1Human catalase: looking for complete identity显示文摘Catalases are well studied enzymes that play critical roles in protecting cells against the toxic effects of hydrogen peroxide.The ubiquity of the enzyme and the availability of substrates made heme catalases the focus of many biochemical and molecular biology studies over 100 years.In human,this has been implicated in various physiological and pathological conditions.Advancement in proteomics revealed many of novel and previously unknown features of this mysterious enzyme,but some functional aspects are yet to be explained.Along with discussion on future research area,this mini-review compile the information available on the structure,function and mechanism of action of human catalase.Madhur M.Goyal Anjan Basak 2010Protein & Cell2010,1,10:6
2获得性色痣和皮肤黑素瘤的皮肤镜学特征及鉴别诊断显示文摘作为皮肤病学一个快速发展的分支,皮肤镜学有助于识别许多皮肤病肉眼看不到的特征。在诊断鉴别皮肤色痣和黑素瘤方面尤为重要。本文重点综述了获得性色痣和皮肤黑素瘤的皮肤镜学特征及其鉴别诊断。获得性色痣通常表现为对称分布和规则的网状、球状/鹅卵石状、星爆状、匀质状结构,及逗号或者点状血管。皮肤黑色素瘤则以不对称分布和不规则的网状、点/球状、条纹、色素沉着、退行性和蓝-白面纱样结构,及点状、线状、螺旋状、多形性和发卡状血管为特征。特殊亚型的获得性色痣和皮肤黑素瘤具有独特的特征。皮肤镜学的ABCD法、七点评分法等诊断法则有助于更准确区分获得性色痣和皮肤黑素瘤。Basude Madhur Eshwar Rao 许丹丹 胡莹 李小红 董慧婷 2014中国中西医结合皮肤性病学杂志2014,13,1:4
3郑州市紫外线强度及其皮肤病学意义显示文摘目的:研究郑州市紫外线强度特征,为该市居民,包括正常人、光敏性皮肤病和紫外线相关性皮肤癌患者提供科学防晒依据。方法:测量该地一年中、长波紫外线强度,并分别统计其不同季节、不同日间时间点强度差异。结果:春夏秋冬长波紫外线平均强度分别为(1542.06±94.27)μW/cm2、(1828±92.95)μW/cm2、(1017.98±97.09)μW/cm2、(534.94±94.27)μW/cm2;中波紫外线平均强度分别为(109.04±7.12)μW/cm2、(136.32±7.02)μW/cm2、(76.91±7.33)μW/cm2、(34.56±7.12)μW/cm2。春夏长波紫外线强度无差异(P春vs夏=0.195),其余季节两两比较均有差异(P春vs秋=0.001,P秋vs冬=0.003,其余所有Ps<0.001)。春夏、春秋中波紫外线强度无差异(P春vs夏=0.043、P春vs秋=0.012),其余季节均有差异(所有Ps<0.001)。一年内在8:00、10:00、12:00、14:00、16:00长波紫外线平均强度分别为(590.29±38.28)μW/cm2、(1332.02±53.91)μW/cm2、(1894.82±75.88)μW/cm2、(1584.04±67.73)μW/cm2、(752.80±36.85)μW/cm2;中波紫外线平均强度分别为(41.18±2.95)μW/cm2、(100.10±3.96)μW/cm2、(142.76±5.67)μW/cm2、(111.64±5.04)μW/cm2、(50.36±2.67)μW/cm2。五个测量时间点长波紫外线强度两两比较均有差异(所有Ps<0.001)。8:00和16:00中波紫外线强度无差异(P8:00 vs 16:00=0.030),其余测量时间点均有差异(P10:00 vs 14:00=0.014,其余所有Ps<0.001)。结论:郑州市四季和日间紫外线强度可有差异,但任何季节均需根据当时紫外线强度、个人敏感紫外线种类及其最小红斑量采取防晒措施。李静 Basude Madhur 赵瑞 许丹丹 何秋波 董慧婷 2013中国美容医学2013,22,13:2

15Antiplasmodial activity of silver nanoparticles: A novel green synthesis approach显示文摘Objective:To synthesize silver nanoparticles using silver nitrate by a green technique which involves different compositions of aqueous leaf extracts of Azadirachta indica(neem)and Ocimum sanctum(tulsi).Methods:Their shape and size were determined using transmission electron microscopy and UV-visible spectroscopy.Their antiplasmodial activity was studied using the malarial parasite strain(Plasmodium falciparum,3D7).The parasite strain(3D7)was collected and revived in vitro using Trager and Jensen method in RPMI 1640 medium for 7-8cycles.Half maximal effective concentration values were calculated by nonlinear regression analysis.Results:Transmission electron microscopy results confirmed the formation of silver nanoparticles with size ranging from 4.74-39.32 nm and their size differs by varying the concentrations from 20%to 100%of neem extract in neem and tulsi extracts.It was observed that samples B and C showed half maximum effective concentration of about 0.3μM.Conclusions:It can be easily established that the aqueous leaf extracts of neem and tulsi in combination can be a good source for synthesis of silver nanoparticles with small size possessing appreciable antiplasmodial activity.Madhur Sardana Varnika Agarwal Akansha Pant Vinita Kapoor Kailash C.Pandey Sanjay Kumar 2018Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2018,8,5:1
