| 1 | Teleportation of an arbitrary two-qudit state based on the non-maximally four-qudit cluster state显示文摘Two different schemes are presented for quantum teleportation of an arbitrary two-qudit state using a non-maximally four-qudit cluster state as the quantum channel. The first scheme is based on the Bell-basis measurements and the re-ceiver may probabilistically reconstruct the original state by performing proper transformation on her particles and an auxiliary two-level particle; the second scheme is based on the generalized Bell-basis measurements and the probability of successfully teleporting the unknown state depends on those measurements which are adjusted by Alice. | 2 | Entanglement in spin-1 Heisenberg XY chain显示文摘We investigated the quantum entanglement in spin-1 Heisenberg XY chain for two-spin-qutrit and multi-particle systems. As a measure of the entanglement, the negativity of this state was analyzed as a function of the temperature and the magnetic field. We gave some numerical results and discussed them in detail. We found that the negativity increases monotonously with the coupling constants |J1| and |J2|, and it showed a symmetry with respect to the point of J1=0 and J2=0. | 3 | Attributes,challenges and future directions of community resilience显示文摘With the continuous development of human society, the damage to the natural environment is becoming increasingly large, causing crisis events to occur frequently. In recent years, the study of community resilience is becoming popular among scholars because of its perspective on disaster prevention and mitigation. In this study, we apply database retrieval to untangle community resilience-related papers from multiple directions. We analyze the connotation, attribute, and composition of community, resilience, and community resilience comprehensively by summarizing important issues and research progress in community resilience. Challenges and shortcomings faced by community resilience development are also determined. Moreover, we put forward the research directions that future research can focus on. Through literature review, current research on community resilience focuses on the following aspects: 'infrastructure construction,' 'crowd in the community,' 'economic resilience,''social capital,' and 'measurement of community resilience.' Such research is not yet systematic and relatively decentralized. The attention to collective resilience in the community is relatively weak, which makes achieving the goal of 'people-oriented and systematic control' difficult.Therefore, this study states that the development of future community resilience should stand from the perspective of'system of system' and build on knowledge and tools of various relevant domains. Therefore, public needs and participation are highlighted as breakthrough points. | 4 | Point pattern analysis of different age-classes of Larix principis-rupprechtii in Luya Mountain Reserve,Shanxi Province,China显示文摘Larix principis-rupprechtii forest is an important vegetation formation and has a large distribution area in Luya Mountain Reserve,China.Spatial pattern analysis on individual trees in different age-classes of Larix principis-rupprechtii was made in this paper.Here,we employed the technique of point pattern analysis,which could analyze pat-terns under all scales along a gradient.It was based on spatial mapped points of individual distribution.The results of this study showed that the densities of the five age-classes varied in the order:age-class 3>age-class 4>age-class 5>age-class 2>age-class 1.Although age-classes 1 and 2 have much fewer individuals than other three age-classes do,the popula-tion was stable at present.However,it would be necessary to take some measures for improving population regeneration for a long-time view.The individuals of all age-classes focused on clumping distribution in space;however,their distribution pattern varied with the change of scale.This mainly depended on biological features of Larix principis-rupprechtii and forest environments,but it also meant that the scale was an important factor in controlling spatial distribution pattern of tree individuals.The feature of clumping distribution became more significant with the increase of age.The relationships between individuals in different age-classes were almost all significantly correlated with each other.These associations became more significant within the older age-classes.This suggested that the individuals of different age-classes were interdistributed,by which the population could get benefits in resource utilization.The technique of point pattern analysis is effective and easy to be used in species pattern study.Its results are more closer to the reality,especially for community structure. | ZHANG Jintun MENG Dongping | 2007 | Frontiers in Biology2007,2,1: | 1 |
