1Strong ozone production at a rural site in the North China Plain: Mixed effects of urban plumes and biogenic emissions显示文摘Regional ozone(O_3) pollution has drawn increasing attention in China over the recent decade, but the contributions from urban pollution and biogenic emissions have not been clearly elucidated. To better understand the formation of the regional O_3 problem in the North China Plain(NCP), intensive field measurements of O_3 and related parameters were conducted at a rural site downwind of Ji'nan, the capital city of Shandong province, in the summer of 2013. Markedly severe O_3 pollution was recorded, with the O_3 mixing ratios exceeding the Chinese national ambient air quality standard on 28 days(a frequency of 78%) and with a maximum hourly value of 198 ppbv. Extensive regional transport of wellprocessed urban plumes to the site was identified. An observation-constrained chemical box model was deployed to evaluate in situ photochemical O_3 production on two episodes.The results show that the in situ formation accounted for approximately 46% of the observed O_3 accumulation, while the remainder(~54%) was contributed by regional transport of the O_3-laden urban plumes. The in situ ozone production was in a mixed controlled regime that reducing either NOx or VOCs would lead to a reduction of ozone formation. Biogenic VOCs played an important role in the local ozone formation. 2Pitting corrosion of 2Cr13 stainless steel in deep-sea environment显示文摘Pitting corrosion of 2Cr13 stainless steel was investigated by deep-sea exposure test at various depths of 500 m,800 m and 1200 m in the South China Sea for 4 months.With the aid of electrochemical measurements in simulated deep-sea environments and grey relational analysis,the influence of deepsea environments on passive film and the mechanism of pitting corrosion were discussed.The results indicated that with the increase of sea depth,pitting depth of 2Cr13 stainless steel increased,which can be attributed to the change of chemical composition and the degradation of pitting resistance of passive film.Film growth was greatly retarded in the condition of low seawater temperature and low dissolved oxygen content of deep sea,resulting in an unstable and vulnerable film.Pitting depth was most influenced by hydrostatic pressure,which can increase the adsorption and penetration of Cl-ion,and promote the proliferation of point defects in passive film,leading to rapid deconstruction of protective oxides of the film.Pitting sensitivity of 2Cr13 stainless steel increased eventually with the combination of accelerated dissolution and suppressed self-healing of passive film in deep sea.Xinhua Wang Lin Fan Kangkang Ding Likun Xu Weimin Guo Jian Hou Tigang Duan 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,5:6
3Design and Optimization of a Full-Generation System for Marine LNG Cold Energy Cascade Utilization显示文摘This paper took a 100,000 DWT LNG fuel powered ship as the research object.Based on the idea of'temperature matching,cascade utilization'and combined with the application conditions of the ship,a horizontal three-level nested Rankine cycle full-generation system which combined the high-temperature waste heat of the main engine flue gas with the low-temperature cold energy of LNG was proposed in this paper.Furthermore,based on the analysis and selection of the parameters which had high sensitivity to the system performance,the parameters of the proposed system were optimized by using the genetic algorithm.After optimization,the exergy efficiency of the marine LNG gasification cold energy cascade utilization power generation system can reach 48.06%,and the thermal efficiency can reach 35.56%.In addition,this paper took LNG net power generation as the performance index,and compared it with the typical LNG cold energy utilization power generation system in this field.The results showed that the unit mass flow LNG power generation of the system proposed in this paper was the largest,reaching 457.41 k W.SUN Xiaofei YAO Shouguang XU Jinjin FENG Guozeng YAN Likun 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,3:3
4InGaP/InGaAs/GaAs DHBT structural materials grown by GSMBE显示文摘Heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) is of great interest for the application to microwave power and analog circuits. As known, decreasing bandgap energy of the base layer in HBT can result in a smaller turn-on voltage. Using InGaAs as a base material in GaAs HBT is a possible approach to achieve the aim. In this work, a novel InGaP/InGaAs/GaAs double heterojunction bipolar transistor (DHBT) structure with an InGaAs base was designed and grown by gas source molecular beam epitaxy (GSMBE). High-quality InGaAs/GaAs hetero epi-layers and a good doping figure were obtained through optimizing the layer structure and the growth condition. The DHBT devices of a 120 μm×120 μm emitter area were fabricated by normal process and the good DC performance was obtained. A breakdown voltage of 10 V and an offset voltage of just 0.4 V were achieved. 8Quantifi cation of the Atmospheric Corrosion of 304 and 2205 Stainless Steels Using Electrochemical Probes Based on Thevenin Electrochemical Equivalent Circuit Model显示文摘Stainless steel(SS)is one of the most widely used engineering materials in marine engineering.However,its corrosion in the marine atmospheric environment due to the high concentration of Cl-is a problem.The SS corrosion is a threat to the development and security of marine industry;therefore,evaluating the corrosion resistance of SSs is necessary.In this work,atmospheric corrosion detection probes based on a symmetrical electrode system were used to study the corrosion behaviors of 304 SS and 2205 duplex stainless steel(DSS)in a simulated marine atmosphere.A theoretical model for electrochemical noise(EN)data analysis based on the Thevenin electrochemical equivalent circuit(EEC)model was established.The relationship between the EN characteristic parameters and the corrosion rate was obtained.The Thevenin EEC model analysis showed that the relationship between the noise resistance(Rn),the noise impedance[Rsn(f)],and the impedance modulus(|Z(f)|)was Rn≈Rsn=■.Thus,Rn and Rsn can be used as indicators for quantitative corrosion evaluation.The results of EN detection for the 304 SS and 2205 DSS showed that in a simulated marine atmospheric environment,the passive fi lms on the two SSs were relatively intact at the initial exposure stage,and their dissolution rates were slow.The corrosion resistance of the 2205 DSS was higher than that of the 304 SS.With the deposition of Cl-on the SS surface,pitting was initiated and the dissolution rate increased.The pitting initiation process on the SS surface was random,and part of the active pores could be repassivated.Yu Zhu Yang Song Likun Xu Zhenbo Qin Shizhe Song Wenbin Hu Da-Hai Xia 2020Transactions of Tianjin University2020,26,3:2

10Spreading kinetics of a Sn-30Bi-0.5Cu alloy on a Cu substrate显示文摘The reactive wetting kinetics of a Sn-30Bi-0.5Cu Pb-free solder alloy on a Cu substrate was investigated by the sessile drop method from 493 to 623 K.The triple line frontier,characterized by the drop base radius R was recorded dynamically with a high resolution CCD using different spreading processes in an Ar-H 2 flow.We found a good agreement with the De Gennes model for the relationship between ln(dR/dt) and lnR for the spreading processes at 493 and 523 K.However,a significant deviation from the De Gennes model was found for the spreading processes at 548 and 623 K.Our experimental results show a complicated temperature effect on the spreading kinetics.Intermetallics at the Sn-30Bi-0.5Cu/Cu interface were identified as Cu 6 Sn 5 adjacent to the solder and Cu 3 Sn adjacent to the Cu substrate.The intermetallic compounds effectively enhanced the triple line mobility because of reaction product formation at the diffusion frontier.ZANG LiKun YUAN ZhangFu ZHAN YaPeng WANG ChenYu XU BingSheng 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,6:1
11Effect of Nano Al Pigment on the Anticorrosive Performance of Waterborne Epoxy Coatings显示文摘This paper presents the results regarding the effect of nano aluminum powder pigment concentration on the protective properties of waterborne epoxy films in 3.5 wt pct NaCl solution.The anticorrosive performance of the coatings with 0.5,1,and 3 wt pct pigments and none pigment were investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy techniques. 18Pedestrian trajectory prediction in crossing scenario using fuzzy logic and switching Kalman filter显示文摘Pedestrian trajectory prediction plays an important role in bothadvanced driving assistance system(ADAS) and autonomous vehicles. An algorithm for pedestrian trajectory prediction in crossing scenario is proposed. To obtain features of pedestrian motion, we develop a method for data labelling and pedestrian body orientation regression. Using the hierarchical features as domain of discourse, fuzzy logic rules are built to describe the transition between different pedestrian states and motion models. With derived probability of each type of motion model we further predict the pedestrian trajectory in the next 1.5 s using switching Kalman filter(KF). The proposed algorithm is further verified in our dataset, and the result indicates that the proposed algorithm successfully predicts pedestrian's crossing behavior 0.4 s earlier before pedestrian moves.
