1XS0601 REDUCES THE INCIDENCE OF RESTENOSIS: A PROSPECTIVE STUDY OF 335 PATIENTS UNDERGOING PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION IN CHINA显示文摘Background XS0601, consisting of active ingredients (Chuangxiongol and paeoniflorin), has been shown to inhibit arterial neointimal hyperplasia in animal models and in preliminary human studies. The objective of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of XS0601 in preventing restenosis following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial was conducted. A total of 335 patients were randomized into treatment with the oral administration of XS0601, or a placebo for 6 months after successful PCI. Angiographic follow-up was scheduled at 6 months, and clinical follow-ups performed at 1, 3 and 6 months after PCI. The primary end point was angiographic restenosis. The secondary end points were the combined incidence of death, target lesion nonfatal myocardial infarction, repeat angioplasty, and coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Results A total of 308 patients (91.9%) completed the study and 145 cases (47.1%) received angiographic follow-up. The restenosis rates were significantly reduced in the XS0601 group as compared with the placebo group (26.0% vs. 47.2%, P < 0.05), and the minimum lumen diameter (MLD) was greater [(2.08 ± 0.89) mm for XS0601 vs. (1.73 ± 0.94) mm for placebo, P < 0.05]. XS0601 also significantly reduced the combined incidence of major adverse cardiac event (10.4% in the XS0601 group vs. 22.7% in the placebo group, P < 0.05). The incidence of recurrent angina at 3 and 6 months after PCI was also significantly reduced in XS0601 group (7.1% and 11.0%) as compared with those in placebo group (19.5% and 42.9%) (P < 0.05). No significant side effects occurred within the 6-month follow-up period in the XS0601 group. 2Density functional theory study on the insertion reaction mechanism of dibromocarbene with formaldehyde显示文摘The insertion reaction mechanism of CBr2 with CH3CH2O has been studied by using the B3LYP/6-311G(d) and CCSD(T)/6-311G(d) at single point. The geometries of reactions,transition state and products were completely optimized. All the transition state is verified by the vibrational analysis and the internal re-action coordinate (IRC) calculations. The results show that reaction (1) is the dominant reaction path,which proceeds via two steps: i) two reactants form an intermediate (IM1),which is an exothermal re-action of 8.62 kJ·mol?1 without energy barrier; ii) P1 is obtained via the TS1 and the H-shift,in which the energy barrier is 44.53 kJ·mol?1. The statistical thermodynamics and Eyring transition state theory with Wigner correction are used to study the thermodynamic and kinetic characters of this reaction in temperature range from 100 to 2200 K. 3State-of-the-art flash memory devices and post-flash emerging memories显示文摘Although conventional Floating gate (FG) flash memory has recently gone into the 2X nm node, the technology challenges are formidable below 20 nm. Charge-trapping (CT) devices are promising to scale beyond 20 nm but below 10 nm both CT and FG devices hold too few electrons for robust MLC (multi-level cell, or more than one bit storage per cell) storage. However, due to the simpler structure and its more robust storage (not sensitive to tunnel oxide defects since charges are stored in deep trap levels), CT is much more desirable than FG in 3D stackable Flash memory. Optimistically, 3D CT Flash memory may allow the density increase to continue for at least another decade beyond the 1Xnm node. In this paper, we review the current status of FG devices, their scaling challenges, and the operation principles of CT devices and several variations such as MANOS and BE-SONOS. We will then discuss various 3D memory architectures, technology challenges and address the poly-silicon thin film transistor (TFT) issues. Devices that do not rely on charge storage are naturally not limited by the number of electrons, thus promise further scaling below 10 nm. Several of the most promising post-flash era devices, their operation principle and critical issues are reviewed. (One of them, phase change memory, will be covered in a separate article thus not included here.) 5Hybrid Dirac semimetal-based photodetector with efficient low-energy photon harvesting显示文摘Despite the considerable effort,fast and highly sensitive photodetection is not widely available at the low-photon-energy range(~meV)of the electromagnetic spectrum,owing to the challenging light funneling into small active areas with efficient conversion into an electrical signal.Here,we provide an alternative strategy by efficiently integrating and manipulating at the nanoscale the optoelectronic properties of topological Dirac semimetal PtSe_(2)and its van der Waals heterostructures.Explicitly,we realize strong plasmonic antenna coupling to semimetal states near the skin-depth regime(λ/10^(4)),featuring colossal photoresponse by in-plane symmetry breaking.The observed spontaneous and polarization-sensitive photocurrent are correlated to strong coupling with the nonequilibrium states in PtSe_(2)Dirac semimetal,yielding efficient light absorption in the photon range below 1.24 meV with responsivity exceeding∼0.2 A/W and noise-equivalent power(NEP)less than~38 pW/Hz^(0.5),as well as superb ambient stability.Present results pave the way to efficient engineering of a topological semimetal for high-speed and low-energy photon harvesting in areas such as biomedical imaging,remote sensing or security applications.Lin Wang Li Han Wanlong Guo Libo Zhang Chenyu Yao Zhiqingzi Chen Yulu Chen Cheng Guo Kaixuan Zhang Chia-Nung Kuo Chin Shan Lue Antonio Politano Huaizhong Xing Mengjie Jiang Xianbin Yu Xiaoshuang Chen Wei Lu 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,3:2
