups. Many of the motifs identified commonly exist in a group/subgroup, implying their functional redundancy. Eight SmSPLs were predicted and experimentally validated to be targets of miR156/157. SmSPLs were differentially expressed in various tissues of S. milltiorrhiza. The expression of miR156/157-targeted SmSPLs was increased withthe maturation of S. miltiorrhiza, whereas the expression of miR156/157 was decreased, confirming the regulatory roles of miR156/157 in SmSPLs and suggesting the functions of SmSPLs in S. miltiorrhiza development. The expression of miR156/157 was negatively correlated with miR172 during the maturation of S. miltiorrhiza. 2Improved hemostatic effects by Fe^(3+)modified biomimetic PLLA cotton-like mat via sodium alginate grafted with dopamine显示文摘The development of an excellent,bioabsorbable hemostatic material for deep wound remains a challenge.In this work,a biodegradable cotton-like biomimetic fibrous mat of poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)was made by melt spinning.Subsequently,SD composite was prepared by cross-linking sodium alginate(SA)with dopamine(DA).It was immobilized on the fibre surface,which inspired by mussel byssus.Finally,Fe^(3+)was loaded onto the 0.5SD/PLLA composite by chelation with the carboxyl of alginate and phenolic hydroxy of dopamine.The haemostasis experiment found that the hemostatic time 47 s in vitro.However,the bleeding volume was 0.097 g and hemostatic time was 23 s when 20Fe^(3+)-0.5SD/PLLA was applied in the haemostasis of the rat liver.As a result of its robust hydrophilicity and bouffant cotton-like structure,it could absorb a large water from blood,which could concentrate the component of blood and reduce the clotting time.Furthermore,the addition of Fe^(3+)in the 0.5SD/PLLA had a significant effect on improve hemostatic property.It also displayed excellent antibacterial property for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Notably,it possesses superior hemocompatibility,cytocompatibility and histocompatibility.Hence,20Fe^(3+)-0.5SD/PLLA has high potential application in haemostasis for clinical settings due to its outstanding properties.Caili Lv Linlong Li Zixue Jiao Huanhuan Yan Zongliang Wang Zhenxu Wu Min Guo Yu Wang Peibiao Zhang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,8:3
3An intraoperative lumbar neurological force monitoring system with high-density flexible pressure sensor array显示文摘In the surgery of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),the nerve root retractor is used to pull the nerve root to prevent damage.The traditional medical nerve root retractor cannot quantify the force on the nerve root.In order to improve the nerve root retractor,this paper proposes an intraoperative lumbar neurological force monitoring system.The core module of this system is the improved nerve root retractor equipped with the high density flexible pressure sensor array.The high density microneedle array and multiple pressure detection units are used in the pressure sensor to realise sensitive pressure monitoring in a narrow surgical operation area.The sensing area is 4 mm×17 mm,including 6 detection units.The sensitivity of sensor is 67.30%/N in the range of 0-5 N.This system is used for in vitro animal experiments,which can continuously detect pressure.张琪 Zhang Xu Li Caili Liu Jianchao Liu Ming Yuan Fang Chen Hongda 2020High Technology Letters2020,26,4:2
