12019年中国湖北省外新型冠状病毒肺炎的流行病学与传播动力学研究显示文摘新型冠状病毒是由新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染后引起的一种急性呼吸道传染病。了解疾病在湖北省以外省份的流行过程和动态变化有助于及时的提供疾病干预措施,利于全国疾病防控。该研究的目的是描述湖北省外的其他省份新型冠状病毒肺炎暴发后50 d的流行病学特征,估计关键的时间-事件间隔变化,并运用估计的基本再生数(R0)评价中国所实施的严格控制措施是否有效的减缓了疾病的传播。该研究纳入了中国除湖北省外30个省(市)的确诊病例信息,根据病例定义的第四次修订日期(1月27日)将流行病分为两个时间段(12月24日至1月27日以及1月28日至2月17日)。文章统计了病例的人口特征以及关键事件的间隔时间,利用贝叶斯方法估算各省有效再生数(Rt)的动态变化。调查结果显示,病例的中位年龄为44岁,随着流行病的发展,年龄较小的人群和老年人的病例比例在增加。从发生症状到入院的平均时间从4.4 d(12月24日至1月27日)降低到2.6 d(1月28日至2月17日)。彭志行(编译) Zhang J Litvinova M Wang W 2020中华预防医学杂志2020,54,8:2
