1Effects of the mitochondrial calcium uniporter on cerebral edema in a rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury显示文摘The present study investigated the effects of the mitochondrial calcium uniporter inhibitor ruthenium red and the agonist spermine on cerebral edema in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Left middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was induced in rats using the suture method. Following 24 hours of ischemic reperfusion, neurological function scores of rats with MCAO, and rats pretreated with ruthenium red and spermine were significantly lower, however, water content of brain tissue, aquaporin 4 expression and immunoglobulin G (IgG) exudation were significantly higher than those of sham-operated rats. Compared with MCAO rats and spermine-treated rats, neurological function scores were considerably higher, and brain tissue water content, aquaporin 4 expression and IgG exudation decreased in ruthenium red-treated rats. These findings suggest that preventive application of the mitochondrial calcium uniporter inhibitor ruthenium red can significantly decrease aquaporin 4 and IgG expression, influence the permeability of the blood brain barrier, and thereby decrease the extent of cerebral edema.Linlin Li Shilei Wang Haihong Luan 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,22:4

3Observation on the Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis Combined with Lung Cancer显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing care in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with lung cancer.Methods:From August 2021 to August 2022,60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with lung cancer were admitted.All patients were diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and with lung cancer by pathology.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received daily nursing care,whereas the study group received integrated medical and nursing care.The sputum conversion rate,tumor remission rate,and quality of life of patients were observed and analyzed.Results:The item function score and symptom function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the sputum conversion rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with lung cancer,the application of integrated medical and nursing care can help consolidate the treatment effect and improve the quality of life of patients;thus,it is worthy of promotion and application.Wei Yuan Yuanyuan Lu Mi Zhang Min Zheng Xing Luan Yanling Feng Linlin Chai 2023Proceedings of Anticancer Research2023,7,3:0
4The optimal power distribution in cooperative communication relay system显示文摘In order to optimize power utilization of relay nodes in cooperative communication,a power allocation algorithm with objective function to maximize system capacity is proposed.Based on the convex optimization theory,an ellipsoid algorithm is used to solve this problem,which could simplify the subgradient choosing steps and improve convergence stability,so that an optimized power allocation algorithm is presented.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively distribute the power of each node with lower complexity,and ensure the transmission capability of relay nodes in cooperative communication.张超一 Wu Muqing Miao Jiansong Luan Linlin 2013High Technology Letters2013,19,4:0
