1Corrosion inhibition of a hygroscopic inorganic dust-depressor显示文摘Metallic corrosion is a serious problem in the application of a hygroscopic inorganic dust-depressor. The basic characteristics of a hygroscopic inorganic dust-depressor and its corrosivity, corrosion mechanism, as well as the principle of corrosion inhibition were analyzed. The static mass-loss test was carried out to investigate the corrosion behavior and the effect of the dust-depressor. The static corrosion rates of steel specimens were measured in six different corrosion inhibitor solutions of the dust-depressor, and the suitable corrosion inhibitors for the dust-depressor to reduce the corrosivity were found out.Longzhe Jin Lu Wang Dongke Chen 2006Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2006,13,4:4
2Potassium superoxide oxygen generation rate and carbon dioxide absorption rate in coal mine refuge chambers显示文摘The effects of the molding pressure of a KO2 oxygen plate and the initial concentration of CO2 on the oxygen generation rate, the oxygen generation efficiency, and the carbon dioxide absorption rate were studied using a YES-300 hydraulic press to alter the pressure when forming the oxygen plate used in a coal mine refuge chamber. In addition, changes in the initial concentration of CO2 used in the closedbox model were made by adjusting the CO2 supply system, and a CD-7 multi-function parameter instrument was employed to monitor and record the changes of O2 and CO2concentration in the closed-box model. Results indicate that the oxygen generation rate of KO2 oxygen plates, the oxygen generation efficiency, and the carbon dioxide absorption rate decrease when there is an increase in the pressure used to mold the oxygen plates, but those values increase when the initial CO2 concentration increases. When the initial concentration of CO2 in the closed-box model is 3.5% and the forming pressure is 10 k N, the average oxygen generation rate of 15 g KO2 oxygen plate is 11.88 10 3L/min, the oxygen generation efficiency is 80.3%, and the average CO2 absorption rate is 11.0 10 3L/min. 3A penetrative addictive for water infusion in coal seams显示文摘The manufacturing process, characteristics, and application results of a rod-like penetrative additive (the penetrative rod)were discussed. The components and functions of the penetrative rod were studied carefully. A large number of orthogonal combinedtests were carried out and over 100 sample molds were made. Ultimately the components were decided after careful selection amongthese molds, mainly including hygroscopic major components and auxiliary material. The results of on-site practical applicationshow that such an addictive can increase the water penetrative ability effectively and has a remarkable effect on preventing dust pro-duction during coal seam excavation. 6Water-retaining properties of NCZ composite dust suppressant and its wetting ability to hydrophobic coal dust显示文摘Coal dust is a primary threat to underground coal miners.The most common approach to control coal dust is hydraulic methods,such as water spray and coal seam water injection.To improve the dust suppressant efficiency of hydraulic methods,a novel chemical composite dust suppressant,called NCZ,was prepared in this study using calcium chloride(CaCl_(2)),magnesium chloride(MgCl_(2)),and nonionic surfactants using a thermal synthesis method.The water-retaining properties of NCZ powder and its solutions were characterized using the water absorption rate(WAR)and evaporation rate(ER),respectively,and the wetting abilities of the NCZ solutions on coal dust were tested using the initial contact angle(ICA)and sink rate(SR).The results indicate that the NCZ solutions have anti-evaporation effects,and the ER of the solution with a 20.0 wt%NCZ is reduced by 11.7%compared with that of clean water.Furthermore,NCZ solutions have remarkable enhancement effects on the wettability of coal dust.The ICA and SR of clean water and the NCZ solution at 20.0 wt%are 141.9°and 0 mg/s,and 29.3°and 1.46 mg/s,respectively.Finally,quantitative relationships between the solution surface tension and the ICA and IR were established using the least squares method.This study provides a new product for dust suppression in underground mines,which is significant for the optimum applied con-centration of dust suppressant in mining operations.Jianguo Liu Shu Wang Longzhe Jin Tianyang Wang Zihao Zhou Jingge Xu 2021International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,2:1

12Effect of functional groups on sludge for biosorption of reactive dyes显示文摘The sludge, which was collected from a biological coke wastewater treatment plant, was used as a low-cost adsorbent in the removal of reactive dyes (Methylene Blue (MB) and Reactive Red 4 (RR4)) from aqueous solution. The pH of dye solution played an important role on the dye uptake. With the solution pH increase, the MB uptake increased; whereas the RR4 uptake decreased. The maximum uptake of RR4 by protonated sludge was 73.7 mg/g at pH 1, and the maximum uptake of MB by sludge was 235.3 mg/g at pH 9. Three functional groups, including carboxyl, phosphonate, and amine group, were identified by potentiometric titration, fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The anionic functional groups, phosphonate and carboxyl group, were identified as the binding sites for the cationic MB. Amine groups were identified to bind RR4. 13A Fast Filling Algorithm for Image Restoration Based on Contour Parity显示文摘Filling techniques are often used in the restoration of images.Yet the existing filling technique approaches either have high computational costs or present problems such as filling holes redundantly.This paper proposes a novel algorithm for filling holes and regions of the images.The proposed algorithm combines the advantages of both the parity-check filling approach and the region-growing inpainting technique.Pairing points of the region’s boundary are used to search and to fill the region.The scanning range of the filling method is within the target regions.The proposed method does not require additional working memory or assistant colors,and it can correctly fill any complex contours.Experimental results show that,compared to other approaches,the proposed algorithm fills regions faster and with lower computational cost.Yan Liu Wenxin Hu Longzhe Han Maksymyuk Taras Zhiyun Chen 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,4:1

17Design and test of stem diameter inspection spherical robot显示文摘Stem diameter is an important parameter in the process of plant growth which can indicate the growth state and moisture content of the plant,its automatic detection is necessary.Traditional devices have many drawbacks that limit their practical uses in general case.To solve those problems,a stem diameter inspection spherical robot was developed in this study.The particular mechanism of the robot has turned out to be suitable for performing monitoring tasks in greenhouse mainly due to its spherical shape,small size,low weight and traction system that do not produce soil compacting or erosion.The mechanical structure and hardware architecture of the spherical robot were described,the algorithm based on binocular stereo vision was developed to measure the stem diameter of the plant.The effectiveness of the prototype robot was confirmed by field experiments in a tomato greenhouse.The results showed that the machine measurement data was linearly correlated with the manual measurement data with R^(2) of 0.9503.There was no significant difference for each attribute between machine measurement data and manual measurement data(sig>0.05).The results showed that this method was feasible for nondestructive testing of the stem diameter of greenhouse plants.Longzhe Quan Ci Chen Yajun Li Yajing Qiao Dejun Xi Tianyu Zhang Wenfeng Sun 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:0
18Design of a new type of mine rescue relay cabin显示文摘This paper presents the design of an innovative mine emergency rescue relay cabin, and investigates a detailed comparison of existing shelter facilities, their function, service object, structures, size, and system components with the newly designed mine emergency rescue relay cabin. Air-tightness test indicated a test chamber relief rate of 26 Pa/min, which meets the design requirements. Furthermore,respirator replacement test showed an average time of 73.7 s to replace a respirator. The air cover air supply test indicated an air supply rate of 220 L/min, which is sufficient for the staff replacing the respirator in the emergency rescue relay cabin. 19Characteristics of Water Absorption and the Loss of Dust-Sticking Agent显示文摘The development of NCZ-1 dust-sticking agent was first intreduced in china. The speed of water absorption of dust-stick-ing agent was measured and studied on mining site and in laboratory, and then the law of water absorption of dust-sticking agent was analyzed. In addition, the mathematical model of the loss rate of dust-sticking agent was established by the application of fluid mechanics theory, and the method of determining the sprinkle parameters of dust-sticking agent was obtained. Through practical verifi-cation, it is found that the error of this mathematical model is less than 10%. 20Physicochemical factors affecting the wettability of copper mine blasting dust显示文摘To investigate the factors affecting the wettability of copper mine blasting dust,the primary blasting dust was collected from an open-pit copper mine and separated into hydrophilic blasting dust(HLBD)and hydrophobic blasting dust(HBBD)using water flotation method.The physicochemical properties of HLBD and HBBD were measured and compared with each other.The properties included particle size distributions(PSDs),micromorphologies,pore structures,mineral components and surface organic carbon functional groups.The results show that particle size and pore structure of the blasting dust are the main factors affecting its wettability.Specifically,particle size of HBBD is smaller than that of HLBD,and their respiratory dust(less than 10μm)accounts for 61.74 vol%and 53.00 vol%,respectively.The pore structure of HBBD is more developed,and the total pore volume of HBBD is 1.66 times larger than that of HLBD.The identical mineral compositions were detected in HLBD and HBBD by X-rays diffraction(XRD);however,the surface organic hydrophobic component of HBBD is slightly larger than that of HLBD,this may be the reason for the poor wettability of HBBD.This study is significant to understand the effects of physicochemical properties of copper mine blasting dust on its wettability.Longzhe Jin Jianguo Liu Jingzhong Guo Jiaying Wang Tianyang Wang 2021International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,2:0
