| 3 | Influence of Milling Conditions on the Mechanical Alloying of Fe-B Powders显示文摘Amorphous and nanostructural Fe-B alloys made by mechanical alloying of elemental Fe and amorphous B powders have been studied using X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and Mossbauer spectroscopy. It has been shown that the milling conditions have a strong effect on the alloying. The single phase amorphous alloy, which is limited at nominal composition of Fe60B40, has been produced only by milling in Ar atmosphere and in other composition range the mixture of nanostructure Fe-like phase and Fe2B compound with a little amorphous phase are obtained. While by milling in air atmosphere the introduction of oxygen in air may suppress the formation of amorphous phase, thus the compounds Fe2B may be synthesized with no trace of amorphous phase. The crystallization temperatures of amorphous phase in the resultant products are higher than those of a single amorphous alloy Fe60B40, and hardly independent of the milling conditions and the composition. | 4 | A Mssbauer Study on the Mechanically Alloyed Cu-Sn Alloys显示文摘Nanocrystalline E and η electron compounds and supersaturated solid solution of the Cu-Sn system have been prepared by mechanical alloying of elemental Cu and Sn powders. The atomie alloying and microstructure of the resultant alloys have been investigated by XRD, DSC and 119Sn Mossbauer spectroscopy. A little amount of SnO2 was detected by Mossbauer spectroscopy, although no trace of diffiaction peaks occurred in the XRD pattern. Thus the spectra for all the milled samples should be fitted using two quadrupole-splitting doublets: one corre sponding to SnO2, the other corresponding to the resultant alloys. | 5 | Risk Factors of Infection in Nephrotic Syndrom显示文摘Objective:To determine the risk factors of infection in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 155 patients with nephrotic syndrome under our department from January 2019 to December 2019.Among them,43 cases had infection,and the rate of infection was 27.74%.The risk factors of infection were analyzed.Results:Among the 155 patients with nephrotic syndrome,43 cases developed infection,including 3 cases of upper respiratory tract infection(6.98%),33 cases of lower respiratory tract infection(76.74%),3 cases of skin infection(6.97%),3 cases of urinary tract infection(6.97%),and 1 case of facial nerve infection(2.32%).Compared with the group without infection,the group with infection had lower serum albumin and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels as well as higher serum creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein levels(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that decreased serum albumin(odds ratio[OR]=1.14;P<0.01)and IgG(OR=1.1;P<0.144)were independent risk factors for infection.Conclusion:Respiratory infection is the most common infection in nephrotic syndrome,and the decrease in serum albumin and IgG are independent risk factors for infection. | Xijie Zheng Yanli Gou Jiandong Li Hang Chen Youlan Gong Shanshan Guo | 2023 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2023,7,2: | 0 |
| 6 | Research on the Intervention of Internet+ Health Education Model on Hemodialysis Patients with Psychological Distress显示文摘Objective:To observe the status quo of patients’psychological distress,and to explore the effect of Internet+health education model(IHEM)on patients who experienced psychological distress during their first hemodialysis treatment,with the goal of reducing their psychological distress and improving their quality of life.Methods:IHEM was conducted on 120 first-time hemodialysis patients for 3 months while a distress thermometer and a list of questionnaires were used to screen patients and provide corresponding psychological intervention.The incidence rate of psychological distress was analyzed statistically to explore the difference in psychological distress at various periods.Results:The incidence rate(score≥4)of psychological distress in first-time hemodialysis patients was 46.67%,and their distress was mainly rooted in physical,emotional,practical problems(economy,time,and energy),etc.Through IHEM,the psychological distress scores of the patients decreased to 3.29±1.02 at one month after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 32.14%;the psychological distress scores of the patients were 2.29±1.02 at 3 months after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 21.14%.The difference before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A psychological distress thermometer can timely detect the degree and causes of psychological distress among first-time hemodialysis patients,and the use of IHEM may significantly alleviate the psychological distress among hemodialysis patients. | Youlan Gong Xi Chen Lei Ran Hang Chen Li Guo Yanmei Liu Jianmin Zhang Dan Liu Jing Li | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Relationship Between the Efficacy of Low-Dose Glucocorticoids Combined with Tacrolimus in the Treatment of Adult Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy and the Level of Serum Anti-PLA2R Antibodies显示文摘Objective:To further evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-dose glucocorticoids combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)in a clinical setting.Methods:We carried out a single-center prospective study of 88 patients with IMN who were admitted into the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2019 to December 2021,and the participants were divided into two groups based on their serum anti-PLA2R antibody levels:the negative group and the positive group.46 patients were positive for anti-PLA2R antibodies and 42 were negative.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the serum albumin,cholesterol,and 24h urine protein quantification in the anti-PLA2R negative group improved more significantly compared to the positive group(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the remission rate of the positive group was significantly lower than that of the negative group,and(P<0.05);Conclusion:After treatment with tacrolimus combined with low-dose glucocorticoids,patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy who were tested positive for anti-PLA2R antibodies had a higher overall remission rate compared those who were tested negative for serum anti-PLA2R antibodies. | Shanshan Guo Li Guo Jiandong Li Youlan Gong Yang Xu Hang Chen Xijie Zheng | 2023 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2023,7,3: | 0 |
