| 5 | 曹雪涛院士科研团队论文荣膺中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文--长链非编码RNA1nc-DC通过STAT3调控人DC的分化和功能显示文摘树突状细胞(DC)是免疫系统中重要的抗原提呈细胞,其成熟和功能状态决定着免疫应答的走向和强度。哺乳动物基因组能够转录产生大量的长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,IncRNA),其在免疫系统中的功能还知之甚少。

| 6 | Behavior of High Performance PVA Fiber Reinforced Cement Composites in Triaxial Compression显示文摘Based on an extensive experimental program,the paper studies the behavior of HPFRCC under triaxial compression. The experimental parameters are lateral confining pressure and PVA fiber content by volume. The test results indicate that ultimate strength and peak strain are significantly improved with the increases of confining pressure. The confining effect introduced by the fibers becomes minor in triaxial compression tests,where there is relatively high external confining pressure. The axial stress-strain curves with different confining pressure and different PVA fiber content by volume are obtained. Lateral confining pressure constraints the lateral expansion of HPFRCC,so there is a big plastic deformation with its ultimate strength improved. At lower confining pressure,PVA fiber content by volume has some effect on the decreased section of stress-strain curve. | 13 | 全颗粒饲料对奶牛生产性能的影响显示文摘饲料中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量和饲料颗粒直径是影响瘤胃功能的重要因素。试验评估了以颗粒饲料为主的奶牛瘤胃健康情况、NDF消化率和生产性能。选取8头荷斯坦母牛(336±30 d,体重346±35 kg),随机分配到交叉重复试验组中,奶牛安置于牛栏,自由采食。试验期为3周,前两周是适应期,最后一周为数据收集期。各组饲粮原料相同,但物理形式不同,分为全混合日粮(TMR)和颗粒料(直径=8 mm)。两组间物理有效NDF(pe NDF)不同,TMR组为39.8%,颗粒料组为11.8%。在试验过程中,干物质采食量(DMI)、饮水量、瘤胃反刍时间、瘤胃温度和pH情况均记录。3周后收集粪样,确定潜在的可消化NDF总消化率(pdNDF)。每阶段结束后计算平均日增重和饲料转化率。颗粒料组的DMI、DMI/体重和饮水量更高。而两组间平均日增重和饲料转化率无显著差异。颗粒料组的瘤胃反刍时间为241 min·d-1低于TMR组的507 min·d-1。饲料的不同物理外形对瘤胃温度、瘤胃pH无显著影响。TMR组的pdNDF总消化率为90.25%高于颗粒料组的86.82%。试验结果表明,动物易接受完整的颗粒饲料,DMI较高,且反刍时间减少,但瘤胃pH无显著变化。TMR组的pdNDF消化率显著增加。尽管两组奶牛在DMI和纤维消化方面表现不同,但总体表现相似,两组饲料的保存时间与其物理形式有关。在短期内,提供能满足NDF需求的完全颗粒饲料可改善瘤胃健康状况和动物生产性能,而较长时间的数据则需要进一步试验。 | Wang J Yang M Cao M Lin Y Che L Q Duraipandiyan V Al-Dhabi N A Fang Z F Xu S Y Feng B Liu G Wu D Bonfante E Palmonari A Mammi L Canestrari G Fustini M Formigoni A | 2016 | 饲料博览2016,0,12: | 2 |
| 14 | A review on MBE-grown HgCdSe infrared materials on GaSb(211)B substrates显示文摘We review our recent efforts on developing HgCdSe infrared materials on Ga Sb substrates via molecular beam epitaxy(MBE) for fabricating next generation infrared detectors with features of lower production cost and larger focal plane array format size. In order to achieve high-quality HgCdSe epilayers, ZnTe buffer layers are grown before growing HgCdSe, and the study of misfit strain in ZnTe buffer layers shows that the thickness of ZnTe buffer layer needs to be below 300 nm in order to minimize the generation of misfit dislocations. The cut-off wavelength/alloy composition of HgCdSe materials can be varied in a wide range by varying the ratio of Se/Cd beam equivalent pressure during the HgCdSe growth.Growth temperature presents significant impact on the material quality of HgCdSe, and lower growth temperature leads to higher material quality for HgCdSe. Typically, long-wave infrared HgCdSe(x = 0.18, cut-off wavelength of 10.4 μm at 80 K) presents an electron mobility as high as 1.3×10~5cm^2·V^(-1)·s^(-1), a background electron concentration as low as 1.6×10^(16)cm^(-3), and a minority carrier lifetime as long as 2.2 μs. These values of electron mobility and minority carrier lifetime represent a significant improvement on previous studies of MBE-grown HgCdSe reported in the open literatures,and are comparable to those of counterpart HgCdTe materials grown on lattice-matched CdZnTe substrates. These results indicate that HgCdSe grown at the University of Western Australia, especially long-wave infrared can meet the basic material quality requirements for making high performance infrared detectors although further effort is required to control the background electron concentration to below 10^(15)cm^(-3). More importantly, even higher quality HgCdSe materials on GaSb are expected by further optimizing the growth conditions, using higher purity Se source material, and implementing postgrowth thermal annealing and defect/impurity gettering/filtering.
